Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

Great way to access Buda, the Castle district and public transport.

Sederea noastra la Eni a fost extrem de placuta. Gazda a fost prietenoasa, receptiva, ne-a recomandat niste localuri cu mancare delicioasa. Apartamentul este situatia intr-o zona centrala, foarte aproape de atractiile turistice (noi am circulat doar pe jos). De asemenea, apartamentul era foarte curat, luminos, mobila bine intretinuta. Recomand cu incredere aceasta locuinta si altor oaspeti!

Great location in the heart of Budapest! The apartment was as described and clean. Check in/out was easy, would stay here again.

Nagyon szép kilátás nyílik a Dunára! Jó reggel a szaladó emberek és a lassú hajók látványával kezdeni a napot. Napközben behallatszik az utcában zajló építkezés zaja, de este békés, el lehet csendesedni.

We loved this suite! Easy to find just off main route in town. Easy free parking. Close to grocery stores and the main bike path. Dezso is a great communicator. He suggested places to see and eat. His place had quality bikes which we used during our stay. He had lots of extras including maps, books, a fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge and freezer, treats and a washing machine. He even had pool noodles for Lake Heviz. There is an elevator to the suite. It is a few blocks to the beach and Lake Balaton. The suite felt very secure. We highly recommend Dezso’s place!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Eszter. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Einzige was schade war, dass die Straße doch recht stark befahren war und es daher nicht so entspannend war abends noch im Garten zu sitzen, da es recht laut war. Abgesehen davon aber alles top. Man ist schnell am See und die Wohnung ist genau so wie sie auf den Bildern aussieht.

Julia is very nice and kind. She help us genuinely eventhough everyday we always have something to ask. Her friend, Anita, also helps us a lot. The house is so cozy, homey and has a full package of everything you need. I really recommend everyone to stay here, not just for the house but also to meet Julia in person. She is such a sweetheart.

Wonderful place to stay for us (family group of baby, parents and grandparents). Communications were excellent - very responsive. The welcome on arrival was very friendly and informative and the house was extremely well equipped, especially with tech (great TV, PS5, computer with printer and scanner, good wifi). It seemed that lots of the equipment in the house was new or very new. We didn't get a chance to use the bikes which are available for guests to use, but these were another example of how well equipped the property is. The kitchen was very well equipped as well and the gas BBQ was used a lot. The house provides a good base for exploring the area along the river and into the Duna-Ipoly National park. Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

Janka was a very pleasant host and everything was clear and transparent. Nothing was missing and even if we needed something our hosts were really helpful to reply immediately. It was a nice stay near beautiful nature and a lot to explore and have fun! We would really like to come back in summer again!

Minőségi ház, csendes helyen. Teljesen felszerelt konyha. Kényelmes, otthonos, barátságos minden helyiség. Szuper a nagy fedett terasz. Óriási előnye az 50 m-re lévő, csak helyiek által használt stég, remek fürdőzési lehetőség a Balatonban. A reggeli úszás kötelező 😁, senki ne hagyja ki! A fizetős fövenyesi strand 7 perc kényelmes séta. Tímea kedves, rugalmas házigazda.

Great stay! Very close to everything. There was construction out front when we stayed, but they didn’t start until late so it was very quiet. Would stay here again

The apartment and the location were fantastic. Very comfortable and close to all attractions. The host is super responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Budapest.

Excellent apartment, close to public transportation and within walking distance to Buda castle. George is a great host and we would definitely recommend his house!

Geweldig verblijf. Dicht bij alles op wandelafstand en ook openbaar vervoer dichtbij. Zeer goede communicatie. Niet te luidruchtig. We mochten vroeger onze koffers afzetten. Bedankt!

We loved staying at Nora's place, cozy, nice hot water, the best location, only a 10 minute walk across town to Pest. It was also spotless and had everything we needed. Thank you Nora , we adored our time in Budapest.

Quite a lovely place to stay in a very central place in Budapest. Great restaurants around in the area and I really enjoyed having a Cafe Frei nearby as a great place to try coffee variations that I had never tried before. Loved it! Apartment was quiet and the area was a lovely area to stay in.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen, sauber, modern, ruhig in guter Lage. Wir waren nicht das erste Mal hier und kommen bestimmt wieder, wenn wir können. Imi ist ein super Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir bedanken uns für alles und kommen gerne wieder:)
