Stayed in town for a work trip. Had everything I needed in the kitchen and the home was warm and welcoming. Mei Yen was wonderfully responsive.

We stayed at Mark’s place near Clinton, NJ, for a couple of weeks, while we were looking to buy a home. It was the perfect place. The home was warm and inviting, the locale beautiful and serene. When I had questions, Mark was very helpful and always quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come again in the future.

We enjoyed a post Christmas celebration with our adult children and grandchildren at Rocking Horse Acres. The house is beautifully appointed with farm theme decor and country touches. The rooms are bright but cozy. She even had a Christmas tree!! The kitchen has everything you could need. The beds are comfortable with beautiful linens. Amy had fresh flowers in every room and a lovely cookie platter as a welcome for us! So sweet! The kids enjoyed the fuzzy cows and hearing the roosters. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative for most of our stay so we were unable to enjoy the outdoor activities. But now we have another reason to return and use that fire pit!

Camp Griffin is a rare gem to be found in the Flemington area. We stayed here during a wedding weekend and were amazed by the rich history of the place and diverse collection of artifacts all around the house. The host, Kim, was very friendly and always available. She responded promptly to all our requests and was considerate and accommodative of our requests. Sad we couldn't experience everything the place had to offer due to our short stay. All in all, a once in a lifetime experience. Hope to stay in her place in the future.

Staying at Pickle Farm was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I stepped through the door of this meticulously restored 200-year-old farmhouse, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of timeless charm and creative elegance. Every room is a carefully curated blend of historic details and artistic flare from antique fixtures and period appropriate furnishings to modern amenities seamlessly woven into the fabric of the home. Inside, the well-appointed kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances, made every meal an enjoyable event, and the spacious living areas were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. What truly set this getaway apart was the feeling of genuine warmth and hospitality. The host’s thoughtful touches from local recommendations to personalized service ensured that every need was met, making my stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable.

My wife and I have always loved this house in New Hope. It is a beautiful historic property right in the center of town. It could not be a better location to explore New Hope! The house itself was super clean and well kept! Barbara and Michael provided great instructions. We will definitely be back!

This farmhouse was so cozy and comfortable. Unfortunately, due to a snow and us having not-meant-for-snow cars, we only got one night here! But Lauren and family were so communicative about the conditions and came out and cleared the driveway often. The evening, night, and morning we did spend there was great! Our little one loved the games and loved that some of the holiday decorations had been left up. The pup enjoyed roaming the fields and sniffing everything - you are far enough from the road, it was easy to sit on the porch and just watch them roam. The two main bedrooms were huge and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated an extra shower. We come visit family in the area every few months and grandma's house is not comfortable for everyone to sleep in (although we suffered in the basement during this snowstorm) and we are SO HAPPY to find a place within 15 minutes that is so cozy and well equipped for future trips!

Thank you Jacob for your beautiful bright clean spacious place. It was a perfect place for my family to come together from four different states for fun and rejuvenation! The adjustable beds were very comfortable and everyone had cozy nights! The homemade ice cream and boutique coffee spot across the street made the experience just perfect. We enjoyed walking around New Hope and Peddlers Village too. We also found a beautiful church, St. John The Evangelist right in town for Sunday Mass as a family❤️❤️❤️. Thanks for all your attention to hospitality and warmth, we felt well taken care of!

This home has so much character I do not know where to start. There are many collections of beautiful, intriguing pieces truly reflective of the owner's experiences and interests telling so many stories... the architectural details, various color palettes, and blend of farmhouse with modern furnishings makes the space feel inviting, warm, and extravagant at the same time. The peacefulness we felt here was immeasurable... the salt water pool, sounds of nature, and surrounding landscape was breathtaking. It was everything we hoped for.

This was my second stay at Jennifer's barn. It's very cozy and charming. I grew up in the area and it's been a perfect place for me and my dogs to stay during the holidays. The dogs especially love the easy access to the tow path along the Delaware. The location is fantastic and only a quick ride to New Hope, Stockton, Frenchtown and all they have to offer. Jennifer is a very responsive and accommodating host. We were a little late checking out and she was very kind and forgiving about it, which I really appreciated because I know she needed sufficient time to clean for the next guests and we were in the way. Thanks so much, Jennifer!

All the space and kitchen supplies we needed to have a great family Christmas celebration.

Perfect place for a family gathering. Very quiet and such a great location. Enjoyed the horses and nature. Host gave us a heads up to a local fox hunting group that would be moving through farm.

The place was more remote than expected, but a pleasant surprise! It's on a beautiful piece of land, with lots of open yard and very peaceful surroundings. Super big home with lots of rooms and open space which made having multiple people together feel easy, giving everyone privacy when needed. Overall definitely Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful place on a very quiet street. The house was well designed that you could easily be in another room without disturbing others. A very relaxed trip. Short drive to fun and shopping. Highly recommend!

We loved it. The poolside was awesome, with a lovely deck with plenty of seating . The outdoor spaces, including the garden, were just as lovely as the indoor areas. It was our second visit and we can't wait to return.

Eileen was a truly amazing hostess! Such care & consideration goes into every detail. I'd definitely stay at the Stone House again. I happened to be in the area for an event, & needed a place to stay with my small dog. The Paris Suite is a B&B experience that guests should go out of their way for. Very luxurious, tidy, immaculately clean, & the property is stunning. I had my own parking space on their gated property, & the suite is it's own apartment with a private entrance. Eileen was understanding of my sensitivities/allergies & available by phone/text if I had any questions. She & her husband were so kind & welcoming. They even talked about future plans for the B&B - it can only get better so the website needs to add more stars for the ratings. :) This stay truly made my trip into an incredible experience!

My friends, husband, and toddler and I had a great stay! The house is charming, the backyard is awesome (bonus points for proximity to walking / biking path and playground), and it’s a quick drive to New Hope / Doylestown / Etc. Will come back!

Regina’s place was perfect for an overnight stay. It was clean and easy to access. Regina was very communicative.

Excellent location. We went to a wedding at the Barley Sheaf Inn and it was two minutes away. New Hope center is 10 minutes by car. Good air conditioning, comfortable beds, nice deck out back. Message Elisa about the turn into the air bnb because it’s a little tricky !

Great house in a lovely neighbourhood. I was just in the area alone for work but Bob’s house would be perfect for a family. Everything was clean and easy to use — just as it seems in the pictures. Would definitely stay again.

The home is spacious and in such a great location. The house was a short walk into the main stretch of New Hope and also had great views of the river in the backyard. The home had all the bathroom and kitchen needs you would want and was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. Chana was very responsive and helpful. I would stay again!

I had a great time staying at Matt's airbnb and really thought it was a great place to stay for the night. Very responsive and very true to what the description had to say about the place. Highly reccomend staying here especially if you are planning on spending time at Lafayette College which is only 7 mins away!
