・以下の設備があると良い。 　炊飯器、卸金、製氷機 ・食器類が異常に足りない。 　その情報があれば紙皿など用意するしてきたため記載が必要。 ・洗濯機だけではなく乾燥機も必要 　翌日乾燥でも良いが、物干し竿的な設備も必要 ※サウナにプールのお風呂とタオルを使う場面が多いため、使用後のタオルを洗って再利用する必要があった

Place was convenient and near a station. There were two 24hr convenience store nearby as well. Kitchen was well equipped to be able to do your own cooking as well

great place and location. location is very convenient to public transportation. 5 min way, if that, to train station. the area is very buzzing and the typical Tokyo vibe. the space is nice and fit all our guests. traditional Japanese style house. the hosts are very responsive and accomodating. would recommend staying here

房东人非常好，给我们的东京之行提供了很多帮助，是一个非常热情好客的好房东！房子很新，维护得很好，去东京强烈推荐，尤其是带孩子的家庭，房子里还有很多玩具，我们一家人都非常满意！床垫很舒服，客厅很大，浴室也很大！总之十分推荐！

想像していた以上に綺麗で、沢山楽しめました。雰囲気もとても良く、忘れられない思い出になりました。 更に、おすすめの場所を教えてくださったり、臨機応変に対応していただいたり、ホストの方もすごい素敵な方でした。 また機会があったら泊まりたいです。

調理器具や道具も充実していて、プロジェクターも問題なく使用することができました！チェックインまでも問題なくできました！

일반적인 가정집들과 섞여있고 조금만 걸어도 대학 근처라 식당과 마트가 있어서 좋았습니다! 다만 일본의 특성상 보일러 난방이 아닌 히터 난방인점을 고려해 추운 기간에는 숙소이용이 어려울 것 같습니다

4인 가족이 머물기에 충분히 넓은 공간이었으며, 주방과 욕실 등에 필요한 물건들이 잘 정리되어 있어서 아무런 불편없이 생활할 수 있었습니다. 밤에는 따뜻하고 포근한 잠자리와 조용한 주변환경 덕분에 잘 잘 수 있었구요. 호스트님이 매우 친절하고 세심하게 대응해주신 것도 너무 감사했습니다. 기회가 되면 다시 뵙고 싶습니다. 건강하십시오~~

Very responsive & helpful host. Free parking available. Great to have a washing machine and a dryer. The house is very cold but there is air conditioning and gas heaters throughout. It was definitely worth the price we paid.

The location of the place is situated beautifully. It is easy to catch transport from the local line to nearby busier locations. Itabashi is a lovely community. The air bnb had lots of great amenities and easy to use. Masaki had prepared folders that contained thorough information and visual instructions on how to use amenities as well as transport lines. Masaki communicated very well and shared valuable knowledge of the culture.

Great host and communicated well the entire time. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay near Tokyo for vacation

子供の卒園のお祝いに泊まらせていただきました。終始子供が楽しそうで、子供の嬉しそうな顔を見て、親も大変癒され、家族で特別な時間を過ごすことができました。室内も大変清潔で過ごしやすかったです。ゲームの使い方なども丁寧に説明いただいて有り難かったです。機会があればぜひまた泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました！

We booked this spot for the tail end of our trip and the proximity to narita airport was perfect. It’s a lovely quiet area with all the necessary amenities and access to a train. The flat has everything you’d need and self-check in was convenient and easy.

It’s nice location just 5 mins by walking from train station! Suitable for adult not really suit with older. I would recommend for adult who seeking convenience place and quit zone for staying. Many supermarket/7-11 closer to house. Also many restaurants by walking. All perfect except heaters which works only bedroom and living room. The rest of area are so cold. If travel around summer time might be lovely!

I had a great stay in Oji. The neighborhood felt very private and the surrounding areas were peaceful. The unit was large enough to house up to 8 people (they had 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each!) and a small kitchen. Leaving 4* instead of 5 because a few facilities were not working i.e one socket in the beds and the shower exhaust fan. Otherwise, very recommended stay! Quite the distance from the station so keep in mind when bringing a lot of luggage.

modern 3 story house with very close wall to a family mart, train station and local restaurants. only a 1 hour train ride from shibuya.

Great place to stay, close to gallery road and Kasama Craft Hills!

The host was very friendly, and greeted us upon arrival. The host also offered pick up and drop off to the nearest train station, however the walk was 15 minutes. The host was very responsive, and showed us around the house and how to use the amenities. Instructions were very clear. The listing is near a local supermarket and a few local restaurants. The listing was very spacious, and the host provided heated blankets. Ueno was 1 hr away on the JR line, and Shibuya was about 1:20. Narita was about 10 minutes away. I would recommend this listing to anyone wanting space in a peaceful location while still having access to Tokyo as a day trip, or anyone wanting to be close to the airport during the final days of their trip.
