If you are looking for a private get-away, this is the perfect place. Had all the amenities you need and the hot tub was awesome! Marcia was very communicative and friendly. I will definitely go back!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the beautiful 3 bedroom apartment we rented. Everything was updated & extremely clean. The place had everything we could possibly need for our stay & was in a quaint little town. We would definitely recommend staying there & would stay again!

My wife and I stayed at Eileen’s beautiful listing for two nights and it was absolutely wonderful! We had our daughter 4 months ago and haven’t really had any time for each other since, and this was exactly what we needed. Eileen was so friendly and informative, even going to the lengths of leaving out a snack basket/ s’more set. This was an amazing experience and we highly recommend this listing and host to anyone who may be on the fence about it!

This was my second time staying here, and it’s the coziest place in town!

We greatly enjoyed pur stay. We were happily surprised with the amount of children's books. The hot tub was well maintained. The decor was simple and almost minimalist but beautiful and tasteful. Carpets were very clean. There was an issue with the furnace and the owners came quickly, got a repairman out very quickly and it was all settled quite promptly. They were friendly yet not intrusive. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware. The coffee bar was a treat! The beds are quite firm which I prefer but my husband did not. My children were fascinated with the electric reclining couch and charge ports. Everything was easy to use, easy to maintain and made for a great little lazy vacation that we hoped for.

Chad was a great host. Communicated with us before the visit and afterwards. The house was perfect for our stay.

This place was exactly as pictured and expected—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of granola bars , which came in handy on a morning when we had to rush out the door. The attention to detail made our stay seamless, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place for a peaceful getaway!! Everything was as pictured and described, and the little details, like labels and bath scrubs, were really nice and made us feel welcome. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely stay again. Some notes for potentials: As described in the listing, the hot tub is on the porch that is screened in. There is no way to close/cover the screens, so on colder nights, have your towels nearby! Also, there is a train that goes by behind the property, and sometimes after 10p, but it wasn't often or crazy loud and we enjoyed watching it go by. Finally, some recs: - Westmeister farm, about 15 minutes away from here, you can swim with otters! - Mi Angel Mexican was not far, very good portions and delicious - A Slice of Heaven pizza in Shiloh was also very good Thank you, Jolene and Kyle!

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend. Right away, we were impressed with the bonfire that was going when we arrived in the evening. When we stepped foot into the front door, it smelled wonderful. The next lovely and thoughtful surprise was the apple pie and whip cream left in the refrigerator with a nice note welcoming us and wishing our family a Happy Thanksgiving! The house was as pictured and had a unique and accommodating layout. The town was decorated so beautiful for the Holidays and had so much charm as well as many of the neighboring houses. Even though there were other houses nearby, we felt like it was very quiet and peaceful. The host, David, was very responsive with all of my questions beforehand and let us know if we needed anything, to just reach out to him. Everyone in our family said they would stay there again!
