Perfect place to stay. Beautiful neighborhood, cute downtown just a few blocks away. Easy access to train to downtown Chicago Place was spotless, easy to find, quiet - even included items for a continental breakfast. If available we will stay there again.

The Rectory felt like an OG air bnb —quirky, thoughtful touches, stellar location, plenty of space for my kids to spread out and veg post holiday while my husband and I visited with friends in the city. Notables are: easy street parking, lots of storage and hooks for hanging coats/winter gear, adjacent private basketball court, super easy check in and check out (no crazy list of to-do’s upon leaving) My husband and I are also highly-rated bnb hosts and we have largely reverted to staying in boutique hotels but we would 10/10 stay at The Rectory again! Thank you for a great stay.

Every morning I watched the sunrise across the field. It was peaceful and quiet. Allicia is super attentive and flexible. If available I plan to stay at Alicias for my annual visit to relations in a nearby town.

We so enjoyed our stay at Liz and Bill's coach house. Would return in a heartbeat. The bright art, the comfortable bed, the super large projector screen for enjoying evening movies, the vintage features... all of it combined to make this a delightful experience. The McCully Heritage stay was absolutely perfect for us. The site was so private and serene. Us and our two shepherd mutts had such a fun time exploring. We saw a big old buck deer, a skink, and wildflowers. The cabin was very comfortable and clean, everything we needed. Tons of hot water, a really comfy bed, and great movie DVD selection.

Mat is an amazing host. His property is incredible and he's extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend this airbnb!

The location was perfect. Jury steps from Wheaton college. We stayed here during the Wheaton College Christmas Festival which we were able to walk to. Angel’s place was clean, had a Keurig with different choices, and filtered water. We had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Thank you for a great stay!

I stayed here with my partner for valentine’s day weekend and it was perfect! It’s a very clean well put together place that comes fully equipped with complimentary snacks and toiletries. Thank you for the wonderful stay! I will definitely be coming back again.

We were attending a family funeral and needed a place to stay in our hometown for a few days. Shade’s Inn was the perfect place to meet our needs. Our stay at this charming little cottage was absolutely wonderful! The space was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed for a great experience. We loved the location, tucked away in the backyard of the main house, providing us with easy access, plenty of parking and privacy. The host, Danielle was incredibly responsive and even offered an early check-in if we needed it. I highly recommend this property to anyone needing a cozy 1 or 2 bedroom cottage in Carrollton. You won’t be disappointed.

Private guesthouse with a nice yard. Great location in town and about a mile to UIUC campus. Cozy, warm decor and clean. Nice amenities and toiletries. Flexible check in/out. Highly recommend!

Ideal location, exceptionally clean, and packed with thoughtful amenities. The safely fenced yard was perfect for the kids to play without worry. Just an exceptionally nice Airbnb—couldn’t have asked for more!

We stayed at Melissa's place for just one night during a road trip. The property was easy to find and had everything we needed. Lots of room outside for our dog to stretch his legs and alot of friendly farm animals to see. Melissa was very responsive and friendly.

My sister and I had a great time in Alejandra’s place. It was so peaceful. We will stay here again!!

Josh keeps this home in great shape. There are little touches you notice through out the house that make you feel welcome.

While we never actually saw said hosts, they proved to be very reliable communicators. Their home was clean, comfortable & quiet. Some might say "too quiet." The kitchen was very well appointed, save the conspicuous absence of a manual pasta making machine. Although we've never actually made our own noodles, had the inspiration finally struck, we would've been quite disappointed. The beds were so comfortable that, one morning, we slept through our goddamned morning devotionals. CONCLUSION: If you're looking for a mediocre experience while in the Windy City, then stay somewhere else. But, if you're looking for welcoming hosts, wonderful accommodations and whopping-great time, then Kenneth & Curt's Polk Street Coach House is the place for you. You be the judge!

Blake and Lindy place was absolutely ideal for our needs! We planned a food trip that included a mix of places reachable by public transit and by car. The fact that it included a parking spot and was within easy walking distance from the Austin El station was fantastic! Very comfortable, very quiet place to sleep and recuperate. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Marcus's place. The space was very comfortable and just a great place to relax that felt like home. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The heating system kept the place cozy and warm even on some very cold days. It was super convenient to have a washer and dryer since we stayed longer than a week. We will definitely check if Marcus's place is available the next time we are in Lake Forest. Thanks for the hospitality!

Husband and I had a lovely, relaxing few days visiting our daughter and son-in-law in Chicago. Jed's place was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. So happy I stayed here! I was in town for work and wanted to stay in a home and not a hotel. This spot was so walkable but also parking was very easy, too. I will definitely be staying here again for my next work trip! The bed was SO comfortable which was appreciated after a long work day. I even took note of the pillow brand because I loved the pillows so much! I felt right at home and had all the privacy I needed while still being able to contact Robert if I needed anything.
