We had a lovely stay at the windmill! Ana and Rute were really friendly and welcoming, and gave us great recommendations for the local area. The windmill has everything you need in a wonderful, compact, and beautifully designed setting. Really appreciated the little touches like coffee and biscuits! We loved being able to see the sea, it was perfect walking distance to town, and great as a base for exploring the local area too.

Toda a estadia foi ótima. A casa esta em um ambiente calmo e acolhedor, cheio de verde e a natureza ao redor. A casa estava bem limpa, organizada, equipada e com tudo a funcionar bem. Mesmo com o tempo mais frio, a casa toda tinha aquecimento e cobertores resistentes. O Nuno e a Cristiana estiveram sempre de prontidão. Ter passado meu aniversário em paz e em um lugar agradável foi algo que com certeza iremos repetir.

Excellent stay for entire month of March in San Jose at Juan Jesus’s place. The apartment is confortable, quite and safe, has very thing you need, is very well located 100 meters to the beach and to the town center, very good restaurants, grocery stores and bakery with convenient hours. Thanks Juan Jesus for allowing us to enjoy wonderful vacations at such natural treasure at Cabo de Gata Natural Park, for sure highly recommend

Ah, ce moulin ! Que dire de plus qui n’ait déjà été vanté par ceux qui y ont séjourné ? Leur enthousiasme déborde des pages du livre d’or, : confort, originalité, tranquillité, situation. Tout cela est vrai, je ne le nie pas. Mais ce que je voudrais vous raconter, c’est l’âme de ce lieu, ce souffle particulier que lui ont insufflé ses propriétaires. Il ne s’agit pas simplement d’un moulin restauré, d’un refuge pittoresque ; non, c’est bien plus que cela. C’est une renaissance, que Véronique et Hubrecht partagent avec une fierté discrète. Dans leur regard, vous devinez tout l’amour qu’ils ont consacré à ce lieu, pour que leurs invités puissent, l’espace de quelques jours, toucher à cette magie. Le moulin de Lartigue n’est pas qu’un lieu de séjour, c’est une rencontre, une histoire. À travers les vieilles pierres on entend presque le murmure du temps passé .Et si vous êtes sensibles à cette poésie des lieux vous avez trouvé bien plus qu'un hébergement .vous avez trouvé la perle.

Unikt boende i en över hundra år gammal kvarn med kvarn-inredningen delvis bevarad. Vackert beläget med fantastisk utsikt. Sandra tog emot oss med stor värme o generositet. Vi hade önskemål om att se fler kvarnar och Clotilde var mycket behjälplig. Ett boende vi gärna rekommenderar.

This place is so cute and we were so excited to stay here! We were here in February and failed to miss the note that there is no heat. That was OUR fault and not Sabrina's. We were still comfortable and charmed by her place. She put plenty of warm bedding out for use and we both slept very well there. I would love to spend more time there in the warmer months. Sabrina was great and went out of her way to make it possible for us to stay there.

The Indigo Windmill was an experience to remember. Andrea is an extremely generous and gracious host. The accommodations were incredibly well thought out and had every convenience I could have asked for. The outdoor area is incredible and well equipped so I didn't have to carry things down to it. A couple of my friends from Lisbon joined for a day and we had more that enough room to enjoy. They were beside themselves when they saw it. The spa was hot and clean. The bike rental is convenient and the lit path to the beach is a gem. The town itself boasts convenient markets, great food, and a quiet easy attitude that made me feel right at home right away. Andrea checked in with me, offered suggestions, and had a great personable way about him. It is easy to make memories in such a wonderful space and I am grateful that Andrea chose to share it with me.

We are excited to boast of our stay in an authentic Portuguese Windmill and show people the experience! Although off the beaten path, we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings where it sat looking down on a below village. Ana was very responsive with instructions and local recommendations of beaches and restaurants; they did not disappoint. We ended up being in Nazarè during carnival celebrations so we were so grateful to be staying out of the hustle of downtown. We look forward to future visits!
