We had an amazing time in Rafa and Carmen’s place. We had the warmest welcome and all things for our little girl were in place. The kitchen and everything you need to cook a nice meal is there which I think is very convenient in a holiday home. Also the Moraira area is beautiful with great restaurants. We will definitely visit again.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Martine was the perfect host. She has the most beautiful house with most amazing views. We rented her place for two weeks & we could just stay inside & look at the views & be happy. She received us with open arms; had many things such as fruits, cava, drinks, etc. to make our arrival quite pleasant. She had a manager available throughout our stay that was quite responsive. The house was in perfect shape when we arrived. We received two cleanings that also helped a lot. Just a few tips; there are a few beaches close by but unfortunately at that time they were quite crowded. There are a couple of beaches a bit farther away that are great, LLanca (wonderful restaurants & beach) & La Peyosa (great restaurant with view). El Bullie Foundation & El Pirata are also definitely worth visiting. Do not forget Cadaques & Figueras. My recommendation is not to visit during the month of August as it was extremely hot & crowded. But Martine & her team made our trip an amazing one.

Our group of friends had a fantastic stay at Casa Barco. The views (sunsets, in particular) are INCREDIBLE! It is very close to a beautiful walking path along the ocean, as well. The pool and outdoor space were beautiful. We spent most of our time outdoors! Bedrooms were all very comfortable and spacious. Convenient location, just about 20 mins outside of Malaga. Highly recommend!

Wir waren über Weihnachten in Peters sehr schönem und modernem Haus. Für uns als Familie war das Haus sehr gut geeignet, da vor allem die grosse Küche und auch das grosse Wohnzimmer sehr viel Platz für alle Familienmitglieder bieten. Hervorzuheben ist auch die sensationelle Küchenausstattung. Leider hatten wir in der Winterzeit etwas Pech mit der Haustechnik/Heizung, aber Peter war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht alle Probleme umgehend zu beheben. Sogar am 24.12. hat er noch einen neuen Geschirrspüler geliefert. Preisleistung ist noch ok. Sicherlich sind die Preise über die Feiertage höher, aber man muss sich auch bewusst sein, dass das Haus kein freistehendes Haus mit grossem Garten ist, sondern ein Reihenhaus, und es im Aussenbereich lediglich kleinere, gekachelte Terrassen gibt. Die Nähe zum Strand (mit dem Auto ein paar Minuten), zu Supermärkten, zu Alicante und zum Flughafen waren hervorragend. Wir würden dieses Haus für einen Familienanlass jederzeit wieder buchen.

Well equipped, extremely well looked after and clean apartment in an excellent location on the beach and adjacent to the tram stop. Cecilia couldn’t have been more helpful.

My family and I had the pleasure of meeting Jacques at his beautiful Airbnb in December where we spent our Christmas holiday. First and foremost, he is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and kind. No matter what question we had regarding the stay, no matter what time of day or night it was, his answer was prompt and always accurate. He helped us with restaurant recommendations, local sights to explore and finding the perfect local hiking trails. The Airbnb itself was lovely, super clean and very comfortable. From the wonderful beds to great linens, amazing sea, and mountain views to the well-stocked kitchen, we hardly had a reason to venture out. It is spaced out over two floors so lots of privacy for everyone, as well there is a clothes dryer which is a real bonus in the EU. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home if you have the chance. We will be returning in the future and thank you again Jacques, your assistance and kindness was much appreciated. J & K

Our stay at Joanna's place was ideal for our family traveling with 2 young kids + a grandparent. We chose the location to be central & walkable and that is exactly what we got. We felt like we were immersed in the action but being on the top floor also afforded us a level or privacy and distance from the bustling activity below. The apartment is just right, it's minimal (in terms of furnishings, amenities, and decor) but has exactly enough of what you might need without any clutter. The bathrooms were clean & the showers were hot. The beds were comfortable & the bedding was fresh. We loved the views & waking up to the sun on the east side of the building. Most of all Joana was gracious, friendly, & incredibly responsive. Her colleague came a few times to help us with Wifi and a minor water/electrical issue due to all the rain when we arrived. Everything was fully resolved, quickly addressed, and everyone was always professional and friendly. The concierge was a nice bonus.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this very special place. The great taste in interior design, the fantastic garden with private pool and ocean view made our stay even better. If we come back to the area we will surely stay here again. Salvatore, thank you very much for letting us enjoy the pleasure of your home! The beautiful setting made it an unforgettable journey for us :-)

