We had a fantastic time! Thanks to the great parking advice in advance and the detailed instructions, checking in worked perfectly and we felt right at home. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a big kitchen/living room area. Marsh was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

convenient location. safe area. apartment clean and well kept. If you are planning to do work, there is not a desk, but there is a high table with bar stools that is ok for laptop work but not for several hours. Overall, great place.

David and Kathy’s place was a perfect location for us . The place was clean and fully stocked . We also had access to a washer and dryer which was useful. The bedroom area was very quiet for sleeping since it’s located away from the street. We will definitely be back when we come to DC again! Highly recommend!

The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was very attentive, providing clear instructions.

Overall an unproblematic stay. Kitchen was the perfect size with all the cooking utensils, but unfortunately no dishwasher. The neighbors were quiet and friendly, and the location is in a safe area of town. Only problem I encountered was the front door is hard to open, I had to shoulder it. Jacob’s Coffee right down the road is a great place to stop on the way to the city.

Tom fue bastante flexible y no tuvimos ningun problema durante nuestra estadía! Todo estaba como se miran en las fotos y se describe. Totalmente recomendado.

This was a nice home in a great little neighborhood. The beds were incredibly comfortable and gave us all much needed rest. It's always nice knowing there is dedicated parking with the driveway, and having a washer and dryer and full kitchen available made it feel appropriate for the long stay we had originally planned. There are a TON of restaurants and necessities nearby. Communication was clear and consistent. An addition of a small desk somewhere near an outlet may be a future improvement they could pursue, and both of the bathrooms are located in the halls (so depending on the group you are traveling with, there is slightly less privacy than if the bathroom were inside the bedrooms), but otherwise the place was wonderful. We had actually booked a 3 week stay and after 2 nights had to deal with an emergency that interrupted our plans. The owner graciously changed our reservation and Airbnb approved issuing a refund. Would definitely book this location again if we're in this area!

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Arlington. There is lots of space and it is in a safe location. I highly recommend this house!

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Located in the quaint historic town of Occoquan, it was the perfect stop on our drive from NY to SC. It was spacious and well equipped. My husband, an artist, really liked the large green painting in the living room. Thank you!

It was very clean, and check-in was a breeze. The host was super communicative, and it's close enough to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described. Great location and great historical feel. Parking garage, restaurants and shops within walking distant. Apartment was a little chilly (older windows)but extra blankets and space heaters were provided. We were a party off 3 adults and found it perfect size but I think more guests would be tough.

Willie was very helpful and responsive for any questions I had! The place was great and was equipped with anything you needed for a home away from home. Ideal location to go into DC everyday. Thanks again Willie!
