We were greeted warmly. We were really impressed with all the small details that made our stay extra special. Everything was done with great care and thoughtfulness. The food was incredible and from scratch. The hand-crafted beer was excellent! They even made offered to pack lunch for our hike since the grocery store was closed. It was a wonderful experience!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Celui ci n’était que d’une nuit mais tout était très bien. Le logement contenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, nous avons bien dormi et les procédures d’arrivée et de départ étaient simples et claires. Merci !

perfect easy to get to location outside of Reykjavik! the apartment itself is upstairs and with all the windows there's a lovely view of the street and some of the shoreline. wish we could've stayed longer!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, aber feinen Airbnb war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft ist zwar kompakt, aber unglaublich gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, wie warm und einladend es dort war – perfekt, um sich nach einem kalten Tag voller Entdeckungen in der isländischen Natur aufzuwärmen. Wir können diesen charmanten Rückzugsort absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The accommodation was great and spacious. It had everything we needed, accompanied by a beautiful scenery. This was our last night in Iceland and the owners made it very memorable. We ate at their restaurant- “the red house” which served lovely food. The downstairs turned into a karaoke bar which is hosted twice a month and we sang and drank with the locals who were all very welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Iceland!

Grand et bel appartement pour notre groupe de 6 personnes, avec des grandes chambres. Bien situé pour visiter Reykjavik à pied. Parking gratuit devant l'appartement. l'appartement est un peu surchauffé en hiver et ne comptez pas cuisiner, la cuisine est mal équipée avec des ustensiles vieillissant, même pour faire des œufs.

Everything was perfect. Great spot to launch from. Up and coming area and only thing missing were restaurants or grocery stores that were walkable. Would definitely recommend!

This was a very nice studio apartment, perfect for 1 person or a couple. Great amenities, very stylish. It was nice that it had a washer and dryer in the apartment that we used, as we were traveling the ring road. Very comfortable stay!

Lovely and stylish apartment in a very calm neighborhood but close to the downtown area of Reykjavik. The place was very clean and spacious for a family of three and Asta provided all necessary amenities. Friendly and always responsive host with lots of local tips and recommendations. It was great to have a private parking space at the apartment. Very recommendable.

We enjoyed the space and amenities for our family of 4. However, as I had read in the reviews the urinal in the bathroom closest to the primary was very off-putting. We basically didn’t use that bathroom. Otherwise everything was great!

Ich fand die Wohnung in echt sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Super gemütlich, tolles Bett, schöner Wohnbereich mit Küche! Es ist der perfekte Ort, um Húsavík fußläufig kennenzulernen - gerade, wenn man eine Whale Watching Tour gebucht hat! Man braucht nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen!
