Had a fantastic stay. Check in was seamless and was a good location to drive to various hotspots in and around Tampa bay. Plenty of amenities were provided (keurig cups, shampoo, soap, dishware, laundry detergent, etc) which helped reduce a lot of things we needed to buy after we arrived. There was construction on both sides of the building but the noise was minimal, wasn’t a bother at all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Richard's one night and it was our first time. We were impressed by how clean, spotless and beautiful his place is. The floor distribution is great. We need it a good night sleep before catching an early flight and the bed did the job. Excellent place. Highly recommended.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at Daniel's place. It was clean, very comfortable, and is exactly as described. Our dog loved roaming the back yard and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. There's lots plants around the area and the backyard has a cute seating spot for 2 where I enjoyed sitting. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and our bedroom had ample space for our clothing and accessories. There is a private driveway around back and street parking out front. Both my fiancé and I had no issues working remotely from this location for a week. There is an office located off the laundry area that is quiet and isolated and the kitchen table was ample space for us too. We adore the cozy, homey feel here and cooked during our stay with no issues. After our stay this week, we plan on returning next year as well!!

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

Very nice and peaceful, beautiful view, nice walk to town. There is a small baseball park in the distance you can either walk over to or listen to from the screened in covered balcony. Short trains come by about once ever other day but they didn’t take away from either the view or the atmosphere. The only thing that woke me up in the morning besides my alarm was perhaps the sound of the morning dew dripping. I usually slept with the door open to the balcony. If the sound of due dripping bothers, you shut the door.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Justin’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to many good restaurants, Busch gardens, and a very had a beautiful water/ park area, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. Justin was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing great local recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the little thoughtful touches made me feel right at home.

Enjoyed my stay and look forward to book again. The Host was very communicative and helpful. Beautiful home

What a wonderful casita, convenient to bus lines & walkable to both James Stadium & Steinbrenner Field. Comfy bed & super clean bathroom. I'd be happy to stay again when I'm back in Tampa again. While we never met in person, Arian was friendly & communicative, ensuring an easy check-in. Thanks, Arian, love your place !

Great stay, very clean. Good location. Great air conditioner. Wifi was very good. And kitchen had everything one needs. Nice little desk to do some work too. Overall I recommend 👍🏽

Very nice stay. In a great location of Tampa in the channel district, and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Tampa area.

We had a great stay with little complications. The communication was abundant, and the instructions were very clear. The condo is located within walking distance to the free Tampa Trolly as well as the water Taxi for exploring the city. It is on the second from the top floor, so the views were beautiful. I would definitely book this again without question.

Jessica’s place was a lovely relaxing base from which to explore the area. The screened in deck was the highlight, offering lots of fresh air and a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. The apartment was exactly as described, clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances for cooking simple meals. Jessica responded promptly to questions. The pool was also lovely. Great stay!

Hands down, wonderful stay! Jonathan was super quick to respond and very helpful. Location was walkable to so many restaurants and things to do. We stayed prior to departing on a cruise. We were able to walk to Terminal 3 as it was only two blocks away! Beds and furniture were super comfy. We will be back!

Overall, a great experience! The tv wasn’t working one of the nights and Yenia went out of her way to send someone to get us a new remote on a Friday night. She was great at communication! In addition, it was fun to have private pool days & grill out. My only complaint was I wished the pillows were fluffier, and there was a bigger comforter on the bed.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The hosts were helpfully informative prior to our stay so getting settled in was a breeze. The totally private hot tub is a beautifully decorated oasis which amplified the overall relaxing feel a hot tub brings. The house was so clean, and had the perfect balance of warm and cozy with a minimalist feel and look. They utilized the entire space to ensure safety, privacy, comfort and ease of moving around. All interactions with the hosts were quickly responded to with kindness and professionalism. We felt totally secluded in our own happy little space with everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at Nella's apartment. The location was excellent being just a few minutes driving distance from the stores and restaurants in the Hyde Park area. The apartment was very clean and inviting. Our host was friendly and responded immediately!
