Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Für eine vierköpfige Familie zum kurzen Aufenthalt sehr geeignet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer lassen sich verdunkeln, haben nur ein kleines Fenster zum Öffnen. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön groß und hell. Der Balkon lädt zum Aufenthalt ein, wenn das Wetter entsprechend mitspielt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Herzlichen Dank 🤩

Dagbjort's home was extremely lovely. we especially loved interacting with her cats Nala and Sponsa. the Christmas decorations were a very cozy added touch. We used the location as a home for seeing the southern portion of the golden circle and the south coast and I'm happy to say it worked out beautifully even if the weather was a bit finicky (but that's what you deal with in the middle of winter.) I highly recommend this home and will check if it is available the next time we visit Iceland.

Fantastic home! It was cozy and quiet with great natural light and a beautiful balcony while being a 10 minute walk from downtown. The home and host made you feel immediately at home! I would highly recommend.

Andri was a great host and the apartment is in such a perfect location, in walking distance to anything worth doing within Reykjavik. We arrived early in the morning and he very kindly allowed us to check in early. The instructions for getting in and accessing the parking garage were very easy to follow as well The apartment itself was the perfect accomodation for our week stay in the city as well. Super clean and the location was ideal!

We loved staying in this cute little apartment in downtown Reykjavik! The location was perfect — less than a 5 min walk from the local grocery store, nearby bus stops 1, 2, and 3 (which are common tour pickup points), and centrally located in downtown within a 15 min walk of shopping and dining and nightlife. The apartment was perfectly clean with shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, coffee and tea in the kitchen, and warm, clean bedding. We were able to keep leftover food in the fridge and heat it up later in the microwave. The heated floors in the bathroom were an amazing perk, warming up the room so we could hang dry our wet clothing over the shower rod at night. Thora was very kind and accommodating of our schedule, generously allowing us to stay a short while beyond checkout so we didn’t have to wait in the cold for our airport bus. We hope to stay here again in the future :)

Amazing apartment within easy walking distance of the main areas in Reykjavik. Lovely view from the balcony & the main bus stop #12 was right opposite. The apartment is huge - we’d definitely recommend this & would come back ourselves too.

Siggi was very friendly and helpful for our trip. The car he provided was very useful and reliable. The place was quite, clean, and warm just like home.

Real great location and amazing hosts, very quick replies and so helpful by giving us local information that saved us so much money and gave us so many good tips for Reykjavik! Really clean place and really cosy, would definitely stay again!

Vi har haft sådan nogle dejlige dage i Svavars lejlighed. Vi nød at lave mad i det lille hyggelige køkken og spise ved spisebordet foran det store vindue med den mest fantastiske udsigt over Reykjavik. Stuen var rigtig hyggelig og meget personligt indrettet. Charmerende med alle de grønne planter og den eventyrlige indretning. Et dejligt sted at være. Det føltes som om man passede lejlighed for sin bedste ven. En ægte air bnb oplevelse. Sengen i det lille soveværelse var komfortabel og vi synes det var en luksus at falde i søvn, mens vi kiggede ud på himlen over Reykjavik. Det lille søde badeværelse med det mintgrønne badekar havde alt vi behøvede. Svavar var kommunikerende allerede inden vi kom til Island. Han kom med fine turforslag til os. Han tog imod os i lejligheden og viste os rundt. Når vi kom hjem fra ture om aftenen, kunne vi uden problemer finde en parkeringsplads lige foran ejendommen. Det allerbedste - vi så nordlys lige op over os fra altanen. Vi vil gerne bo her igen.

Großartige Unterkunft im Herzen von Reykjavik! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, wir konnten alles in der Stadt zu Fuß erreichen. Jederzeit wieder würden wir diese tolle Wohnung mieten, Danke dafür!

el piso era tal cual en las fotos. el acceso, sin llave pero con todas las instrucciones para el garaje, la basura etc. el apartamento estaba ordenado y limpiamos, con todo lo necesario para 2 personas. La zona a muy tranquila, en el puerto antiguo pero cambiando a menos de 5 minutos del centro turístico. Ubicación perfecta para conocer la ciudad sin mover el coche. la comunicación con los anfitriones era rápida y ágil. Nos informaron de restaurantes, de museos, de cosas que hacer incluso un día que había alerta roja se preocuparon por avisarnos. Se ve que se preocupan por los vistantes.

We had a really nice stay. The city centre wasn’t far, we had a good parking spot and some supermarkets around. Tha apartment had everything we needed.

Absolutely perfect location to visit Reykjavik. Just off the main drag, but super walkable. Tons of stuff to do within a few blocks. We visited in late Feb for 3 days and parking was VERY easy - never had to park more than half a block away. There is also an app to help with parking. There is a driveway you can pull in to drop off and load up as well which is a big help. The place is great - nice little dining/kitchen area, nice living room with great views, bedroom has a small balcony with more great views. Fridge, coffee, sink, laundry, etc. Bed is comfortable. Temperature is comfortable. We had a question and hosts were quick to respond.

Clean apartment with character. It’s a nice place to relax and it’s in a walking distance from the center and close to Bus Stop 1 that many tours have as a pickup point.

Great second floor flat, about 30min to downtown. Extremely friendly and helpful host. Easy property to find, great communication from host. Easy check in and out. Lovely clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of room for a family of 4 for a city break. Great, large bathroom with a powerful shower.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war nicht nur sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sondern auch sehr gemütlich und einladend. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass wir uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause fühlten. Ein Highlight war natürlich der private Whirlpool. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Great location, very central to downtown! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted and found P3 parking a few blocks down by the water. The space was really cool, exactly as described. Hosts were helpful and responsive. Bed was super comfortable and geothermal (I’m assuming?!) tub was cool too. We didn’t use it but the full size washer and dryer in the apartment was a nice perk! Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the city.

Great communication from the start, very quick, friendly and helpful responses. Unit was clean and fresh. Only surprise was that it was listed as having a hot tub but this turned out to only be a jetted bathtub so that was disappointing but otherwise a wonderful stay. Thanks to Arni and his team for making it easy and comfortable in a great location!

La mejor anfitriona que hemos tenido en nuestra estancia a Islandia, super atenta y agradable. Nos íbamos a quedar solo una noche pero nos pilló un temporal de nieve y nos permitió quedarnos una noche extra completamente gratis. A la mañana siguiente del temporal vinieron a limpiar os el camino con el tractor y nos ayudaron a sacar el coche. No podemos estar más agradecidos con el trato que nos han dado.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the first place we stayed on our trip to Iceland. Larus went above and beyond to have the hot tub ready for us when we got in late in the evening, which was so appreciated! The place was immaculate and very spacious. Highly recommend everyone to stay here for this serene spot with beautiful views and an incredible hot tub!
