3박 4일 재밌게 잘 놀다가 왔습니다! 깨끗하고 아늑하고 딱 그림 그대로의 숙소 였습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 주인분이 편의를 많이 봐주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 집 앞 강을 따라 산책은 다른분들 말처럼 정말 예쁘니 꼭 하시길 바랍니다. 집 위치는 좀 구석에 있어서 길을 잃을수도 있으니 꼭꼭 주인분한테 물어보고 가시길 추천합니다.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my grown up daughter and the place was perfect for what we needed, a base to explore from. The fact that there is a bus stop right outside the apartment is really handy. The bus can takeyou to the local metro or it takes 20 minutes to walk. Really appreciated the washing machine with laundry detergent and there is also a small airer to use. There is also a 24hr launderette nearby! The kitchen area has everything you possibly need to make a meal but we often ate out and only used the kettle to make ramen! If you stay when it's cold, the heating is amazing. There's underfloor heating that makes the space super cosy! Plenty of on demand hot water and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided by Sulin. Oh and toothpaste! We REALLY liked that Sulin provided a fabric freshener for our clothes that smelt from the delicious Korean BBQs that we ate at! So handy to have & a good idea! Loved staying here. It's quiet & Sulin is a lovely host!

지난번에 예약해서 지냈을때도 편하게 지냈던 기억에 두번째 방문이였습니다... 이번에도 잘지내고 갑니다..

가족들과 첫 여행이라 종말 고심해서 골랐는데 그만큼 만족스러웠어요! 대인원도 추가비용없이 이용이 가능하고 사진에서 보는 것보다 공간이 넓어서 편안하게 지내다가 갑니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 다음번에는 여름에 조금 더 오래 묵다가 가고 싶어요!

위치가 너무 좋고 정말 넓게 잘 썼습니다. 넉넉한 수건 준비 부탁드렸는데 요청도 잘 들어주셨어요. 온수도 잘 나오고 청소도 잘 되어 있었습니다. 더블 침대 두 개에 방 하나 더 있는데 이 가격이면 정말 가성비 좋은 것 같아요. 다음에 잠실 들릴 일 있으면 재방문할 것 같아요.

So glad we found this home, the hosts were very friendly and accommodated us with all of our requests. Our family of 7 (including 1 baby and 1 toddler) was able to sleep comfortably in this home. The bus stop was less than 5min walking and the subway station was 5-7min walk. We hope to come back to Korea in the near future and stay in this home again.

야구 시즌 개막하면서 잠실야구장에 야구보러 오면서 멤버들과 고른 숙소였는데, 야구보러 나가는 게 아쉬울 정도로 정말 좋은 숙소 였습니다. 우선 host분께서 정말 친절하게도 저희 일정에 맞게 체크인 시간도 변경해주셨을 뿐만 아니라, 세심하게 편안한 여행이 될 수 있도록 답장을 해주셨습니다. 숙소 거리가 잠실 번화가와 가까워서 주변 맛집에서 먹고 가볍게 술한잔 하고 오기도 매우 좋았습니다. 뿐만 아니라 숙소도 정말 쾌적하고 깔끔해서 공간이 주는 편안함에 여행으로 인한 피곤함을 달래주는 휴식공간이자 내 집이었으면 좋겠다는 생각도 들게 하였고, 같이 지냈던 멤버들도 매우 만족해했습니다. 아침에는 가볍게 석촌호수 쪽도 다녀왔는데 다양한 연령층의 러너들도 볼 수 있었습니다. 다음에 서울에 올 일이 있어도 무조건 재방문 의사 있으며, 많은 분들이 서울 여행 특히 잠실, 송파, 강남 등 서울 동쪽 지역에서 여행하실 계획이시라면 숙소로 택하셔도 좋을 듯 합니다. 저는 다음에 야구가 아닌 서울에 일정이 있어도 기꺼이 이용할 의사가 있습니다. 집도, 호스트도, 주변 환경도 모두 최고였습니다!!! 그리고 즐거운 여행을 할 수 있게 마음 써주셔서 진심으로 감사 드립니다!

Feels like a home, because it is a home! If you’re staying a short while, or a long while, this is your place. We plan on travelling to Seoul many more times and we’ve decided to stay here whenever possible. The host Junmi was impeccable, whatever we needed she was there to help. We embarrassingly clogged the toilet and could not unclog it, Junmi had a plumber there ASAP to sort it out.

숙소 너무 깔끔하고 모든 것들이 갖춰져있습니다 다음에 묵게되면 다시 여기로 묵습니다

This place is way better than my expectation. It’s clean and new. All equipments are recent technology. It is sooooooooooo close to the train station (both line 9 (where you can go to Gangnam) and AREX which go to Airport and Hongdae. There are so many restaurants around or even right at the first floor of this building (A lots enough to say that there are too many to choose 🫣). Plus, around 4 convenient stores around the corners + 1 right at the first floor of the building. The host is super active and helpful, whatever you ask, you will get the answer so soon. Additional, the host is so caring: checking whether I arrive at the accommodation safely, asking how was my staying and taking more towels to me. When I went to many Airbnbs, I had a thought of going back to stay again. This place is a must returning to stay that I have written on the top of my lists. I wish this place is available every time I go to Korea. I would give 1000000 out of 10 to this hidden super Airbnb 🥰.

I am a foreigner who does not speak Korean language. So I was very appreciative that Zoe was friendly and responded fast via AirBnB messaging. The area around the building has an emart supermarket and restaurants. The building itself had a CU and some eateries too. So it was very convenient and comfortable for a 10 day stay for my business trip. thank you Zoe !

