While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Absolutely loved this place! It was spotless, spacious, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! The hosts went above and beyond, always quick to respond and super helpful. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Stefano and Roberta are two of the most absolute intrepid souls you will ever encounter. Their hospitality and generosity is without equal. Smartly appointed and expertly renovated, this exquisite example of an ancient farmhouse sits atop a stunning ridge line with vast views and expansive mountain scenery inspiring and enchanting at every turn. Right in the heart of Tuscany, this spectacular piece of the Italian wonderland does not disappoint!

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.

I am very glad that we got such a hostess! She is very polite, very responsive! We met for the first time, but it was as if we had known each other for many years. The house is in a very comfortable and beautiful place!! It is very clean and very cozy!! If I come to Tuscany again, then only to Caterina!)

Chiara has a beautiful establishment and is a super host. She was welcoming, provided us with useful information, gave us clear and concise information when we required assistance. I would recommend her establishment and will definitely stay there again if ever I am in Florence again.

We had amazing time at Esther. The house (especially kitchen) is very well equipped, clean and spacious. I love the atmosphere of the house. The village is also beautiful, the rocky coast is not ideal for swimming (with children) but we spent every evening watching the sea at Spiaggia della Madonnina near the house and we loved that. Also great gelateria and pizza (Acqua & Forino) is nearby. And you can take the train to visit Florence!Esther and her husband are nice people and always helpful. Hope we will come back one day :-)
