This flat was in the perfect location. It is 10 minutes walking to Ebisu station which is only a few stops away from major attractions like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Tsukiji, and Akihabara. The apartment was cozy and clean. It had everything I needed during my stay. Numa was super friendly and very helpful when I visited. I will definitely book this flat again when visiting Tokyo next time!

We stayed at Sophie's place for 7 nights and it was a really good base to explore Tokyo. The area was quiet, had everthing we needed and was really accessible by the JR Yamanote Line which covers the main trainline circling Tokyo, so it made it really easy to get to all parts of the city. Sophie was a really nice and lovely host and answered our requests super quickly whenever we needed something. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the bed was comfy. We weren't bothered by the train noise at all, you could barely hear it. All in all the apartment might be a bit small for some people as there wasn't much space to put luggage but we didn't mind and would definitely recommend it!

A lovely place and perfect for family of 5-6. Nearby restaurants and cafes were great for breakfast and easy dinner options. The only thing is shower stalls were unexpectedly small so children should be able to shower independently. Separate small WC from shower stalls. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. Host was responsive and kind to provide welcome snacks!

这次日本横滨之行，入住的民宿简直是旅程中的惊喜！刚到民宿，就被阿姨温馨的布局以及小细节吸引，一踏入房间，传统的和式布置整洁又精致，每一处细节都透露着阿姨的用心，因为是春节，阿姨特意给我们准备了很多小零食和水果，走之前还发了红包，是非常好的住宿体验！ 此外民宿的设施齐全且品质超高，浴室的洗浴用品是当地小众但超好用的品牌，用完皮肤滑滑的。并且步行几分钟就能尝到地道的日本料理。这次民宿体验超棒，下次来日本，肯定还选这儿！

Ett välstädat och fint boende i ett lugnt och trevligt område. Högst upp i huset. Kompakt, men praktiskt!

Awesome Airbnb in the middle of Shinjuku with everything in the area within a super short walk from your front door. However, still quiet and easy to sleep. Everything matched the photos/descriptions and check in/out was very easy. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Tokyo!

地理位置不错，一出来有便利店有超市还有很多吃的店，离地铁站走路5分钟左右。浴室比想象中窄。我们同行的人有第二天一早5点赶飞机✈️的，所以临时在一楼会客室铺了榻榻米睡觉，提前和房东说了下也很好的同意了。第一天入住也同意提前放置行李。 房东人很好，还送了小礼物，お菓子は美味しいね～

I found Dan’s place at the last minute, and it was the perfect find. It is about a 10-minute walk to Oimachi station, one stop from Shinagawa, for easy transfers. It was very easy to find his house because of the clear instructions he provided. The roads leading to his house are also flat, so it was pretty easy to roll our suitcases! The house was very comfy and made me feel like I was right at home~ Dan was very responsive and provided many local spots~ I hope to be back 🙏🏼

這次的住宿讓我覺得很滿意，整棟房子很乾淨有家的感覺，廚房設備使用也方便，有問題寫簡訊給房東，房東都會及時回覆，服務很好，房子附近有一間大超市及7-11，買東西很方便，房子離新柴又車站也近，走路約五分鐘，唯一美中不足的地方就是離東京市區太遠了，一趟出門到東京市區要轉三次車子，雖然如此，但我還是會強力推薦這個好房源的，謝謝房東的招待！

東京多摩地区で4人以上で泊まれる貴重な民泊だと思います。とても広さがあり、都心のホテルが狭いと言っていた旦那とイギリスから来た義両親はゆったりとできて大喜びでした。 場所はUber eatsの方は探すのに少し苦戦していましたが、宿泊者には事前にとてもわかりやすい説明を写真付きでいただけるので、全く問題なかったです😊 浴室乾燥機がついていたのが、個人的には急いで洗濯をしたかったのでとても助かりました。 また一時帰国をする際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです😊ありがとうございました。

Host was very responsive and very hospitable. Grateful that she allowed us to check-in early because our arrival time was very early. It was very convenient. The house was super clean and all the amenities, as listed were there. The house is ideal for big groups, and very affordable. Something that is hard to look for in Japan airbnbs, especially in Shinjuku. I would love to stay there again if ever i will be traveling with a big group.

Stayed at 4 airbnbs during my two week stay and this was the best one. 10 minute from subway. 3 floors + rooftop so 4 levels total. has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on first floor + kitchen and small living room. 2nd floor= 2 bedrooms, 1 shared sink + toilet, with the shower being in the room on the right. 2nd level on the left has two twin beds. 3rd floor, same set up as the 2nd floor, but the room on the right serves more like the laundry room+Shower. Room on the left has 2 twin on the floor, + the tv. 4th is a cute roof top with the view of the Tokyo tower. They provided a lot amenities for guest to enjoy like little snacks, slippers, with good shampoo/conditioner. They have a washer, no dryer. Full kitchen use, only 2 smarts tvs, one in the livi by room + on the 3rd floor left room. 9/10 very good recommendation stay for a big group.

The location is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. There are quite a few local restaurants and supermarkets within 10 mins walk either direction. The place is pristine and well stocked with amenities. It is also bigger than what most Japanese homes look like. The only drawback is that it only has one shower. Overall great value for money!

호스트님 연락 바로바로되고 숙소도 신축처럼 깔끔하고 건물자체도 너무 깨끗했습니다. 조금일찍도착했는데 귀신같이 호스트님이 따라오셔서 바로 체크인하라고해주셔서 넘 좋았습니다. 다만 위치가 역에서 10분정도 걸어야해서 피곤한일정마치고 숙소돌아오는길이 너무 힘들었습니다 숙소위치자체는 상점가여서 뭐사고 마트는 코앞이고 없는게없어서 넘좋았지만 역세권이아닌게 저금아쉬웠네요. 그래도 6명인원에 침대6개라서 너무 편하게잘지냈습니다. 감사합니더

Premium was the best host! Incredibly welcoming, communication was fantastic and very kind. The apartment was centrally located in a wonderful location. Surprisingly very quiet home. Would absolutely love to stay here again when I return to Tokyo

Great location, close to transport and restaurants. The apartment is compact but well organised, with a decent table. Communication with owner was prompt and efficient.

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

很高興在眾多房源中選到了這裡，房間的分配完全符合我們的需求，特別是一樓的房間，適合給有帶小嬰兒的旅客。客廳跟餐廳的氛圍也很好。這間房源四周沒有緊鄰（只隔著牆壁的）鄰居，所以相對來說較不怕打擾到別人（以及被打擾。當然樓下還是有鄰居的）。總之，是一次非常愉快的居住體驗！

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.