I stayed here for a month and had an excellent experience! The house was always clean and neat, with complete cleaning materials provided, making it easy to maintain during my extended stay. Its minimalist design gave the space a modern and calming vibe. One of the standout features was the large window, offering breathtaking views of city lights, sunsets, the moon, and the skies—something I looked forward to every evening. The inclusion of a bidet added an extra level of comfort, and the property felt secure throughout my stay. The location was incredibly convenient, just a few steps from subway lines 1 and 6, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully designed place to stay—especially for longer visits! The host was also superb! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Alex & Susan’s apartment in Gwangjin-gu! The location is super convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. Unfortunately, we couldn’t check out the Han River this time, but there’s so much to explore nearby. Alex & Susan were incredibly attentive hosts, always quick to respond and making sure we had everything we needed. Whether you’re staying for a short trip or a longer stay, this apartment is perfect, it’s clean, comfortable, and feels like home. We were honestly sad to leave and already miss our time there. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul!

사진보다 실제 숙소가 훨씬 깨끗하고 좋았습니다!! 다른 후기들에도 뷰 얘기가 많은데, 뷰가 정말정말 좋아요 낮이나 밤이나 예뻤습니다 ㅎㅎ 그리고 개인적으로 숙소 볼 때 청결도에 신경을 많이 쓰는 편인데 아주 깨끗했습니다! 호스트 분이 청결하게 관리하고 있다는 게 잘 느껴졌어요 ☺️ 체크인 전에 부탁한 사항들도 잘 반영해 주셨고 안내들 역시 자세했습니다~ 연락도 매우 빠르게 답이 와서 불편한 점 하나 없이 지냈어요! 간혹 침구류나 특히 수건은 관리를 잘 못 하면 안 좋은 냄새가 날 수도 있는데 침구류뿐만 아니라 수건에서도 아주 좋은 향이 나서 정말 대만족했습니다! 덕분에 있는 동안 잘 묵고 갑니다 다음에 또 들릴게요 감사합니다❣️

예약 후부터 사장님께서 친절하게 설명해주시고, 입실부터 퇴실까지 잘 챙겨주셔서 감사했습니다. 14명이 숙박했는데 공간이 정말 넓었고, 주방시설, 화장실(2개), 잘 갖춰진 주방시설과 용품까지 너무 잘 지내다 왔습니다.

친구가족들과의 모임이었습니다. 총 3가족이었고 열심히 잘 놀다 왔습니다. 도로 옆 아랫쪽에 위치한 숙소라 도로에서 집이 바로 보이지 않아 처음에는 지나치기도 했습니다. 주차는 최대 4대정도 할 수 있는 공간이 있었습니다. 주차 후 집으로 내려가는 길이 좁은 계단길이라 짐을 옮길 때는 좀 힘들었습니다. 막상 아래로 내려가서 지내다 보니 매우 아늑하고 겨울 바람도 막아주어 따뜻하게 지낼 수 있어 오히려 좋았습니다. 집근처 논과 언덕에 눈이 쌓여있어 아이들은 도시에서는 겪어보지 못한 비닐과 박스 썰매를 신나게 탈 수 있었습니다. 숙소 컨디션은 여느 시골집 같은 아늑한 느낌이었고 노래방 기계와 악기들이있어 절대 심심할 일 없는 숙소였습니다. 집이 다른 집들과 떨어져 있다보니 소음에 신경쓰지 않고 실컷 놀 수 있었습니다. 부엌의 그릇과 각종 집기들이 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 수건도 많고 이불도 많아 총 10명이 잘 지낼 수 있었습니다. 마당에는 화로를 이용해서 각종 구이를 맛있게 해먹을 수 있었고, 술을 쌓인 눈 사이에 보관해서 아주 시원하게 마실 수 있었습니다. 영하의 날씨에 따뜻하고 온수도 잘 나오는 숙소라 다음에도 다시 오고 싶습니다. 부엌 전등 근처 수도 스위치를 전등스위치로 알고 끄는 바람에 갑자기 물이 나오지 않아 새벽 3시에 연락드렸는데도 친절하게 응대해주신 윤희님께 감사드립니다. 저희 다음에 오시는 분들은 꼭 그 스위치는 건들지 않으시길 바랍니다.^^

지인들이랑 새벽까지 떠들어도 주변에 집들이 없어서 재밌게 놀다가 갑니다- 차로 하나로마트도 가깝고 편의점도 있어서 불편함없이 하루지내다 왔어요, 1층2층에 모두 주방이 있어서 편했어요,

정말로 아늑하고 평화로운 시간을 보냈습니다. 서울에서 그리 멀지 않은 곳에서 전원생활을 체험할 수 있는 귀한 경험이었습니다. 바로 뒤에 위치한 카페를 호스트님께서 운영 중이신데 커피도 맛있고 분위기도 최고였습니다. 무엇보다 좋았던 것은 마당에서 모닥불을 켜고 밤에 별을 보며 캠프파이어를 한 것입니다. 같이 간 5살짜리 아들이 집에 와서도 모닥불 얘기를 하네요. 또 읍네에서 멀지 않아 음식 배달도 되는 것은 정말 장점이었습니다. 감사합니다.

주인분이 완전 친절하시고 강아지랑 갔는데 강아지가 정말 좋아했어요. 바로앞에 계곡도 있어서 강아지랑 재밌게 놀았어요. 앉아있을 벤치도 많고 바로앞 물소리도 평화로웠습니다:) 정원도 넓어서 신나게 뛰어놀았어요.
