Very beautiful and quiet surroundings. But the approach Road was slightly difficult to navigate.. Last 100 mts only one vehicle can pass. Also mobile range is poor so difficult to call and ask for directions. Food was nice for a 2 day stay but more than that can get repetitive. Not too many places to eat close by.. Atleast have to drive half an hour for a restaurant. For the price you pay it was definitely worth it.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great and peaceful off the main road but easily accessible to the metro. We did not need a car and were able to get around easily. The home was clean and the hosts were responsive and kind during our stay.

Karthika was a great host. Very responsive and super helpful. During our stay karthika helped clean the place based on our request due to our scheudle, we offered to pay for the same and she never accepted the cleaning charges, During check out day, by brother was in need of a weighing scale for the luggage and karthika managed to sort that out for us in a short span of time and put my brothers mind at ease. I haven't had many air b n b experience but this certainly stood out for the right reasons Keep up the good work karthika

Spacious house and in safe and peaceful location but walkable to Main Street with shops etc.

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. Venu Sir was there always ready to help, and guiding for the local activities, we would definitely like to visit agay

Mr.Gopalakrishnan is a gem of a person. He’s a very kind and accommodating host. He was always available on call. His staff was friendly and accommodating, and the surroundings are very peaceful.

Maya was the best host we had during our trip across all the stays. She made our check-in process incredibly smooth. The house was simple, beautiful, and impeccably clean—honestly, it looked even better in person. She went out of her way to guide us on where to go and how to travel around Kochi. The best part? She had stocked plenty of snacks for us, and we enjoyed them without any hesitation!

From the moment we arrived, Janice made us feel right at home. She was proactive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable—such a thoughtful host! The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. Overall, the house is impeccably maintained, which really added to our relaxation and enjoyment. This property is truly a gem, and I hope all future guests treat it with care. This apartment is comfortable, spotless, has a well-equipped kitchen, several balconies with great views, good showers with shower doors, a washing machine with a quality drying rack, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, and lots of fans. Basically it is just what you are hoping to find when you arrive. The location is a little peninsula - you can easily get an Uber about 15 min one direction to Ernakulam, and 15 min the other direction to Fort Kochi/Mattancherry, and we used Zomato to order food a couple of times. If you put the apartment and building number they will bring the food right to your door. This is one of several apartment buildings in a quiet & peaceful spot with lots of beautiful plants and trees. The gatekeeper at the apartment complex let us in very late at night and watched out for us. We communicated easily with our host with airbnb messages, and he was very responsive and helpful. We were very pleased with this stay and would happily stay here again.

Great and comfortable stay with a well furnished house and well equipped kitchen with utensils and other grocery and daily use items. Would be great if the curtains can be of a darker shade to avoid sunlight and have privacy. overall a wonderful stay.
