L’appartement est très bien situé en centre-ville et face à la mer. Il est extrêmement bien équipé, très propre et offre une vue incroyable sur le Pier. Il est aussi très calme. Les tickets de parking mis à disposition permettent de se stationner facilement juste à côté de l’immeuble. Une très belle expérience.

L'appartement correspond en tout point à la description, magnifique, très propre, état impeccable ! Loïc est très réactif et arrangeant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement est parfaitement situé et permet l'accès à pied aux commerces, à la plage, aux sentiers de randonnée ! Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et y reviendrons.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location as everything was walking distance. We’ll definitely be back again. The flat was cosy spacious and a great nights sleep. Vicky was so friendly and super responsive when we had a few questions about the flat. Thanks again.

Very helpful after I had been let down by another host. Replied to my request very quickly and super helpful. Was in the property within an hour of requesting. Very clean, suitable property in a good location for a good price. Would stay there again.

Logement de très grand confort et très bien situé, dans le centre du bourg et avec une belle vue sur la mer, qui correspond en tous points au descriptif et aux photographies. Christine est une hôte sympathique et réactive, avec qui la communication est très facile et fluide. Un second séjour qui a confirmé que ce logement est une valeur sure!

A beautiful little loft to rest your feet after walking the even more beautiful streets of Whitstable Bay.. so many lovely bars, restaurants and shops to visit you really are spoiled for choice.. We really enjoyed Vinko and Porto Wine Bar they had such a gorgeous atmosphere and friendly service.

This is my second stay at Agnieszka's flat and it was great the second time around. Great location and has everything we needed. I always being my two dogs and she is extremely accommodating with this. Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Myriam was charming and quick to respond to messages. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the TV, oven, hob, coffee machine etc all seemed brand new. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, crockery & cutlery - best kitchen facilities I have come across actually! Comfortable bed, great shower, and total peace and quiet. Even though we were only 10 steps away from the market stalls on a Wednesday morning, we heard not a sound of the market being set up. It was such a treat to have the lovely market literally on the doorstep yet complete quiet and privacy! Parking is easy with on street or car park options all within less than 1 minute of the apartment. All free. To cap it all, Myriam kindly gave us a jar of delicious home made jam! Thank you Myriam I am looking forward to coming back soon.

We had a lovely weekend away staying in Nicolas air bnb in Margate. Gorgeous decor, super clean, cozy and warm, the heater was super easy to operate, lovely light & really comfortable bedroom & wonderful! Kitchen! bath & walk in shower. I wish we had more time :) Location is perfect, only a short stroll up to the Main Street of Cliftonville where you will find anything you need for your stay & some great breaky & all day dining options in one direction & the other direction the sea :) and a short walk into Margate old town. No need for a car. Thank-you for having us.

Perfect location for a stay in Broadstairs. The basement apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend with our dog and we will definitely be back again. Perfect hosts

Parfait pour un séjour à deux avec un grand plus pour les chiens acceptés et la cour intérieure pratique pour nos amis à 4 pattes. Emplacement idéal, tout accessible à pied. Joli studio avec tout le nécessaire . Bref : parfait :)

L’appartement correspond amplement au descriptif. Le logement était super propre, la literie était nickel. Il y avait même des petites attentions à disposition. Encore merci pour la décoration. Je recommande cet appartement, nous avons passé un très bon week-end !

Just got back from a lovely, relaxing stay. Joanne is a fabulous host and so welcoming. I could’ve stayed all day chatting with her. We loved how peaceful it was and its location is superb for visiting Royal Tunbridge Wells and Ashdown Forest. Highly recommend Wilderness Wood which is a 2 minute drive down the road. Although chilly outside, we loved sitting out on the roof and listening to the birds singing and the grounds it’s in are lovely. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Très bon week end passé du côté de Wimille!!! Appartement situé dans la rue principale de la ville, propre, lumineux, bien rangé, avec ce qu’il fallait. rien a dire, Nathalie a été hyper réactive ! Et pleins de choses à découvrir, nous ne connaissions pas du tt ce coin! Merci et bonne continuation!

We felt very at home in the flat straight away. Helen was so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back to such lovely surroundings.

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

Tout était parfait, si vous souhaitez visiter les environs je vous le conseille vivement nous y retournerons les yeux fermés

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien agencé et équipé, propice à la détente. Louise a été très à l'écoute et réactive. Ne pas hésiter à demander des précisions sur le fonctionnement des appareils. La résidence est située sur la digue de Wissant. Très belle vue sur la mer et le Cap gris Nez, balcons abrités et agréables desquels on entend la mer. La plage, située entre les deux caps, est vraiment très belle, le village de Wissant et les environs très sympas. Un séjour agréable et vivifiant.
