この度はお世話になりました。電話問い合わせのレスポンスが早く大変助かりました。ただ外の騒音(車や電車の音)が大変大きく聞こえてしまう場所に寝室がありうまく寝られませんでした。それ以外は完璧なスペースでとても寛げました、ありがとうございました。

Han was very proactive in making sure we had a comfortable stay, the place was close enough to the station and had many stores in the area. Great spot if you want to check out universal studios.

時間がなく寝るだけだったんですが、 ほんとに景色もよくバーベキュー道具なども揃っていたので、また次来た時は色々楽しめるなと感じた。

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was super clean and organized, and the location was super convenient . We could walk to the shopping mall in less than 2 minutes. The house reminded us of our parents house down the road, so it truly did feel like home, allowing us to breathe easy and relax when we were there. We are very much looking forward to coming back again soon. It was perfect!

Great place to stay for our family with 4 adults and 2 young children. We ended up staying inside more than anticipated because a couple of us got sick and it was a perfect place to hang out. Ryo communicated well and even let us check in a couple hours earlier since there were no guests staying there the night before we checked in. He also refunded me a portion of my balance because one of us couldn’t travel. There was supposed to be 7 of us. Directions on how to use everything in the house were very easy with QR codes that led to videos. The big plus for us was having the washer and dryer available. We were able to pack less and just reuse the clothes we brought. Overall, Ryo was a great host and went over and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Thanks, Ryo!

Conditions as described. Peaceful surrounding, complete amenities. Instructions are clear and helpful. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids), very comfortable.

Great spot with a short walk to the mountain waterfalls, gondola to the herb garden, and the two railway stations. Quiet and away from the noise apart from the odd fire truck. A quick walk down the street has you in the hustle and bustle with many food and shopping options.

とても広くて、ベッド、机、ソファもしっかした作りで、お風呂は湯沸かし式で広くて快適でした。寝室のエアコンが温度設定しても温まりにくかったこととお風呂に椅子と洗い桶があれば言うこと無しです。

間房都幾大間，我攤得開哂2大2細gip，乾淨企理，不過個枕頭有啲太軟，整體係一個好唔錯既選擇！

We love this apartment. Several of our colleagues stayed here as we work for Expo. Well connected. Amazing hosts, super clean and comfortable.

Honestly, it was the best accommodation I got in all of Japan. Really nicely styled apartment, very spacious and clean. Really close to a train station, the big ferris wheel, and universal studios. They also have a nice laundry and free coffee and teas on the ground floor, which i loved. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Hidenari was a terrific host also, his instructions were very clear and helpful.

Ted was extremely helpful and responsive during the check-in process. The check-in documents include everything you need to know to work the systems in the house and even came with helpful recommendations for restaurants for food/drinks. The place was clean and gorgeous with plenty of space for 5+ people. One of my favorite places I stayed at during my time in Japan.

Lin's place was the perfect spot for our visit! The apartment was small and cozy but had everything we needed, including a convenient washing machine. Super clean throughout which we really appreciated. The location was exceptional - just steps away from the train station making it incredibly easy to get around, especially to USJ which was super close. You can hear the trains pass by, but honestly it wasn't bothersome at all. Having a Lawson nearby was a big plus for grabbing snacks and drinks whenever we needed. Lin was a fantastic host, always responding quickly to our questions and making sure we had a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient, clean place in this area!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Yuriko-san provided clear instructions to her accommodation from the train station which was helpful. I appreciated that the toiletries and washing detergent provided were of good quality, similar to what i would use for my family back home, unlike some other hosts i experienced. Yuriko-san also provide many local recommendations for japanese cuisines which was very thoughtful. The location was great, within manageable walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and cafes and a large 24H Donki Quotei nearby but it was not too noisy. Only the first night we heard some revellers talking loudly as there was a Yakiniku restaurant downstairs but they did not gather and talk for long. Ear plugs were provided.
