The place is very thoughtfully put together and is within walking distance to Publix, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and Home Depot What else can a man ask for?!

Nick &Klaudia have a wonderful comfortable home. We were a family of 8 and never felt crowded. Everything you need just bring toothbrush. The highlight was the relaxing hot large Jacuzzi under the stars....VERY NICE. The pool was heated and the kids loved the Foosball table. The neighborhood is family friendly and safe. The location was perfect and close to beaches and parks. The kitchen is small but very adequate. This home is PERFECT for a family or group. Nick was ALWAYS available. Nick responds immediately. We will definitely stay again when needed Thank you Nick&Klaudia.

It is a comfy house with great location, easy parking and a lot of space. Great for a group of friends or family trip.

Svetlana went above and beyond by providing thoughtful amenities like soaps, shampoos, and even sunscreen for both adults and kids. It made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here, and we will definitely be back!

Gabriel's home was perfect. We stayed with our 3yrd old and 16 month old kids, and he had books, toys, high chair, Pack N Play, etc for the kids. Great backyard and super clean home. Would definitely stay again.

We had 9 guests and had lots of room, pool and back yard was spacious and private

From now on, this is my 1st look when I’ll be in St. Petersburg. My son and I visited Eckerd College and to have an 18 year old say, “Dad, this is so much better than a hotel. It’s like being at home!” The restaurant vibe downtown is amazing and it was 4 minutes by car. I have a bad hip, if not you could walk in 15-20. We ate at Bonu which was as good as restaurants in the North End in Boston. Gwen and Rick genuinely care about their Airbnb guests! Great coffee, too! You won’t go wrong!

This place had everything we needed. Bathroom was a bit small but adequate.

Our time in John’s place was an 11 out of 10.Truly one if not the most comfortable , convenient, and neat places to stay in . He is extremely flexible and always willing to help out with any matter of concern - very few ever came up since he is so respectful and responsible that he’s proactive to make sure we are satisfied with our rental.

It's a very nice looking and clean Airbnb. You can tell the host puts thought into it. I liked the fragrance she used that you notice when you enter.

Very clean and convenient place in a nice neighborhood. I had plenty of privacy and good Wi-Fi to do my work.

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

Chuck was a great host. He communicated all the details of the property clearly. The one time I had to call he picked up quickly and answered my question. We also had a great conversation after that. Highly recommended. Would stay again if a future trip brings us back to the Tampa area.

This condo is in a great neighborhood which is wonderful to walk around and see all the history and beautiful homes. Bayshore Blvd is a stone's throw away and you can see the bay from the condo. Bella's Italian Restaurant was a very short walk and one of the best in Tampa. The beds were comfortable with only one point to be noted is in the master bedroom the shades really let in the street lights at night and the sunshine in the morning. Overall, very roomy and comfortable stay for 4 people.

What can I say about my stay. It was fantastic from start to finish. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Scott and his wife were super fast on any questions I had. The view was amazing. The pool area was great. It even has a nice little bar/grill restaurant attached to the pool for some really good bar food. It had a really nice and cozy private beach and volleyball area. I liked this location so much that I’d recommend it to my own mother. Can’t wait for the next trip. Thank you guys very much.

This place is perfect, love location , easy to get to airport beaches, great restaurants, place was beautiful, comfortable, home away from home , way better then staying at hotel. Heated pool with amazing veiw , love the little tiki bar by the pool, I have stayed at this location a number of times and it never disappoints

We loved this place and the location was great. We initially had problems with the WiFi but Alexandra and her husband fixed them right away with a new router. We didn’t have any problems at all after that. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

This unit was perfect for a quick stay. It was super clean and very comfortable. It was better than the description and pictures. And the balcony is the perfect place to watch a sunset! I will definitely be back!
