Terrific property! Well appointed, clean and comfortable house in a convenient location. Relaxing covered patio. Large heated pool in a spacious and private back yard. Communication with the owner and property manager was quick and easy. We noticed some noise during the day from the airport and street behind the house, but we were out and about most of the time.

Charming and unique 3-level cabin built on a steep hillside that feels very private and secluded. Very roomy for our party of 6. The king size beds were very comfortable, cabin was well furnished. Loved that theatre room! Living room is very inviting gathering place with nice wood fireplace. Lot’s of outdoor deck space to hang out, too. Easier to find home from lower cul-de-sac entrance. Use upper driveway entrance from highway to avoid stairs but may be intimidating with steep and curvy turns. Shelley is an excellent and communicative host. Great location only a 5 min drive from town.

The house is lovely. It was spotless when we arrived. We were fortunate that the house was available for early check in as we arrived in the morning. The main living area is a beautifully renovated open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with all the dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans etc to cook anything. The appliances are newer and high end. The living room features a large smart TV so you can log into whatever streaming services you have. The three bedrooms are a good size, the beds were comfortable and the linens are good quality (as are the ample towels). The backyard features a lovely pool (which we didn't use), spa (which we did use) and a gas grill (which we used a lot!). Bill is an excellent host. He responded quickly and helpfully to our questions. You can tell that he really wants his guests to enjoy their stay. We did!

100% book Marie’s place! It was very memorable—serene and picturesque. I felt like I was in the movie Carol. Even better than the photos and at a good budget price. Stellar bathroom with high ceilings and very clean and well stocked with towels and shampoo/conditioner. I felt very safe. It was a lovely getaway. What an adventure. Thank you Marie!

Michael was very friendly and personable, and very responsive if we had any questions. We rented this place for a much needed getaway with our best friends from the east coast. It was so cozy, private and peaceful! We had an amazing and memorable time. Definitely would highly recommend this place, but it is a bit of a hike into town. Otherwise that highly pleased with the entire experience. Thank you Michael!

We visited Palm Springs and Joshua Tree in February for my birthday! The house was perfect for our stay. Very clean, comfortable, close to restaurants and bars, and very easy to drive or hop in an uber. We especially loved the pool with the mountain scenery, the beautiful art, and stylish home. We all said we would definitely stay there again. Suzette is a great host.

Janet was friendly and let us know all we needed to know: checking in, how things worked in the home, made recommendations on things to do—again friendly and helpful. Her home was perfect for the 7 of us. Plenty of room for all of us to gather for meals and in the living room. We all really liked the colorful decor—it had a happy feeling. We hope we can go back.

We thought Dianne’s place was very comfortable, sparkling clean, and she has great taste in decorating. The pool area was delightful, the flowers, towels, and pink pool flamingos made the pool area fun and inviting. Dianne was a very gracious host, providing a charcuterie board, champagne, and a well appointed kitchen. The location was very accessible to many activities in the area. Thank you!

Our 2nd stay at the home was just as enjoyable as the 1st. This home is really family friendly. The well equipped kitchen, the available games, pool toys and the updated smart tv make this a hit with everyone. Emily & Heidi are always responsive to questions. The home’s central location makes it convenient to PS attractions and shopping. Good value and great stay.

This was an exceptional stay! Friendly, welcoming, private and "chic", just as it was described. We enjoyed the comfort of the home as well as the convenient stroll to a nearby grocery store. Everything was perfect for us- and the fresh lemons were a bonus!

We needed an urgent place for our family and pets to get away from the LA fires -- and this home was the perfect refuge! The hosts were responsive, attentive, easy to communicate with and very helpful. The home was beautiful, the pics actually don't do it justice! It's a large -- big enough for our family of four plus two friends who were also evacuating. Super comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped, and it had tons of games and activities for our kids. What a great sanctuary. Made our evacuation so much less stressful. Definitely recommend!

This home was absolutely luxurious! I loved the natural light and multiple outdoor areas for soaking up the desert sun! We were late arriving, and the concierge was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a great home! The yard is the star with stunning landscaping, beautiful areas to sit and lounge, a great sized pool and spa, and even areas for games. Inside isn’t huge but has everything you need. The home was incredibly well stocked with thoughtfulness and attention: pool towels, detergent, coffee, condiments/spices, lots of ice, extra blankets and linens. We would definitely stay here again. The road and plane noise is a bit loud but it didn’t bother us.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is beautiful and welcoming, we felt very comfortable. The outside space is outstanding. Robert was very friendly and responsive, he even had wonderful suggestions for restaurants for us! The location was perfect, peaceful, but also close to downtown. We loved the house and had a great time, we will definitely be back!!!

Mike's house was perfect for my 3 night getaway to Palm Springs. The location was terrific: a beautiful house and neighborhood, close to a park, and an easy drive to all points within the city --including downtown. Add to that a pool, a spa, and a garage to park my car--along with beautiful surroundings, and I was sold from the moment I checked in. Mike was very easy to connect with, and he provided clear and helpful directions from check in to check out. I only wish that I could have stayed longer! I've visited Palm Springs many times, but always to hotels or resorts. However, I would be happy to make Mike's house my go to destination from now on for future visits to Palm Springs!
