This place was spot on. Perfect location for why we were there. Clean and very comfortable. If you have a large hunting group. This is the place to stay. If you have a small group like we were. It’s perfect. I will stay there again.

This was a great place to stay for enjoying all that Hyde county has to offer. Rachel was very helpful with all of our questions. We will definitely be reaching out to her for our n cut accommodations.

Cute cottage, amazing sound-side view right on the water. Caitlin was responsive and was able to accommodate our request for an early check-in. Loft was a little warm on a warmer-than-average late March day, but opening the windows aired it out easily in the evening. AC unit kept the downstairs cool with no problem.

Knott’s Landing was top notch in all respects. Donna was communicative and helpful. The house was clean and tidy. I would certainly book again!

Had a blast was right on the water stayed last year at another place but wasnt on the water like this place had boat dock so that was really nice unloaded boat tied it up to dock didnt have to worry about anyone messing with your stuff because it was there personal dock so not having to worry about other people being around !my boat and belongings so our stuff was safe they have plenty of fishing rods and kayaks if ypu,just wanted go on a little kayak stroll out for a day. I really,liked how peaceful,it was just a good place and quiet will defintely be going back next year and planning on staying in the same place actually i couldnt believe how quiet it was nice deck on side of house if you want to read and drink ur coffee with a view didnt have to worry about neighbors very quiet and peaceful place!! Loved it!!!

Place worked out great for our duck hunting trip. Easy to check in and out, place was clean, had all the essential items we needed and hey the host even left some snacks who doesn’t love snacks!!

Our stay at this home in Ocracoke was wonderful! We visited during the off season and found the island to be the peaceful escape we were looking for. The home was spacious and cozy and exceeded our expectations! Our host was extremely flexible and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway!

What a great location and house to find peace and reset from the busy world. We were looking for a place to close out 2024 and spend quality time as a family, and this place didn’t disappoint. Beautiful views over the water and surrounding area made the time pass slow and memorable. Melissa was friendly and communicated well. Great experience overall and looking forward to hopefully getting the chance to go back in the future.

We rented two houses for week for a family gathering. This was our second time staying at River Dunes. The houses and location were fantastic for our week. The amenities at River Dunes are wonderful, from the pool to the kayaks, to the bikes everything was great!

Great location,clean and comfortable. Lynne had left easy to follow instructions on use of all amenities. Very nice place will definitely consider staying with Lynne agian.

Very nice small house with many activities at the club. Do not recommend Oriental area generally based on visit but great place to stay if you want to remain on site. Pool and hot tub and restaurant all nice. Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our peaceful, quiet stay in beautiful River Dunes. The cottage was lovely, filled with natural light, and the bed extremely comfy. Also appreciated the washer, dryer, and screened in back porch!
