Cool place! Cozy with a great view!

We could not have been more pleased with Charlaine's place and will definitely be staying there again. We traveled to Spokane with my mother who uses a walker and the apartment was perfect--no steps on the property, wide doorways, and spacious rooms to move around. The bathroom is large and easily accommodated her walker and there is only a small step into the large shower where the host provided a bath seat. We could not have asked for more, but Charlaine goes above and beyond, providing snacks and all the comforts of home. The host was communicative, flexible, and gracious. We highly recommend Charlaine and her Spokane property!

Spotlessly clean and well appointed, the property is a second floor apartment which I did not learn from the listing. For two senior women wrangling luggage up the stairway was a challenge. That being said, everything else about the property was excellent.

This place was incredible, the layout was perfect for our needs and the accommodations were plenty, including a stocked kitchen. Only less than perfect rating was for the evolve management company who replied with a mostly scripted response to my pre booking question and then never replied to specific questions I asked leading up to and during our stay (Idaho spring meant we woke up with snow and many of us were freezing. There was no response from Evolve in help with temperature accommodations with the locked box.) I hate to give the host/owner that poor rating from Evolve‘s communication but it’s honest. Thankfully we didn’t have anything major and could just bundle up. It’s so hard to find a place that has a great layout for different hang out spaces that also are close enough for togetherness, and enough beds without being sardined in a room of bunk beds. I would recommend it and definitely would stay again.

Great location. We could walk to everything we needed. Many restaurants nearby and within walking distance of Convention center and Arena. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had minor issue with access but resolved promptly by a phone call. Appreciated having professional phone support. We enjoyed the pool table. Kitchen had what we needed and TV apps allowed us to watch NCAA tournament games on East coast. Overall I would recommend.

Our family was planning a birthday gathering for family and friends. We needed a large space with sleeping space for about a dozen. This listing had everything we needed - many bedrooms (with very adequate bathroom space) and indoor space for the birthday celebration. It being early March, the outside spaces were less accessible but were still lovely. Kitchen space and supplies were very adequate for our needs. Hot tub and sauna were very relaxing. The younger folks loved the game room. Overall this was just what we had needed for our event.

We stayed in Spokane to attend the High School Basketball Championship. This house is located a short 10 minute drive to Spokane Arena. For those that travel for AAU State Basketball tournaments, this is a central location for any of the facilities that games are played at. The house was clean, lots of room, base amenities, we felt at home during our almost weeklong stay. I’m not familiar with the Spokane area, the home was in an area that was a bit sketchy, but we felt safe and secure. We hope to make it to state championship again next year, and I will definitely check to see if this home is available during that time. Host was quick to respond when needed.
