This home was absolutely luxurious! I loved the natural light and multiple outdoor areas for soaking up the desert sun! We were late arriving, and the concierge was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We took a family weekend to stay at Ryan's place, enjoy some of Palm Springs and attend the tennis tournament in Indian Wells. His place was great, in a nice quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from downtown Palm Springs. It was comfy, cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Our teenage daughter especially liked that there was a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom. Ryan was quick to respond and friendly before and during our stay.

Very conveniently located. 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. 5 minute walk to Demuth park with pickleball courts and dog park. The host was very responsive and provided everything necessary for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The yard was nice and clean. I really appreciate that the house is dog friendly and so close to the park for dog walking. Also great was the option to heat pool and/or spa separately. We used the spa. The pool was nice but we didn’t opt to heat it as it was a little too cool outside for most of our stay. The house is convenient to the airport but that comes with hearing the planes throughout the day (but not too bad - and not at night). Great wifi. Comfortable beds. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

The place was great for my 5 day stay in Palm Springs! Plenty of room for my extended family to join me for 2 1/2 days. The local host was very communicative and met me at the home, gave a quick tour, and was flexible on my arrival time. She also gave me a couple of recommendations of things to do and a family-friendly place to eat. Very friendly. The home is very cozy, was clean, and plenty of room. I definitely recommend Cindy's place!

This was a great location for our birthday retreat for a group of long time friends. There are lots of spots for small groups to gather, and room for all eight of us in the living room. We used both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The kitchen was very well equipped; large fridge, two dishwashers, enough dishes that we could have another meal when the dishwasher was already full. Lots of basic spices and condiments already on hand ( although strangely, no salt shaker). We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, although the weather could have been better. Of course, this is not the fault of the host! We were happy to discover that there was heat as well as cooling. We loved the eclectic decor. One note: the bedroom with two single beds does not have a bathroom and there is no main bathroom. Those staying in the twin room needed to use the ensuite in another room.

We love the place. It is perfect for our needs/budget/timetable. Suzette was an excellent host...very accommodating of our requests. She dealt with our questions right away. The house is very well kept and has the accoutrements we enjoy. We enjoy the pool and reading along with hiking and the restaurants, however also enjoyed preparing our own meals using the kitchen and the outside gas grill. In a word, excellent!

Loved every minute of our stay! So welcoming, comfortable and peaceful! I loved the special touches throughout the home...the kitchen had everything we needed, and then some! The pool and hot tub were cleaned right after the rainstorm, and the backyard was so inviting...well manicured and beautiful! And the beds were so comfy...we all slept so well! I highly recommend renting this property, and we will look forward to our next stay there!

This house was an absolute dream! The pool and outdoor area were the highlights of our stay—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The space was beautifully maintained, with plenty of seating and a great vibe for outdoor dining or just lounging by the water. Inside, the home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. This is our 3rd time staying at Keith’s place. We love it! It’s centrally located to many attractions, but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home is well maintained and completely stocked with everything you need for a week. Tim is responsive and helpful with suggestions of things to do and keeping the home in immaculate condition. Super stylish, very Palm Springs mid century modern! loved the interior design and the landscaped garden and pool. the Cabana was very cool and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment we would make is that the house is under the airport flight path and is noisy during the day. Even with that observation, we look forward to staying here again.

A perfect location for our family trip, close to amazing restaurants and Joshua Tree NP. The backyard is the star of this house, a very private oasis. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

This is a great house. The location is convenient…walking distance to coffee, ice cream, etc. The house is very cozy and clean. The best part of the house is the backyard, specifically the pool and Mountain View. The hosts were responsive. The property manager was very nice and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

I was here for the tennis at Indian Wells. Great location for that. The house was comfortable and really homely. Had everything that you would need. Didn’t use the pool or spa as weather was a bit cool. Bed very comfortable and shower was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

This is a charming house with a beautiful backyard. The beds were comfortable and the linens were pristine. The finishings in the bathroom and kitchen were a bit dated. I struggled to find the hair dryer because one of the bathroom cabinets was stuck. However, the house had all the necessary amenities. The backyard has a large pool with a nice stone hot tub. The location is further from down town, but is located in a quiet residential area. I did some running in the area, which felt safe to do so.

We had a great stay here. The house is surrounded by beautiful scenery. The private backyard was a highlight - peaceful, well maintained, and ideal for relaxing by the pool. We loved seeing lemon trees in the backyard. We found we had everything we could possibly need with a well stocked kitchen and many kitchen appliances. There is plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. Everything about the space made us feel at home. We also appreciated that it is a quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay we highly recommend!!

Terrific home for families, including lovely pool, privacy, lots of room, great kitchen and bbq. Excellent location, walk to downtown PS and across from a nice park. Host was very accommodating and communication was excellent. Recommended
