My husband and I spent the most marvelous 3 nights at Joe and Megan's cabin. We truly did not want to leave at the end of our stay! The house was so cozy and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen, while small'ish, was exceptionally functional and very wellstocked. We only used the downstairs bedroom, but that bed was very comfortable and all linens were nice. The sunroom was a peaceful place to enjoy the mornings. Great wifi/TV/streaming options. We fully enjoyed all outdoor areas. The deck with large gas grill made for having fun relaxing dinners with lovely views of the lake. The dock was a restorative place to spend the day, launch kayaks from (provided with rental!), and for stargazing at night. There are a few homes/docks nearby but it felt very private and we never issues with noise from neighbors (can't speak for how it might be at the height of summer). Easy check in/out process. Communication with Joe & Megan was superb. A true gem and we hope to return soon!

Absolutely adorable home…only wish we could have stayed longer! Excellent communication with the host, the home was fully stocked with all the necessities and felt so welcoming. The fresh clean sheets and comfortable pillows/beds made for the perfect ending the an exhausting day. Thanks you for your hospitality!

It was the best Airbnb I stayed it and I would most definitely come again

Felicity Farm was a beautiful and serene place to stay. The house was spacious and well maintained, with everything one could need for a family to cook their own meals and relax. We especially enjoyed seeing all the happy, healthy animals on Mike's tour of the lovely farm. Our North Carolina relatives who saw the place were very impressed, and we hope to be able to visit again in the near future.

A small home away from home. This cottage is clean, comfortable, with perfect decorations and furniture. Comfy bed and pillows with lots of space for a cottage. Fast Wifi and 2 Roku TVs with climate control in living room and bedroom. A very responsive and helpful host is a major plus. Located in a quiet small neighborhood close to downtown Danville. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, where you can listen to the birds and the river flowing over the dam. A great place to get away to relax and unwind for a bit.

I had a great time, my daughter enjoyed the jacuzzi. Only issue I had was with the fridge it wasn’t cooling as it should but other than that it was fabulous and I would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time at Margo's place! The home was exactly as described — cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The views were absolutely stunning, and our dogs had a blast exploring the area. Our water-loving pup especially enjoyed a few refreshing swims at the beach! The town itself is quaint with great restaurants, and we particularly enjoyed visiting Buggs Island Brewery. Overall, we highly recommend Margo’s place and can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Absolutely fantastic stay! We came down from Northern VA for the races at Martinsville Speedway, and this property was perfect in every way. The host was fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and made everything super easy. The home itself is beautiful: clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location is very private, with an incredible view that made our mornings and evenings especially relaxing. We loved spending time by the firepit after the races—definitely a highlight. All the amenities were top-notch, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We’ll absolutely be back for next year’s races. Highly recommend!
