We had a wonderful time staying in unit 6 cottage. Freemans Reach and the area around the property are truly beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The children were particularly fond of watching the cows across the road on the farm, and the sound of chirping birds waking and settling each day was simply delightfully. Thank you Michael and Michelle, you both were amazing.

Michelle’s place was nicely located peacefully out of the main Windsor CBD but close enough to duck into shops and the event we were there for.

It’s a beautiful place, peaceful and quiet. The place has all the amenities that anyone requires while staying with family. Very responsive host who took quick measures to resolve the issue with Air Conditioner. We enjoyed are stay of 9 nights. It’s a good place to stay, definitely recommend to my friends.

We were very comfortable in an older style home (unit 4) for two weeks. It provided an excellent base from which to go to work each day. Thanks Michelle and Michael for a great stay. We hope to stay in the cottage again in the new Year. Lyn & Paul.

A beautiful weekend at This house, incredibly stocked entertaining kitchen, beautiful soft beds with linen coverings so gorgeous to sleep in. Indoor- outdoor spaces so perfect for beachside days. We absolutely loved our stay.

Coopernoook was absolutely sensational. Out of all of my travels around the world, this would be one of my favourite air bnbs. Location is perfect with everything that you need close by. The view is spectacular and amenities were great. Definitely keen to stay again!

Our stay at Silver Saddle, was truly unforgettable. We had a wonderful time. The space was not only beautiful but also had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making sure guests feel at home. Mary was a fantastic host, responsive, kind, and thoughtful. We can't wait to return and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

What a beautiful stay for my family and I. We enjoyed being able to walk to the local shops, cafes and beaches. The apartment itself was very clean, relaxing and had everything we needed. The lake nearby offered great activities for the kids and the Sunday markets were also lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

It was amazing! The place is well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay! The surroundings are gorgeous, peaceful, and very private! The pool was a great addition! We had two families of 4 and it was super comfortable!

Perfect house for our family visit. The location was great with The Flow Bar 500m away, direct beach access and fantastic Thai at Naga Thai. The house was well equipped and well layed out.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment, all on one floor, but upstairs. Photos showed a pool which I thought was private on the balcony but there isn’t one, there is a pool in the hotel resort adjacent however so that’s fine. Very central to the wine region with lovely wineries all around.

We had a fantastic stay at Elle’s house. It’s tucked away at the back of Umina away from the hustle and bustle of the town and beach. It was very relaxing. The house offered everything you could need and the massive sofa and TV were a winner. There’s plenty of room and many outside space options. I would recommend the place for future guests.

The house is beautiful on the inside and out! Pool is great and lovely temperature at any time of day. I recommend bringing an umbrella or cabana to hold/put on the edge on the pool for shade but great feature having it as close to the house and our favourite part! Spacious outdoor entertaining area and new big inside dining table for the whole group to eat together.

We had an amazing stay over the Australia Day long weekend as a family of four with our small dog. The heated pool was the highlight of our trip—our kids couldn’t get enough of it and were diving in as soon as they woke up each morning! It made our holiday so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Kos place is fantastic. It is perfectly located just 300m away from the Ettalong beach and a quick drive to all Umina’s restaurants and stores. The place is really well thought out as a beach house. It is equipped with everything you need to make your stay easy and fun. Kos was a great host. Flexible when needed (we requested to check in slightly earlier). They sent messages during our stay to ensure we were doing fine. We would stay here again for sure.

The ‘Grande’ was absolutely that and more. Judy has a wonderful and relaxing home and we had an amazing time staying there. Enjoying every minute of it. Close driving distance to all that Port Stephens has to offer and we also had a fun hit of golf in the pristine Horizons golf resort. The location is serene. The house is luxurious indeed. Thank you Judy!!!
