We stay in Osaka only for the Universal Studio, the place is only 10 minutes away by car. The host provided clear and easy instructions before check-in, its very efficient communication, Im happy with that. First floor is basically entertainment, fitness and kid's little playground. My kids especially loved the dedicated kids' corner — it was such a thoughtful touch and kept them entertained during our stay. 2nd floor is kitchen and living room. The 2 rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor. 1 shower room and 4 toilets. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay!

家族3世帯での旅行で利用させて頂きました。屋内は綺麗にされており、一階にも寝室があるので、お婆ちゃんも楽に過ごせました。駅もコンビニも歩いてすぐのとこにあり、不便なことがありませんでした。また、大阪旅行に行く時は利用させて頂きたいと思っております。

車の道は狭いですが、そこ以外は完璧です

Great location walking distance to Shin-Kobe station, even with rolling bags no problem as you can get there with no stairs. Apartment was as advertised, perfect for a couple people, laundromat downstairs was super convenient plus multiple convenience stores nearby, would stay again if we were needing to be near Shin-Kobe station again.

This place is fantastic. Ultra comfortable. Ultra clean. The bathtub was an absolute pleasure to relax in. We hardly noticed the train noise. I will be sure to book this again the next time we are in Osaka.

Das Hostel ist sehr schön, die kostenlose Nutzung der Waschmaschine und Trockner ist ein extra plus. Die Unterkunft liegt zu Fuß wenige Minuten von der nächsten Bahnstation. Die Lage ist optimal um sich in Osaka einiges anzuschauen ohne weite Wege…zum Beispiel Universal Studios Japan oder Osaka Castel. Der Host Inho, ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell auf Nachfragen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

We stayed there for 4 days and everything was as described we loved the apartment!

Checking in and out was very easy with clear instructions! The building feels safe. The host has made this place cozy and clean, it was like walking into a spa after a long day of travel. The snacks and bottled water on the table were a welcome sight. We didn't mind the train and traffic noise; to us it was all part of the experience. The beds are clean and comfortable, our party of 6 (including 2 children) all slept soundly. It's in a great location, there is a yakitori restaurant next door, worth visiting, and plenty of grocery and convenience stores, cafes, and bakeries in the neighborhood that will make one's stay enjoyable. The host has thought about everything: even a first-aid kit, blow dryer, curling iron, and vanity mirror. If we find ourselves back in Osaka, we would want to stay here again!

とても快適に過ごせました。

思っていたよりお部屋もキッチンも十分なスペースがあり、家族4人プラス犬一匹で快適に過ごせました。何より清潔に管理されています！スーパーが徒歩ですぐのところなので買い出しも楽でした。

居心地の大変良いお部屋でした。 アメニティ等も行き届いており、とても楽しく快適に過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。

愛犬と一緒に泊まることができて大満足でした！
