Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Montenegro und Jas und Rosa haben es zu einer unvergesslichen Erinnerung gemacht . Beide waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben es uns einfach gemacht das wir uns schnell wie zu Hause fühlten . Das Haus und die Lage sind wunderschön . Jas hat uns viele Tips gegeben und war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an die liebe Rosa . Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

Jelena and her family were incredible hosts, the house was spotlessly clean, the pool and view were magnificent. Definitely a house to be preferred on every trip. The location is great, all the historical cities are at your feet.

Z całego serca polecam dom Pero. Dom ustytuwany w górskiej wiosce, zdala od zgiełku, wśród natury. Dom jest niesamowity! To jedno z najciekawiej urządzonych miejsc, jakie odwiedziliśmy. Ja i dzieci byliśmy zachwyceni tym pobytem. Wszystko w rzeczywistości wygląda jeszcze lepiej, niż na zdjęciach. Okolica jest piękna, a basen to wisienka na torcie. Pero codziennie dbał o jego czystość. Okolica jest piękna, mieliśmy z niej wszędzie blisko do różnych atrakcji: ciekawe plaże, Dubrownik, Czarnogóra. Konieczny samochód lub Uber jesli ktoś chce eksplorować tak wiele miejc, jak my. W okolicy jest także mnóstwo winnic oraz restauracji, w których można degustować produkowane tam wina. Szczerze polecam to miejsce. To prawdziwy raj. Dom Pero oraz Dubrownik i okolice to były nasze wakacje marzeń. Chciało się tam zostać na dłużej...

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, umgeben von Bergen. Es gibt mehrere Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür und das Haus ist gut zu erreichen. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet und der Grill lädt draußen zum Barbecue ein. Die Badezimmer und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Ana-Marija war erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben. Wir hatten eine tolle und unvergessliche Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Davor und seine Frau waren nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Davor war für mögliche Rückfragen immer schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr über den „Willkommenskorb“ gefreut. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Pool war super. Auch der Grill und die Außenküche waren ein Highlight. Für Unternehmungen im Umkreis wird ein Auto benötigt. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen !

This villa was even better than we thought it would be - spacious, clean and the view was outstanding. The location was perfect. You can walk easily to Kotor old town (about 10min walk) but still enjoy the quietness and peaceful environment. The house was big enough for 4 adults and 2 toddlers and we had two baby beds aswell. There were 2 big bedrooms with Queen size beds and two smaller bedrooms with two seperate beds. 2 bathrooms and a small extra toilet. The kitchen was excellent for cooking. Perfect for bigger groups or families! The host was the kindest and answered to all of our messages right away. Thank you so much for having us!

A beautiful and peaceful spot in village Krimovica. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. A special place. We are glad to have the chance to meet Željko and appreciate his hospitality. A short drive from several beaches. Local restaurants nearby. Comfortable space for 2 people. Željko has many great recommendations. He arranged a boat ride for us. Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

Tanja’s place is extremely lovely. The main balcony is huge with direct views over Budva, Old Town, and the bay out to the island of Hawaii. 2 of the bedrooms have their own balcony, with a 3rd having a back entrance stairway that leads down towards Old Town and Mogren Beach. Be aware that Budva is an extremely hilly place and Tanja’s place is up from the beach front. We could walk to Old Town in 10 minutes and Mogren Beach in under 15mins, but the stairs are plenty and steep. There is an alternative route along the road which takes a little longer to avoid the stairs if need be. The kitchen is fully-equipped so you can cook your own meals. The shower is always hot and ready to go, with good pressure. The washing machine works very well, with 2 clothes racks to dry. The beds are comfy, the pillows are firm. Tanja’s was a very responsive host and check-in was seamless with clear details. All in all a very lovely experience and highly recommend to anyone visiting Budva.

Mi esposo y yo nos alojamos aquí durante dos meses completos. Durante este tiempo pudimos trabajar desde casa y disfrutar del mar y de Molunat cada día. También aprovechamos para conocer la región de Konavle, Dubrovnik, la costa de Montenegro y la ciudad de Mostar, en Bosnia. La casa estaba muy limpia, es cómoda y está bien equipada, lo que resulta especialmente conveniente para estadías largas como la nuestra. Además los anfitriones son muy amables y están pendientes de cualquier necesidad. En el pueblo hay un pequeño mercado para las compras diarias y en la ciudad de Grouda, a veinte minutos en auto, hay más opciones. Aunque hay tres autobuses diarios hacia Dubrovnik, creo que es importante tener movilidad propia. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que disfrute de la tranquilidad y el contacto con la naturaleza. Para nosotros ha sido un verdadero placer vivir y trabajar frente al mar durante estos meses. ¡Gracias por todo Helen y Maximilian!

If you're looking for a stunning view of Budva this place is for you. We never imagined how beautiful this place would be and we hope to come back in the future!

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

This airbnb was perfect. Alexander was super nice and responsive; He gave us multiple restaurant recommendations which were fantastic. The place is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the bud station and grocery store and 10 minutes from Old Town.

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

An amazing host, and apartment, in a beautiful location ideally situated between Tivat and Kotor. Dusan and his mother, Mika, were so lovely, generous and exceptionally welcoming. We would not hesitate to come again!

House was in great location, 30 min drive from Dubrovnik and close to a range of Beaches. House was in quiet location so kids could play outside safely. House was great and kids loved playing table tennis and other games. Pool was a bit too cold this time of year to full use so was only used infrequently. Overall a great holiday and fantastic host.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s beautiful property. We really enjoyed having the garden space to relax and having the hypermarket just next door made it really convenient. Mia is a really responsive and friendly host and gave us loads of recommendations to ensure we have a pleasant trip!

The house is incredible and gets great sunset views from the hot tub! Hosts are incredible and very helpful with recommendations and even helped us get around town. Highly recommend this place for a getaway!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Wir hatten einen 6-Nächte Aufenthalt in dem Appartment von Ivona. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war hervorragend - von ihr und ihrer Schwester haben wir zahlreiche Tips für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung erhalten. Wir haben es genossen, dass wir direkt in die Altstadt von Kotor laufen konnten - und gleichzeitig eine sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht! Auch das Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe ist gut und hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartment und weitere Services der Wohnung wie z.B. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, 2 Schlafzimmer und Kamin haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank Ivona!
