The house was nice and just like the photos. Short Uber ride from downtown. Check in at the host’s office was easy and they offered late checkout at no extra charge.

Host was responsive and also proactive. Reaching out to make sure everything was ok. Property is in a good location. Clean. Bedding and mattresses were great. Pool was clean. The dishwasher didn’t work and someone was immediately dispatched to fix it. Also loved the large lighted mirror in the primary bath. As others have mentioned the house is in a flight pattern but it wasn’t bad. As a matter of fact, when planes were landing over the house (vs taking off over the house), it was actually kind of fun to watch. Almost like taking your kids to the airport to watch the planes. So, we ended up enjoying it. It’s a nice safe neighborhood and we would definitely rent again.

Great place for a family milestone birthday. Exactly as described, everyone loved it. As with all loved and well lived-in houses, there were a couple of rough edges here and there, but we can’t remember a better equipped place. The kitchen was perfect, and you know how so many places you can’t figure out how the TV or pool works? Everything here was great. Communication was excellent. Everything that we expected and more. Highly recommend.

We all loved our stay! It's a great house, plenty of space and super clean! Mary was very responsive and quick to answer any questions and extremely helpful. There were plenty of towels, for both bath and pool. The house is in a great location close to downtown and very close to grocery stores, etc. We had a blast in the game room playing ping pong, skeeball etc and loved the pool table outside in the patio area also. BBQ was nice and clean and the pool is gorgeous! Such a great backyard with plenty of places to sit and lounge. When we went it had been warm prior to our trip so the pool did not need heating, but we did pay to heat the spa and it was so nice to sit in there on a cool night and look at all the stars. We are already talking about coming back here. Thank you Mary!

Thank you for another lovely break in the sun! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the private pool and hot tub, and even had the large community pool all to ourselves. Les was responsive and always helpful, which made our stay even better. A peaceful, sunny escape—we’d love to return!

Our host was very helpful every step of the way! He communicated daily to see if we need anything and even sent the pool company to help us when the pool heat wasn’t working. The house is the perfect set up for our family. Everyone had privacy and yet we had beautiful spaces to gather. We loved the proximity to the park, restaurants & shopping and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Shane for making our family vacation so memorable!!

We had an amazing stay at Suzette's! Very spacious, very clean and well-decorated home. Absolutely loved the large PB&J painting on the wall.

It was our second time staying there and it definitely won’t be our last. The community is beautiful with 2 gorgeous pools. It is very convenient to walk to downtown and the casino. The owners are wonderful. I would highly recommend it. You won’t regret it!

We had a lovely week in Palm Springs while staying at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is outfitted with everything you need and more! The furnishings and decor are exceptional and include many special touches that make you feel right at home. Both swimming pools offer beautiful view of the mountains, are very well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Downtown Palm Springs is only a few blocks away which made it so easy to access restaurants, shopping and events. Check in process was well-communicated and easy, and we appreciated the dining and recreation information included in the condo notebook. I've stayed in many Airbnb's over the years and must say this was the most welcoming and well-furnished I've encountered. Thank you Justin and Daniel for a memorable week in Palm Springs! -Carol A.

This really is a great place to stay in Palm Springs - the apartment is lovely, super clean and with everything you could possibly need. Comfy bed, lovely furniture and linens. The swimming pool and hot tubs are fabulous with a very nice laid back atmosphere. All of the downtown bars and restaurants are a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

We lived Devin as a host! Super kind and always there when we needed her. She came to the place to let us in and show us around when she didn’t even have to. I would definitely from Devin again and the place was perfect for my husband and l. Quiet and close To lots. Magdalena

Our second stay at Riley and Kevin's fantastic apartment. We wouldn't really want to stay anywhere else, but it is rightly popular! Riley and Kevin were flexible with check in which we really appreciated in our jet lagged state. Wonderful location - peaceful yet just 5 mins walk to stores, restaurants, health food cafe, and bakery (and 7 minutes to a great outdoor 50m public swimming pool). In some seasons you could manage without a car - and it is very close to the airport- but also easy parking. The set up is perfect (kind of an L shape) so both bedrooms and baths have privacy if you want it and the kitchen and living area have everything you need, including board games. Good air conditioning aided by fans in each room. You can use the complex's swimming pools and hot tubs which are also peaceful (with neighbours, not parties!). Many thoughtful touches make it an ideal holiday base to explore the desert cities - we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful community, nice accommodations, centrally located. Great to be so close to the well maintained pool which we enjoyed thoroughly. The management team is really great and we’re very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Palm Springs.

Staying at Jackie’s was like staying in someone’s home. It was better than in the pictures and came fully equipped with everything we needed. All was clearly explained in documentation. Lovely place and a great time.

Great place very relaxing and quiet, this was our third stay and our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs

Robbie's place was an absolute dream to stay at for my Bachelorette party. Not only was there plenty of space both for sleeping quarters and communal spaces (7 ppl) but the location could not have been more perfect. We were looking for a quiet home to relax at that was close to the main drag of PS. This hit that mark and then some. Robbie was also great to communicate with as a host. The space was exactly as pictured/described. Book this for your next big group trip!

Amazing space! So close to great restaurants, like FARM, and you have two bicycles at your disposal to get around. Cannot recommend enough!

I had a solo getaway to this home for 3 days and I was sad when it came time to leave. The home is the epitome of perfection and the host is so friendly. Every detail in Steven’s modern home is truly impeccable and I still kept finding new little details even on my last day. The decor, paint, and many lighting options make the indoors a very lively atmosphere. The pool area felt like my own personal resort and looked out to the stunning mountains. Thank you to Steven for sharing this slice of paradise with me. I will be day dreaming of the dream home until I return again.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Brandi’s Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as listed. We especially loved the pool and spa - such a relaxing treat. Brandi clearly put a lot of thought into the space, with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely stay here again!

This location was perfect get away for my friends bachelorette. The kitchen was perfect for the 6 of us, and had lots of kitchen utensils and cookware. The tv is great and easy to connect to for music plus Alexas in every room. The rooms and restrooms were clean. The casita outside was my favorite part and had pool access from it. Pool was great. Judy was very attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

We had an amazing stay at an Airbnb house in Palm Springs with our family. The house was beautiful, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the mountain views were stunning. The location was ideal, close to attractions like Joshua Tree National Park and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Mark was attentive and provided great local recommendations. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend this Airbnb!

Great stay in Palm Springs. Pool and hot tub were pristine and heated to ideal temperatures. Backyard was well maintained and listening to wind in the palm trees was perfect. Bed and couch comfortable as well. Would book again.
