Absolutely lovely flat. The linens, made by Camille’s company it turns out, were some of the nicest I’ve ever slept on — and I’ve spent a great deal of time in luxury hotels for work. ( If you’re local check out That’s Linen ). If, like me, you’re booking because it’s walking distance to stuff, be prepared for a workout on the way home. But hey, great views don’t come without steep climbs.

The view and family home is very welcoming and in a great location. Great house for a family. The pool is big and well taken care of. We will be back

We have found a new gem - Sovereign Sands in Blythedale. Away from the chaos of Ballito and surrounds, it was a breath of fresh air to be a short forest-walk away from a pristine uncrowded beach. It felt like Mozambique (beautiful quiet beaches, dune forest etc), but with the added convenience of Checkers Sixty60 delivering to the Estate. Blythedale itself is a simple town with not much to do, but The Estate is a short beach walk away from Grumpy's beach bar, which was awesome (and made us think of Mozam even more with their jugs of R&R). The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable, and while we wished we had a sea-view - the sounds of the ocean were awesome. The kitchen was stocked with all the usual kitchen gadgets (even a Nespresso machine) you'd need. Elsie was communicative and friendly. The Estate felt very safe & well-run. The communal pool area boasted a very large pool that the kids loved (but the adults wished that there was some comfy seating around).

Thank you Chad for a great stay ! The location of your home is perfect and the views from the house overlooking the sea and lagoon are spectacular. It was very peaceful sitting on the deck watching the sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped but lacking a dishwasher. Overall a great experience !

What a wonderful weekend by the beach. Our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean was simply blissful and being able to have our family dog with us made it all the more special. My family really enjoyed the stay!

Spectacular, from the location, the views, the beach access, space, and amenities, this place is heaven for those looking for a quiet, private breakaway to a pristine area just off the M4. Also close enough to Ballito for shopping. The house is perfect for families wanting to relax and enjoy the view, and really does have all you need. Debra was also an excellent host, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Roelof was so friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, being so close to the beach! We had a great time on our holiday and will definitely visit again!

This place is INCREDIBLE!!!!!! House is spacious and beautiful, full views of the beach. Nice yard enjoy. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We didn't want to leave.

Elsie was the best host communication was flowing.the house is amazing very comfortable we had everything we needed.enjoyed the sun deck with the pool while we had a braai.oh and the walk to the beach the path is magical if i may say felt like u on some tropical island.

Con una vista mozzafiato sull’oceano indiano, questa villa è un sogno per chiunque voglia passare una rilassante vacanza. L’ampio salone e tre delle quattro camere hanno una spettacolare vista sull’oceano. La cucina è attrezzatissima e il patio superiore e inferiore sono ottimi per rilassarsi facendo due chiacchiere o leggendo un libro. Tutto è pulito alla perfezione e protetto da un sistema d’allarme. Il giardino con piscina privata ha anche accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Jenny è sempre stata disponibilissima e gentilissima, per qualsiasi domanda le risposte sono arrivate al massimo in 5 minuti! Una vacanza splendida, la casa e il giardino sono talmente belli che non avrete molta voglia di allontanarvi per goderveli il più possibile.

A perfect house in the wonderfull Zimbali Resort. The house was perfect and located directly on the beach.

A beautiful home, stunning furnishings, kitchen was well equipped, clean towels, huge patio with sun loungers, wonderfully large patio table, bar fridge & the most comfortable lounging chairs. Spotless, bedrooms & bathrooms. Serene position within the Simbithi forest, trails right off the back garden, what more could one ask.. We spent our family holiday, all 7 of us loved relaxing at Terry’s & Paul’s place, it was simply beautiful.

This home has been one of our best stays in the Dolphin coast. The home is extremely spacious, catering for large families (we had 13) with breath taking ocean views, that flow into the house. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to cater for privacy, fantastic open plan communal areas. A relaxing environment with all amenities you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Direct beach access made it super convenient for kids and elders getting to the ocean for swims Our family could not stop raving about what an amazing place it was. Recommend!

Lindy’s home was an incredible haven for our weekend away: it felt like home from the start. Immaculately clean, and with beautiful sea and forest views - it’s a tranquil refuge that we’ll certainly return to. Cannot recommend enough and we will certainly be back.

Amazing place to stay. Hosts are super-friendly. Location is great. The ocean is a stone throw away. Managed to catch sight of dolphins 🐬 on one of our early morning walks.

What a wonderful 8 days we had in Salt Rock! It was home away from home yet right on the beach and a real treat. Nothing was too much to ask of Claire and of Goodness. The newly renovated bathrooms are fantastic. The pool was sparkling clean and a refreshing dip after a day on the beach. So much fridge and freezer space was amazing with a full house. The solar was lovely to have as a "just in case" backup. So many happy memories made and we can't wait to go back!

Our family loved our stay. We had family visiting from overseas and it was the perfect home for us to relax, recharge and reconnect! The house is spacious, homey and beautifully decorated with a large lush garden. The staff were attentive and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again.
