素敵な古民家でした。古民家の印象が変わりました。 主人も６歳の息子も大喜び。朝起きて広い窓から見える美しい棚田に息を呑みました。時間が止まったかのようでした。 オーナーさんもすぐに返事をくれ、色々スムーズでした。サウナをおねがいしましたが、主人が組み立てが苦手で断念しました。 また違う季節に来れなかった家族と来て、サウナ体験したいです。

房子在JR灘駅附近，我們是自駕的，屋主指示很清楚，所以很容易就找到，附近有足夠停車場，故不用擔心泊車問題，共三層，中間層是起居室，廚房設備齊全，方便煑食，我們每晚都吃得很開心，推介說可客納10人，我們是7人，空間還可以，10人可能有點空間不足，但絕對推介，

手入れが行き届いた、おしゃれで機能的な施設でした。アメニティや消耗品も充実していて、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 サウナや薪ストーブを使わせていただき、非日常な貴重な体験ができました。ありがとうございました。

返信が早く丁寧に対応して頂きました。温泉や地鶏など周辺環境の楽しみ方も提案して頂けましたので良い休暇を過ごすことができました。また別の季節にも利用したいと思いました。

My only regret is not getting to stay longer! This home is so beautiful and there are trails through the forest right outside the door. The beach is a quick walk away, as well as great food and friendly locals. The windows make the room such a treat to relax in and all of the accommodations were perfect. The host was super helpful in getting us checked in. The stairs are a bit steep, as mentioned, which was not a problem for us, but please be aware if stairs are not for you. I wish I could’ve stayed for a week!

グループ旅行の際に利用させていただきました。 チェックイン時にキーボックスのパスワードで少し戸惑いましたが、連絡したところ迅速に対応していただき、大変助かりました。 家具や寝具なども清潔で、快適に過ごせました。 駅からのアクセスも良く、周辺にはスーパーやコンビニがあり、便利でした。 メンバー全員にとって思い出に残る、素晴らしい旅行となりました。ありがとうございました。

This place is fantastic. Ultra comfortable. Ultra clean. The bathtub was an absolute pleasure to relax in. We hardly noticed the train noise. I will be sure to book this again the next time we are in Osaka.

チェックイン時に出迎えて頂き部屋のご説明を丁寧にしてくれました。滞在中の要望もかなえてくれました。リビングは広く最上階の部屋からは神戸港が見えて昼と夜の景色が楽しめました。何より親戚の家の近くだったので選びました。

初めての利用で、心配していたのですが、とても丁寧に対応してくださり、安心して利用できました。ありがとうございました！

We stayed there for 4 days and everything was as described we loved the apartment!

This Airbnb is one of the homeliest , sufficient , and loveliest Airbnb we've stayed in Japan. The host Mr Atoo and his wife graciously welcomed us with great hospitality on the day we checked in, and we checked in pretty late. The building also has an elevator (this is not to be overlooked). We enjoyed our stay thoroughly as we road trip around Hyogo, and we appreciated the fantastic view from the balcony and the quietness of the quaint neighbourhood every night. The rooms were clean, the kids enjoyed the playroom while we cooked and made breakfast. There was a carpark nearby and it was inexpensive. Mr Atoo even cleaned our placed once during our 10 day stay, and gifted us a bottle of shampoo when we asked what brand it was because my wife lived it. Overall you should rent this place when in Kobe for a family size of 4-6. If we are ever back in Kobe we will rent this place again.

薪サウナ、ジャグジー付きでその値段は安すぎたから不安やったけど、めっちゃ綺麗で良い匂いで綺麗で最高でした。ジャグジー機会が故障してるのがちょっと悲しかったです。

施設内が非常に綺麗で、特にサウナがとてもよかったです。 また、オーナー様の対応も丁寧で非常に満足しております。 この度はありがとうございました。

We had a relaxing homestay with Misako and her husband. The food was delicious. Be clear early if you have any vegetarians in your group. Our group's Japanese skills were low and our hosts didn't speak English. However, they went out of their way to give as much help as they could. Misako often used her phone to translate important messages and even called her English speaking son a few times to translate some tricky ideas. Overall this was a very cozy and fun two-day getaway with hosts who worked hard to be very accommodating to us. Just be aware that this is a homestay experience, not an empty home you're just staying in. 美佐子さんご夫婦のホームステイで、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。食事は美味しかったです。グループにベジタリアンがいる場合は、早めにはっきりさせておきましょう。 私たちのグループの日本語能力は低く、ホストファミリーは英語を話せませんでした。しかし、彼らはできる限り手助けをするためにわざわざ出て行ってくれました。美佐子さんは、重要なメッセージを翻訳するために携帯電話をよく使っていましたし、英語を話す息子さんに何度か電話をかけて、難しい考えを翻訳してもらったこともありました。 全体として、私たちのために一生懸命働いてくれたホストと一緒に、とても居心地の良い楽しい2日間の休暇を過ごすことができました。ただ、これはホームステイの経験であって、ただ泊まるだけの空き家ではないことに注意してください。

すごく良かったです！ サウナ、ジャグジー最高でした！ 全体的に清潔的で、部屋から見れる景色も良く、スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしくて完璧でした！ 次回は暖かくなったころに、バーベキューも込みで利用したいなと思いました！

My family of 8 enjoyed the place tremendously (both elderly and kids). The house was clean, had a separate dining area for BBQ and hot pot. Kitchen was well equipped with two big sinks and several faucets so it made preparation and cleaning for dinner much faster. The place had 2 toilets + 1 urinal indoors and also 1 toilet outside at the separate dining area. 1 full bathroom indoors with bathtub and shower then 1 shower that outdoors - which was a bit too cold to use, so if they had another shower indoors it would’ve been perfect!! There’s a huge area outdoors that you can enjoy but sadly we were only here one night so couldn’t maximise the use of space. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Awaji! Thank you so much for such a warm house to stay in!
