This is the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is homey, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. Every amenity is provided for and the neighborhood is walkable, safe, and close to so many great places to eat. William’s lovely home is our preferred go-to when we are in the area.

The place was amazing! Loved the movie motif and all the little extras like soda and snacks! It was very clean and very comfortable. Loved our time there!

Enjoyed our little gateway. The place felt cozy and loved having train line right across the street! Andris was very helpful and responded very quickly. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Andris

Juan’s Airbnb was a perfect stay for my family! His place was very clean and loved the way they decorated their space. Huge Airbnb and fit all 8 of us that stayed in the Airbnb perfectly. I loved how it was very accessible to the little shops. We will definitely be back :) thank you Juan!!

Super nice place and looks brand new. Can get background noises from other apartments but not bad.

Very close to the bus lines and to Logan Square, which has a lot of nice cafes, shops, and restaurants. Michael was a great host and really responsive!

We had such a wonderful time! We were able to make some great meals in the amazing kitchen and everyone slept well. We had everything we needed and Liz responded very quickly when we had questions!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, and Karen was by far the best host I’ve ever had! From the start of our trip, she was incredibly responsive, guiding us to a parking spot and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Throughout our stay, she kept in touch to make sure everything was going well, which we truly appreciated. This was our 2nd stay and we had a very relaxing short visit. We hope to continue grabbing some short getaways at this lovely home.

The house is beautiful and extremely clean. The host thinks of everything! I messaged that I was bringing my little dog and he had a dog bed, dish, blanket and lint roller set out upon arrival. So thoughtful! I was there just before Christmas and there was a Christmas tree set up in the living room area. It made the place so warm. I have stayed there before and would stay again. It’s a great place!

I get together with a few friends a couple times a year for a creative escape......and this is the third time we have stayed with Kathy and family at J & E Homestead. We have such a great time here. This home is very inviting, spacious but cozy, and we feel very much at "home" here. The host family is just wonderful, they really make our comfort a priority, they are easy to get in touch with during our stay, and they have fun little extras for us to enjoy (smores at the firepit, baked goods, and they provide supplies for a hot breakfast too). I am already looking forward to another stay this fall!!

Very nice place to host our large family Christmas gathering. Plenty of room for everybody. The game room was very much appreciated and well used.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The host was welcoming, communicative, and provided clear check-in instructions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy. The location was ideal—close to the L, restaurants, and coffee shops, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I also appreciated the host’s recommendations for local spots, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Gorgeous apartment with stunning views, stay here if you can!

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

Matthew’s place was amazing! Great art, we played games, and enjoyed the views. His record collection made for a fun night of varying music tastes!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s “Heart of Evanston.” I loved the indoor garage parking option with easy in and out. If you have a large vehicle /SUV, maneuvering in and out of the spot may be challenging depending if the spot over is occupied. We have a mid-size SUV and had no issues. The room was easily accessed from the garage and we had no issues getting in. The place was clean and well organized. I loved that it smelled clean and also had a faint hint of bleach in the bathroom. It was a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we used the air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Town is very walkable and we enjoyed the local restaurants (Taco Diablo, Bat 17, Bennison’s bakery). We found the town to be very quiet - almost too quiet for what we expected but after our visit to Northwestern found out it was spring break for the students. Michelle was available for any questions and always replied promptly. We had a great stay and would stay again!

From the beginning, John was very communicative and remained so throughout our stay. The place was perfect for us and we enjoyed celebrating Christmas Day with our kids and grandkids there! The kitchen was well equipped and we made the most of it. John had placed holiday decorations out in advance of our stay (and told us he would do so giving us the opportunity to say "no") which added to the Cheer. Very charming place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend it.

I loved my stay at Fernanda's! Right off the bat, Fernanda was very responsive. I made a last minute request and Fernanda was very kind with her messaging. I was on a work/play weekend and it fit the bill. I loved that the place had a gated parking! A huge plus in the city and with the remote control access I was able to come and go safely during my busy trip. The apartment was spacious and as listed-cozy! I loved curling up on the recliner and reading. I was also able to comfortably work on my computer from the dining room table or kitchen bar top. Bedrooms had space for belongings and the bed I slept in was very comfortable. Espresso machine made this coffee addict very happy. I'm looking forward to another stay!
