A very clean, spacious and well equipped and presented property with easy walking to every facility. Particularly liked white bed linen and towels which gives confidence of cleanliness. The property is well proportioned and in an ideal location for walking to the shops, restaurants and the massive park at the top of the slope. Travis was always responsive and helpful.

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

We felt cheated at not having been able to get beach time this year and the only option for us to correct that was staying at Robert's blue cottage. It wasn't even a question for us since we've had many prior visits and knew it would be the best perfect spot to escape. Already thinking about next year! Robert was wonderful, as always, with all aspects of our visit. Let me not forget to mention the deer, 3-4 of them traveling together, spent a lot of time hanging out with us just off the deck, feeding and nestled under cover of the trees. We felt welcomed.

We had a wonderful time at Deirdre’s place which was a last minute booking. She was very responsive and we felt so much at home, with everything we needed to keep our family of 5 safe and occupied. We especially loved the playroom and books for all ages. The backyard tire swing and bird watching was a hit with my bigger kids too. There was lots of space to spread out if we had come with more family as well. Great stay- thank you again, Deirdre!

It was a wonderful stay. We appreciated how open, bright and private this home is with a gorgeous pool and beautiful grounds. I had a wonderful stay, the view is spectacular . The cottage is cute yet roomy, has everthing you need and then some. From the fully stocked First Aid kit to the board games. They even had a volley ball net. IF your lucky enough to have a chance to stay here you will not be disappoionted .

I booked this stay for my mom and her dog. Robert was a great host and very understanding and kind. My mom felt comfortable in the space and enjoyed her stay in Huntington 😊

The inside and outside areas were meticulously maintained. The weather was great, so we were able to really enjoy the pool and deck. Michelle was extremely responsive and did a great job with instructions, recommendations, and communications. One member of our party needed to work a few days, and the office space in the basement was perfect.

Very clean, everything was thought out and prepared very nicely. Very comfy. Best part is the hospitality of the host.

What an amazing home! Me, My husband and our dog spent a week there with another couple and their dog and it was absolutely the perfect home stay! Lots of space, bathrooms, towels, amenities, and even the most thoughtful additions like a Christmas tree and garland for the holidays! Got to use the hot tub which was perfect in a chilly day! Tons of entertainment throughout the home and they kindly had two sets of dog bowls for the pups! Will definitely try and stay again!! Thank you so much!

I was in Dion’s place with my family we really enjoyed the time we spent there,everything was perfect the pool was something that my kids enjoyed a lot, and hopefully we will come back again, for sure I totally recommend his house if you want to go and have a couple days of fun and relax thank you again Dion.

Very comfortable place to stay for a couple or single person. We were in town for an event in RVC and Bernice's place was a convenient 10 minute ride away. Everything was as described and the bed was extremely nice! Would stay here again.

We needed a dog-friendly ranch style to home with three bedrooms and two bedrooms close to Sayville, where we would be celebrating Thanksgiving. I was lucky enough to find this rental which was clean, comfortable and ideal for our two-night stay. Adam was attentive and easily accessible via text. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

From the moment we arrived, Peter made us feel incredibly welcome. The home is full of classic New York charm, with stylish, modern touches that made it both elegant and inviting. The space was spotless, the kitchen well-stocked, and every detail clearly thought through to create a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of character, yet peaceful enough for quiet mornings with coffee. Peter went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This brownstone will always hold a special place in our hearts. We’re so grateful to Peter for his hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed there during the Christmas holidays to spend time with our son, who moved there recently. It was a nice visit and even though this place was a tad bit small but perfect for what we needed. Our daughter had a room for herself but still within the same space with us, like a 2 bedroom suite. Better than staying at a hotel. Our only complaint is that the climate control system could be improved. It was very warm at 72°C even though it was set by the host to 68°F.
