The place was just as described. Furniture was dates and uncomfortable but it was fine and i was there as more of a home and not a vacation. As being displaced from the fires. It served its purpose! It gets hot in the living room as there isn’t AC in the front of the unit.

Ana Maria is a very caring host and her apartment and garden is lovely. Will definitely come back. Thanks for an amzing stay

Ron's place really is a Gem! So lovely and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful, comfortable stay. Ron was super attentive to any questions we had and always responded promptly. Beds are comfy, towels are dreamy, and the entire home is squeaky clean and feels brand new! We already booked our getaway for next year =) Don't hesitate, Ron's place is wonderful.

Kristi’s place is ideally located in the North End of Manhattan Beach, only a few blocks from the Strand (which we walked daily) and nearby multiple restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is on the left hand side of the driveway (not in the garage) in front of the staircase going up to the unit. There is space for two other cars in the drive (as there are two other units in the building). The living room is a comfortable common area and the ensuite bathrooms provide some additional privacy when traveling with others (bathrooms are rather small but quite functional). Kitchen is very modern, clean, and well-stocked. One bedroom has a wall heater and portable space heaters (found below the TV) offer additional heat sources for the second bedroom and the living room as needed. Kristi’s place was very clean and quite charming and she was extremely accessible any time we had questions. We would definitely stay again and look forward to the opportunity.

Will was a fantastic host. Very responsive and helpful; but not overbearing. clearly communicating messages and very reasonable. place is a great studio for one person. neighborhood is up and coming, but very convineint location. Walkable and street parking available; also get tight at hight. Highly recommend Will

Bradley and his father Robert were wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home and were incredibly helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. Robert even gave us his personal recommendations for Manhattan Beach. The location can’t be beat and we truly can’t wait to go back and stay at this home again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pasadena! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable living area and a fully functional kitchen. The two-bedroom setup was perfect, providing plenty of space and privacy. The location was ideal—centrally located, making it easy to explore Pasadena and beyond. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and a hassle-free stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the space. The space was perfect for the two of us and our pooch. Unbelievable location. We parked the car out front, and walked almost everywhere. Perfect location. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean, as was the bathroom, with a wonderful shower head that was perfection. We look forward to staying again. WE LOVE THE AREA and the rental!

The place is located right opposite Diamond Jamboree, very convenient! The place is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay and Tyler is very responsive and took care of everything. The only thing is the curtains do not fully cover the window in one of the bedrooms. But otherwise, it was perfect! The parking is also super close to the apartment.

Alles war genau wie beschrieben – besonders die Dachterrasse und die liebevolle Einrichtung haben den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. The condo was perfect for our stay. There were many sleeping options to accommodate all 5 of us. It was also nice to have gated parking. We enjoyed the Ms. Packman machine.

This rental matches the description and has an ideal location in Marina del Rey, with a comfy bed and a cute balcony overlooking the boats. It was easy to park, and the bar and restaurant across the street is fantastic. It is on a street of good buildings and is a cul-de-sac, so it's quiet but walkable to everything

Second time I've stayed at this unit. The close proximity to the UCLA campus with private (underground) parking is fantastic. The unit is clean, quiet and well furnished and equipped. Always like to stay here when I'm visiting my son at UCLA.

I LOVED my stay here, it was everything in the description. This place is very spacious and clean with a nice size balcony. I have absolutely no complaints I would DEFINITELY stay again Jerry and melon stay was amazing and very responsive. We brought my son in sleep(3 years old) he woke up in the morning and I heard him do a walk around and he came back to wake us up and said this house is nice lol. So five stars from him as well lol. Thank you again ❤️
