The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Location is perfect and Jaime was incredibly friendly throughout!! He let me know that they had everything we would need.. but as a self-described obsessive packer I didnt listen. He wasn't kiding! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything else you need for the perfect beach day. I brought an entire wagon of stuff and used one bag. It really is an awesome little find!!

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

My husband and I was up for a quick weekend stay and the place was perfect for us. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Antonio was very quick with any question that came up. Would recommend this place and would book again.

I felt that Allison’s place was very clean, neat, and had anything that I could’ve needed. She also sent me a message, letting me know that if I didn’t need anything to let her know. Since they did such a good job with making sure everything needed was there I had no need to contact her. The next time I come to New York, I will definitely try to find her place.

We loved staying here! Stayed in October but had stunning weather, quick walk to town, walked the Sunken Forrest, which was easy to get too. Quick walk to the ocean for morning sunrises and enjoyed some wildlife friends, loved the deer. Hosts were accommodating, can’t beat three master bedrooms, would absolutely stay again, my family had a wonderful time!

The place was absolutely beautiful, clean and had great amenities. The host was also very responsive and attentive to any questions we had to ask. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We recently stayed at Robert’s “Catalina” house and had a wonderful experience. Robert is a great host and made our extended weekend stay so peaceful and simple. The house looked exactly liked the photos and was very clean in person. Robert called the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok and was available for all my questions.

My friends and I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The open space was so nice for a bigger group to relax in when we weren’t at the beach. The hosts are super responsive and proactive!

This was my first Airbnb experience and I’m so happy it was here. From the moment you walk in you are blown away by the decor, the views, the amount of light, how well appointed everything is, I could go on and on. But what stood out more than anything else is the thoughtfulness. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available to us. This place goes above and beyond. Jenny's home was perfect for our family reunion in Quogue. Super clean and comfortable. If you like to cook, the kitchen has plenty of high quality pots and pans, dishes, sharp knives , wine glasses etc. Beautiful and private backyard was perfect for early morning coffee. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.

We needed a dog-friendly ranch style to home with three bedrooms and two bedrooms close to Sayville, where we would be celebrating Thanksgiving. I was lucky enough to find this rental which was clean, comfortable and ideal for our two-night stay. Adam was attentive and easily accessible via text. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

Very cute Airbnb and location. Clean and wholesome, spacious and nice sized space for a group of 6-8. We were worried about the one bathroom, but with coordination/communication it can work (plus the outdoor shower was a nice perk)! I appreciated the dish washer, full equipped kitchen and the beach chairs provided and table/chairs in the deck. The upstairs AC was also incredible! Downstairs AC unit was trying their best 🙏. Staff also provided a sweet personalized note and number to call if anything else was needed. Felt much at home. If queer/POC, just be mindful that Ocean Bay is not like other parts of Fire Island (Pines or the Grove). Be safe and don’t wander off alone.

Great place, exactly as advertised. Terrific location near ferry dock (making arrival/check-in extremely easy and fast, which was a relief after a long trip to get to Fire Island), near the little main hub of Cherry Grove… minutes or less to the general store, restaurants, bars. 5 minute walk to the beach. Although there is some bar noise at night, the unit is well sound-insulated. Hosts extremely friendly and communicative, full of info and recommendations. They take pride in their place and in being great hosts. Cozy place with very good value for Fire Island. The pool was a nice plus - salt water pool, lit at night. Met some of the other residents in the building who were extremely friendly and fun. Bed was very comfy. We slept in a lot. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Nice desk in the bedroom for the few times work called. Roku TV. Lots of board games Bedroom has AC which worked great. Beach chairs and towels included. Coin laundry on site worked well. Great value. Would definitely return!

the unit was perfect for my husband and myself and was in a very good location by the ferry and restaurants. It even had a rooftop deck to enjoy our wine time. We were close to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the different towns especially Ocean Beach which had shops and restaurants to explore. Anytime we had a question, we were able to contact someone to assist us as this is the first time we used an ABNB. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Nick was a great host, very responsive and always happy to help. He made us feel right at home with helpful tips and a super clear house manual. Using the projector on the nights in was a treat, and we enjoyed surrounding bars and restaurants! I will definitely come back and would recommend it to others.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