Ev resimdeki gibiydi.Temizdi. İçeriye girmemiz kolay oldu. Ev sahibi İvan çok yardımcı oldu bizi karşıladı aydınlatıcı bilgiler verdi konum ve ulaşım ile ilgili. Komum olarak merkeze uzaktı ama toplu taşıma durakları yakındı.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit hochwertigen Elektrogeräten in der Küche ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei große Fernseher und sogar einen Lautsprecher von Harman Kardon – sowie alles, was man braucht und noch mehr (Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle usw.). Die Lage ist super: eine moderne, luftige Promenade in einem neuen Viertel, sehr nah am Zentrum und gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die Agentur Vivendos arbeitet sehr professionell, reagiert schnell und ist äußerst zuverlässig. Die einzigen beiden Mängel sind der fehlende Meerblick :( (kein kleines Detail) und der starke Straßenlärm (nicht geeignet für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf). Daher könnte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis etwas besser sein.

Good location right next to a metro stop, easy to load and unload luggage, and walkable to most attractions. Modern decor and comfortable furniture, although the bathroom and shower could use an extra shelf or two for putting toiletries. Antoni was great at communicating and proactive in setting up a meeting time for check-in and check-out, and gave great recommendations for getting around!

Das Apartment ist klein, aber sehr schön. Die Kitchenette ist gut ausgestattet und auch ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Putzen, Wäsche waschen usw. braucht. Die Lage ist phantastisch, man ist sofort am Strand und in einigen Minuten zu Fuß im Städtchen. Der Blick ist einfach traumhaft und das Zimmer ist sehr hell und sonnig. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder hier wohnen

Wir hatten einen tollen 2- wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Susie. Die Wohnung liegt zentral zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt und ein tolles Café. Direkt zur Anlage gehört ein Pool, der sogar mit Bademeister bewacht wird. Geöffnet ist er von 12-20 Uhr. Man sollte aber Strandstühle mitbringen, oder man legt sich auf die Wiese. Liegen sind nicht vorhanden. Leider sind im Pool Bälle oder ähnliches verboten. Daher haben wir das naheliegende Meer bevorzugt. Wenn man sich am Fischerhafen links hält, kommt ein breiter Sandstrand. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns wohl gefüllt. Gestört hat uns etwas, dass die Stühle und das Sofa schon sehr abgenutzt waren. Im Elternschlafzimmer konnte man den Aufzug sehr gut hören, der auch schon mal bis 2 -3 Uhr Nachts in Betrieb war. Trotzdem war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Das Besondere an der Wohnung ist, das sie einem wirklich den Eindruck vermittelt zu Hause zu sein, vermutlich weil es auch ein zweites Zuhause des Besitzers ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde sogar an Geschirr und Besteck für unser Kind gedacht. Es war alles da was man braucht und war blitzsauber. Danke!

This apartment was the perfect choice when choosing where we wanted to spend our time this holiday. It had everything you would need, the kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed when we wanted to stay in at night to the bedrooms where we found the beds so comfortable and had the best nights sleep. The view was the cherry on top where you could look out on the Mediterranean Sea and watch the sunrise on the horizon and have a morning coffee. Over all this apartment was very clean, close to any shops and restaurants that would you want and need, and we would recommend it to anyone who would want a tranquil holiday with a breathtaking view.

Edite’s flat was absolutely gorgeous, superbly decorated, and a great location! She greeted us and showed us all the nuances of her flat and graciously surprised us with a bottle of port. There was everything we needed and more! We are very grateful for her hospitality and highly recommend her flat!

Un appartement chaleureux avec une décoration soignée. Idéal pour un sejour en famille ou entre amis. Le logement est parfaitement adapté et équipé pour 8 personnes. En décembre, de la tranquillité et de belles balades en bord de mer, quelques resto ouverts sous le soleil et la douceur de vivre.

Just spent a week in this wonderful apartment—fantastic location! Lidl is down the road to the right, and Dia is up the road to the left. The train station is a 10-15 min walk, making trips to Málaga and Plaza Mayor (shopping center) super easy. The beach, marina, and promenade are just 7 mins walk away. Sonia was an EXCELLENT host—she met us on arrival, showed us around, and gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and Caminito del Rey. Her communication was super fast, and her instructions were always clear. The small apartment complex felt private, and being on the 3rd floor, we enjoyed stunning sea and mountain views. The balcony was spacious but didn’t get direct sun - keep in mind it is winter currently so the sun is lower in the sky. The apartment is equipped with everything you'd need. It's nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Overall, this place is an absolute gem, and I’d highly recommend it!
