This home was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Everything went very smooth. We were supplied with ample toiletries. We were there for a week and everything lasted. The hosts were very responsive and I had an issue the last night and the host was more than flexible with me. I would stay again, for certain! Will be back next year.

I highly recommend staying here! The appartment feels private and has character, and the neighbourhood is calm and quiet with a short 15 minutes walk to the lovely bar and restaurant streets of Akabane. I really enjoyed the sento, I went to Suehiro and Hot Land and both were very welcoming. This was a very special start to my Japan trip. Thanks again for having me ☄️✨🏡☄️

We stayed in this apartment for the total of 3 was. We are very thankful for the host’s warm and attentive support while staying there. The apartment was in the good neighborhood with the shopping venues close by. Our teen-age daughter enjoyed walking around by herself in the peaceful neighborhood. Close by from shopping arcades and the subway station. We would love to stay again in this apartment! Thank you for the great host!!!

My brother and I absolutely loved this place! Although not in central Tokyo, we liked the peacefulness of this neighbourhood and the area is like a breath of fresh air from the busy city. Kenji made the stay so much easier with clear and detailed instructions on the house and the area as a whole. The room had everything we needed for the two of us. The train was within walking distance and was still easy to navigate to the popular areas (Harajuku, Shibuya, Akihabara etc.) through google maps. I recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Tokyo! :) Thank you Kenji and team.

This place is a gem in a quiet neighborhood of Itabashi. The train stations and bus stops are within walking distance, making it very easy to go anywhere in Tokyo and beyond. Compared to the ultra modern and fast-paced environment of Tokyo's bustling wards like Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc., Nakajuku is very quiet and peaceful. To a tourist, it offers an insight into the suburban life of Japan. Here you'll find a lot of mom and pop stores, little eateries, food stands, and scenic walk routes. Kazushi's place is the best option for someone looking to visit Tokyo. Japanese hospitality is known worldwide to be one of the best, and staying at this place helped me experience it first hand.

房子离车站出口1分钟步行距离，出行方便，虽然所在地不算中心，不过胜在东京地铁火车都很方便，还是很便捷的。 房间非常干净，空间大，设施齐全，都比较新。 和房东沟通顺畅，期间不小心把卫生间门锁了，无法从外面打开，晚上沟通后第二天房东立刻安排锁匠开门。 总体而言是非常愉快的入住体验。

Near to train station, very convenient. However, there were some issues during our stay which were understandable. I am sure the owner will do the needful before the next guests. Recommended place.

I booked two side-by-side units and both met my expectations. Unfortunately, the wifi in one of the units had stopped working a few days into our stay. I failed to mention this to the host as we were quite busy and out of the house often, however I have strong faith that if I had let them know then the problem would have been resolved promptly. Other than that, the space was perfect for us and there were no other issues.

Exceptional. It's cozy and something to look forward coming home to after a long day of exploring. The place is spacious, ideal for big groups. The amenities are complete and everything is spotless clean. This is our 2nd time here and you bet we will be coming back. Very near Aoto station, lots of local resto and cafe within the area, groceries, and konbinis too. The host is also very helpful and considerate. He offered clear instructions about check-in, rules, disposal, and was always available when we needed assistance on anything about our stay! Thank you Tomo and Sachi! We are definitely coming back.

We flew to Japan early than expected and Shiki was very nice to accommodate us with our luggages to be left at his place before our check in. Place is very comfortable and will definitely look into it again if we ever decide to go back to Japan.

丁寧なご対応ありがとうございました！友人と楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。 置いてある調味料がいくつかありましたが、事前に記載されていた油がなかったです。使いたい調味料は、自分たちで用意するといいかなと思いました！また、道路のすぐ真横なので音に敏感な方は避けた方が無難かなと思います。しかし、同様にコンビニが近く、その点はとても便利でした！

Cute apartment with a very short walk to the nearest station. Very quiet building and neighborhood along with no neighbours with shared walls. Only downside is no elevator if you have heavy suitcases, but our unit was on the 2nd floor

very gorgeous apartment with everything you need close by. very easy walk that's close to 2 different train stations. we were even able to experience snow and cherry blossoms in February! we look forward to visiting again!

Sozo’s place is very nice and clean and conveniently located. The neighbourhood is also very charming and the surroundings of the apartment is tranquil yet with some delicious restaurants. Sozo is very communicative and gives very clear instructions, and also responds very quickly. Highly recommend this place!

I had an amazing stay at Emiko’s house! She is incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and the entire stay seamless. The house itself is spotless, very spacious, and equipped with a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent—right next to a Lawson, which is super handy for grabbing a quick meal or anything else you might need. The closest station is also within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

My group stayed there for four days and had no issues. The place itself is nice though a little small. Very walkable to train station as well as local goods. Would recommend for small groups.

樓梯較窄小，住在三樓所以搬運行李上下樓比較麻煩，女生力氣較小的可能要考慮一下～ 房與房之間隔音不是很好，房客素質好的話是不太會被影響，或者建議帶耳塞。 要走到巷弄內的民宿路上會有許多驚人的抗議告示牌，但住5天沒遇到什麼大問題～ 離王子JR站還算近，整體是推的！

Location is bit far from the main part of Tokyo, but is nice and quiet and relatively near the train station. Place was clean and convenient. Only one mattress, the second “bed” is a thin mat to put on the floor.

我們總共入住6個晚上，室內空間比預期的大，對我們3個身高都超過175cm的人數來說剛剛好。 從JR站走路10分鐘內就可以到達的地方，交通非常方便。 房源位於4樓有電梯，室內空間很乾淨。 冷氣、暖氣、洗衣機、冰箱、客廳空間，都很齊全。 房東回覆訊息的速度也很快，如果下次要來東京還會考慮再次入住！
