Michelle was an amazing host I was in town for several days to help my son recover from ACL surgery. The house was clean, comfortable, and a perfect match for what we needed. I reached out to Michelle a few times with questions and she was very accommodating, responsive and helpful. I will plan on staying here again when I'm back to visit my son at BW. It's much more comfortable than a hotel! Thanks Michelle!

Visiting family in the area and needed a place to sleep but didn’t spend much time there. Nice, quiet place. Well light. Third time to stay at a property of Michael’s. He is quick to respond to questions. Clean and comfortable furniture. Well maintained. We will stay again at a property he owns if available.

This was such a perfect location if you are spending the day at Cedar Point or any of those places in the area. We were absolutely exhausted after all day in the park with 3 kids, and I fell very sick at the park. Only having to drive for less than 10 minutes was amazing. House was so cozy and clean. If it weren’t raining we would have enjoyed the backyard. Pool room was a lot of fun, too!

This house is cute and clean and a good location just a few blocks from campus and close to downtown. We would consider staying there again. There are a few things that could be tweaked to make it a better stay for groups larger than two people. There are two bathrooms upstairs that are across from each other and down the hall from the bedrooms. Our kids said that the bathroom with the shower worked well. The shower with the bath shower combination did not work as well. It fluctuated between scalding and freezing and did not receive any warm water if any other fixture in the house was running. If the water could be working in both showers at the same time it would make the home more comfortable for a group of more than two. We were there during a very cold ice storm and we had trouble with the heat. We arrived late and the house was very cold. We let the owner know the next morning and they were very responsive.

Beautiful little home. Plenty of room and has everything we needed. The fenced in yard is great if you bring your dog.

Very grateful that Amber was able to let us check in a couple hours before our check in time. House was clean and comfortable. We were there a little out of season for a lot to be open, but we still had a great time. Thanks Amber!

This little house was comfortable, clean and convenient to everything we wanted to see. We took a small walk to the end of the street and were on the beach of Lake Erie. About a 15 minute drive and we were at Cedar Point. There was a gas station close, a Dairy Queen if you prefer burgers and 2 nice dine in restaurants for the more mature palates. It was fully stocked and we lacked nothing during our stay.

Beautiful view of the lake! Valia was also very kind when 2 of my sisters decided a few days before our trip to join us for one night each. House was clean. Two showers and an extra .5 bathroom = great! I was concerned about a review from over a year ago that mentioned a cigarette smell. When we first walked in, 2 of us thought there was a slight smell right in the entrance, but it was not present throughout the house and we didn't notice it again. The backyard did have around 100 cigarette butts under the balcony but it's clear no one is smoking inside. I'd recommend bringing some extra blankets if you like more than one per bed. There were plenty of pillows. A fun town with nearby unique thrift stores, restaurants and a roller skating rink. WONDERFUL HIKING TRAILS AND WATERFALL NEARBY! I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

We came to Ohio for the birth of our son and stayed in the apartement for six weeks. During all this time, Chris and Jim made sure, that their venue was our "home away from home"! They were extremely welcoming and supportive, be it with equipment we needed for the baby, like a crip with changing table, or with tips what to do in the area. They fully respected our privacy, but at the same time were very interested and supportive towards our journey and our story. They were always open for a quick chat or a good longer tallk. So, after leaving back to our "normal" home, we really feel we found new friends overseas! The apartment is large and well-equipped and exactly as we expected it to be from the description and the pictures. Amherst is a very small town, but has a very nice center with a good variety of restaurants, bars/breweries and cafés. All of that is within walking distance. We hope there will be a next time and alread are looking forward to it!

We loved staying here in this cozy home in peaceful fields. Catherine was so conscientious and communicative. There were nice additions like milk and eggs and snacks, too, that were nice touches. We’d definitely stay again. The only thing that I wish we would have known ahead of time was that the hot tub was drained for the winter. Thanks so much for the nice stay!

This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach, and the business district. Robin and Dave were very friendly and responded quickly with anything I needed including recommendations for local places of interest.

Peaceful and spacious and beautiful. Nicely provisioned. Easy check in, close to everything, but has a nice private view of woods from the windows

This is the second time we've stayed here, which says more than anything else. The place was great, just like last time. Noticed some nice updates this time to make the place even better. Literally the only reason not to stay here would be if someone in your party cannot climb stairs or would have difficulty with a bathtub type shower. Aside from that, book with complete confidence.

We had a great time during our stay. The place was perfect for walking to the ice festival and the restaurants. It was very spacious and clean and cozy! We will be back!

What was originally a "had to find a place for the night close to where we had to be" kind of situation turned into a very enjoyable stay, great place, great communication, good beds, lots of space and great surroundings even though it was very cold that day. Outside: inside was just right :) We even got to see a young eagle perched right outside our windows, thanks to Di who texted us to have a look! Very enjoyable stay, thanks a lot!

Lori’s place was comfy, cozy and loaded with unique details. Her apartment was tidy and filled with all the essentials needed for your stay. The location was great! We found a great dinner spot called The Landmark. Great drinks and dinner options. Breakfast was also easily accessible and delicious at Wake up and Waffle. We cannot wait to return to this area for another little getaway trip and highly possible we will land back in this little paradise haven. Ohhhhh and the “mess” she is talking about out back currently is simply incredible and breathtaking! You have to go and see this project for yourself. The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It is within walking distance of restaurants, stores and you can access the path the walks along the lake easily. Hosts were very responsive. We would stay here again.

This was exactly as described! Jon's place was very clean and neat. The pool and hot tub at the complex were well-maintained. The location was gorgeous and right on the water with many cute restaurants in easy walking distance. Cedar Point was about a 10 minute drive away. The Jet Express port from Sandusky was right around the corner from the apartment building. I would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed staying here. The place was perfect and very convenient for walking around downtown Sandusky and taking the express to Kellys Island. Thank you!

Spring break we took our 2 teens to Paul’s place. We live about 1.5 hours from Sandusky so we truly enjoy coming here. This will definitely be a location to stay for our 5-8 visits to Cedar Point each year!! Also, it has the convenience of being very close to Kalahari and other water parks. We took advantage of this while being able to cook and bake new fun creative dishes. So much fun and a beautiful view by the lake!

Bridget was a great host, who offered us an earlier check in and later checkout due to the availability. Her place had pretty much everything we needed, including some DVD movies and puzzles, which my granddaughter LOVED. Great views of the water from both sides of the condo, too!

A great 3rd floor lookout over the marinas, though frozen at the moment. A modern, clean comfortable unit. Couldn't have been happier. Tim was friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful home in an ideal location in Port Clinton. Plenty of space for our family of 4! Michelle was an excellent host and provided clear, prompt and friendly communication. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay. Very close to the jet express & just a few minutes from grocery & restaurants. Lovely views from balcony of the lake & the docks. 20-30 min drive from Cedar Point & Kelley’s Island ferry. Such a nice place & plan to return again. All amenities were well thought out. Even a hair dyer which I was grateful because I forgot mine.
