This was my third visit to Tokyo, and this accommodation was the quietest and most convenient so far. I loved that it was in a clean neighborhood close to the city center. With a JR station nearby, I could go to Shinjuku’s shopping malls without transferring. I also enjoy visiting local supermarkets when I travel, and shopping there before heading back was a great experience. There were also many local restaurants nearby for a quick and easy meal. I would love to stay here again!

Very nice host, who replied really quick. Host gave a lot of nice recommendations before arrival and put in a lot of effort to give a nice welcome. Accommodation also really good, like on the pictures. Would book again

For an Airbnb in Japan, this is by far the most spacious than any place ive been to. Everything i needed was in this house. Better than a hotel. Will definitely come back.

とても綺麗なお部屋でした。 掃除も行き届いており、地下にカラオケルームがあるのも良かったです。 立地も川の目の前で海も近く、自然豊かでしたが、徒歩圏内にコンビニがあり、快適に過ごすことができました。

We had a fantastic stay here. If you want lots of rooms for a very reasonable price then this is for you. We were a family of 5, so having 6 bedrooms to choose from was ideal. The house was very tidy, but just be aware that there are steep steps inside the house to get to each floor, but this wasn't an issue for us. Maybe if you have very small children it might be. We really enjoyed the location. It is a very quiet suburban area. It is only a 1 min walk to catch the No.34 bus (stop is outside some kind of dog cafe) which takes you on a 20-minute ride to Tabata subway station from where you can jump on the Yamanote Line and travel to places like Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. There is a nice little restaurant called ふくろう（福来郎) which is also only a 1-min walk (across the road from the bus stop). The food is really nice, reasonably priced, and the owner is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Tokyo.

Have stayed here multiple times and of all the places i’ve stayed in Japan this is my favorite. Very spacious and can easily accommodate large groups. House is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and look forward to my next visit.

Smooth self checkin and instructions. Quiet neighborhood. Near the train station. With super near Familymart and 7Eleven. Restos available in the area. Multiple available ATM near the place. Most importantly, nice host and very proactive in thinking advance what we might need to know.

was close to the train station, so easy to get around tokyo. host was super responsive with all communication and super helpful if we had any questions.

整體空間還不錯，如果一樓的房間有桌子會更好，性價比也很高，住宿環境是安靜的，客廳很適合一群人聊天吃東西，如果有問題詢問，房東都能即時回覆，住宿前提供的入住指南也相當完整，整體住宿體驗還不錯，很棒喔
