駅から近く、観光地へのアクセスが良かったためとても助かりました！ 男4人で滞在しましたが、広さも十分で満足です！

This was a great little rest spot for a family of 4-6. Great location for visiting nearly all the big attractions in Osaka. USJ, Red Horse Ferris Wheel, Osaka Aquarium, Banpaku Park, Dotonbori, Shopping Street, etc all within 1 hour train rides or sub 30-40 min taxi rides away. Great host as well.

性价比非常高！非常宽敞的住宅，所有干湿都是分离的 特别体验：很喜欢后面的住吉神社，安静还能看到梅花，供奉的是水神哦（包邮航行出海），还有层层叠叠的鸟居 这个附近晚上8点以后就没有什么人了，很安静很安静，遇到了隔壁领居老爷爷，整体来说都是很不错的住宿体验 到公交车站会比地铁站更近一些，推荐出行坐公交哦

周りにはコインパーキングも多く町中から一本入った立地で静かに過ごすことができました。 また大阪に泊まる際は利用できればと思います。

The location is close to the station and right next to a convenience store, which is great for you when you are tired from traveling. The room is clean, and the interior is more stylish than my home. There's no TV, but you can watch Netflix and YouTube through a projector at night. I recommend staying here when you travel to Kobe!

Amazing stay!!! Host is very friendly and responsive. Home is right around the corner from train station and so many eateries! This home is perfect for large groups. There was 11 people in my group and it fit all of us perfectly with multiple empty beds left! You won’t be disappointed staying here!!

Kotone’s place is really convenient for travellers, you have all the amenities you need to have an amazing stay. Kotone is a great host, she answers fast and gives you good recommendations about the city or the food you can find. You can always count on her. I strongly recommend that place.

駅から徒歩5分程度と立地もよく、室内も写真通りで綺麗な部屋でした。Anさんもレスポンスよく返信いただけるため、安心して利用できました。

2度目の滞在になります。 新しい建物でとても綺麗で また今回のような金額の時は 利用したいと思います

常に返信してくれて、分からないことに対してとても対応しやすかった。設備も整っていてとても綺麗だった。

非常好的体验，房间大干净，还可以自己做饭，房东还给准备好了油和调料，出门往左和右走都有生活超市，往下走十分钟就是电车(元町)站，走着就可以到三宫买买买🛍️，而且关西机场大巴站也在三宫，总的来说房子的地里位置非常好，我们己往每次去日本都是住在朋友家但这次就想体验一下民宿结果非常满意，夏天我们去日本还会就这家，到时候还会联系房东，希望房费可己打个折，房间再给配上电视。非常感谢房东。

A beautiful and cozy house with splendid view. We stayed 2 nights with heavy snow both days. Though the cost is a bit pricey, soaking in the open air bath watching snowfall outside made the stay so worthy. Location is convenient with restaurants , supermarkets , attraction within 5-10 minutes driving distance. Highly recommend for couple looking forward to a private and relaxing vacation.

A nice and tidy place to base our selves while we explored Osaka and visited Universal Studios. A 10 minute walk to the train station and then we were able to get anywhere. The apartment was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. There is a convenient supermarket down stairs below the apartment for food and anything else you might need. A lovely stay thankyou.

El lugar estuvo perfecto lada quedarnos los días que estuvimos. todo estaba muy limpio y el proyecto que tiene disponible es una maravilla. pudimos ver nuestras series en pantalla gigante

Me and my Fiancee had a fantastic time in and around Kobe and this apartment is big enough for two with great facilities, I especially enjoyed having a washing machine and not needing to use the local laundry shops, which I have had to do on previous visits. It has great links, as Kobe station is and easy walk as well as the subway. there are many local restaurants, shops, convinces stores and a supermarket less then 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Everything was set up for our arrival and staying in a more traditional style apartment was a nice change for this trip. Toki's communication was fantastic and all the information in the apartment was useful. I hope others take the opportunity to stay at Toki's accommodation as we had a really good time and a wonderful experience

３日間の滞在でしたがとても快適でした。他の宿泊者の足音や声などが気になりましたが、耳栓を届けてくださり親切にしていただきました。 機会がありましたらまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

思ってた以上に色々アメニティや食材があって、大変助かりました。外見に不安がありましたが、内装は十分でした。ありがとうございます

시설이 깔끔하고 냄새도 안 나고 좋았습니다. 건물 내부에 작은 승강기가 있어 짐을 나르기도 좋았고, 저와 일행은 유니버셜 스튜디오에 도보로 30분 정도 걸어서 갔어요. 근처에 세븐일레븐 편의점이 하나 있고 숙소에 들어간지 얼마 안 되어서는 약간 추울 수는 있습니다만 히터 틀어두니 따뜻하게 잘 잤고 무엇보다 호스트분께서 응답도 빠르고 숙소로 가는 방법이나 체크인 방법 등을 사전에 세세하게 알려주셔서 신경써주시는 게 느껴졌어요. 재미있게 놀다갑니다!! 감사합니다 :)

We had very good experiences stay at this premise. The host is also very helpful and responsive to any inquiries We have prior the check in and during the stay. I would love to recommend this place if you traveling to Osaka with quite big pax (5-8 people) as the place is very spacious. I will definitely rebook this premise shall I ever go back to Osaka with my family. Thank you Xiao for your hospitality.
