Wir kamen in die Wohnung und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Jose ist sehr gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit, wir haben sogar ein Video bekommen, um die Wohnung problemlos zu finden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, aber das allerbeste ist der Ausblick auf das Meer, den man auch beim kochen und nach dem aufwachen genießen kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was excelent for us(family with two kids) it was clean, well equipped (all appliances in house and kitchen were provided, air condition and fans were working very good), the neighborhood was quiet and safe (the grocery store and few cafeterias were close), the swimming pool was clean and not crowded in the end of August, when we were there. The only think worth mentoning is that the swimming pool in its shallowest point has got more or less 1,55 meter, so if you are with young kids who are not good swimmers you will need additional swimming equipment. To sum up Kim’s place is worth visiting and good choice. Kim was a great host, very helpful, prompt replying for any questions, very communicative.

Stefan var lätt och bra att kommunicera med och huset var som beskrivningen. Det låg bra med närhet till stranden, affärer och restauranger!

The location of the apartment is just perfect, the sea is just 30 meters away. You can meet the sunrise over the water looking out the window. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing on the beach (umbrella, swimming boards, chairs for sitting, balls). The beach in front of the apartment is rocky, but to the right and left there are kilometers of beaches and you can choose any you like. Shops are within 5-10 minutes walk. Cafes are almost at every step. Of the minuses. The nearest big supermarket Mercadona is only in Torrevieja. There are a couple of fish shops in La Mata, but the prices are 1.5-2 times higher. There are no entertainment on the nearest beaches (jet skis, water bikes, etc.), and there are no toilets or changing rooms in principle anywhere. Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

A Mercedes continua a ser uma excelente anfitriã. Sempre atenta às nossa necessidades respondeu rapidamente a um contacto nosso motivado pela avaria de um estore. Como vem sendo habitual a flexibilidade, a atenção aos detalhes e o cuidado com o hóspede foram a imagem de marca. Apesar de não ser um grande adepto de futebol vou utilizar uma imagem que nesse desporto é muito usada: em equipa vencedora não se mexe. Agora que, por motivos familiares, nos deslocamos com alguma frequência a Múrcia, vamos voltar com toda a certeza.

Saubere moderne Wohnung. Besonders der große Balkon hat uns gut gefallen. Die Dusche ist auch sehr angenehm. Die Übergabe mit Barbara war sehr unkompliziert. in der Küche waren die nötigstenutensilien vorhanden.

I can definitely recommend Max and his apartment. Great communication, always responds, willing to help, and you can also count on recommendations of places! The apartment is beautiful, modern, mega clean. You can feel very comfortable, and on sunny days you can spend the whole day on the amazing terrace! One of the best places I have ever visited! I definitely recommend it

We hebben erg genoten van het mooie appartement. Ruim genoeg met zn tweeen. Zeer compleet ingericht. Mooie omgeving, op loopafstand van diverse restaurants en winkeltje van Gran Alacant. Auto wel noodzakelijk om de omgeving te kunnen ontdekken. Mooie oude steden zoals Alicante en Murcia op 30-60 min met de auto. Enorm genoten van de hottub savonds Enige minpuntje, het terras ligt op het noordwesten waardoor er de hele dag geen zon op het terras komt. Het verblijf was heerlijk !

Just back from a great winter trip staying at Rafal’s apartment. The views are incredible, especially from the hot tub on the terrace! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was beautifully furnished. Jazmin, who checked us in, was lovely and the communication was great. Perfect little holiday and would definitely stay again 🙂

Awesome place to stay in Alicante! Property looks and feels new. It's about 50 minutes from Alicante Airport nestled in a very peaceful spot about two blocks from the beach. Nice pool, jacuzzi, outside work out area inside the complex. Unit itself is very clean and has all the advertised amenities in great working condition. Perfect for 4 people and the added bonus is the 'solarium' patio on the rooftop with BBQ grill, dirty kitchen, patio furniture, and your own private hot tub/jacuzzi! Host communicated well and check in/out process is very easy. Recommend getting a car rental from the airport that you can also use anywhere in Alicante and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Alicante.

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.
