Tita Mati was a gracious host. Her place just sits on the perfect location you can get in Sagada. It’s a foot away to most restaurants and Sumaguin Cave and yet, not as crowded. Will stay again.

Great stay. You get exactly what you expect based on the listing. Location is also quite convenient. The host is kind and easy to communicate with.

The place is great for staycation of big groups. The host and his representative made our stay joyful, comfy, and relaxing. Mhay had been very responsive to our needs and insightful especially on various destinations to visit. Overall, we so much enjoyed our stay because of the comfortable and hospitable accommodation by the host’s team. A TRULY LOVELY HOME IN BAGUIO.

Our stay was made even more comfortable with Miss Emily’s help. She has a such a warm personality and very accommodating. The location was perfect for us, a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of tourists but very close to restaurants that we wanted to visit. Smart mobile data was strong enough, huge bed, the room is well-ventilated, there’s a broom (always good to have especially for a clean floor lady like me) and they welcome furbabies!! For the 3-day stay that my family and I have, Sir Joel and his wife made sure that we have a great stay. The house is huge enough for more than 10 people and true to his words/descriptions, the place is near to a lot of tourist attractions. Overall, a 10/10! Will try to stay at this house again for my family’s annual Baguio trip. Thank you again, Sir Joel! All the best to your business.

The room has a great view, and the beds are quite spacious. The room can fit up to 5 people. The towels and linen were provided by the host. The location is a bit far from town but there were restaurants to visit nearby if one is too lazy to go out. I don't mind walking or hailing a Tuk-tuk (tricycle) though. Tita Mathilda is a great host. I loved the restaurants (Vincent's and The Yogurt House) that she recommended to me. Many thanks to Tita Emily too.

Hosts were very accomodating despite poor planning on our side were able to accomodate many more additional guests to one room. The location is beautifull, the sea was warm and even during rainy season the rain was nice to watch from the kitchen. Would highly recommend, especially for large groups.

Great place to stay with family. Despite the noise from being so close to the highway, it didn’t take away from the beautiful house and surroundings. It was very spacious for 16 of us staying there with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The terrace was definitely a favorite spot for all of us to hang out at and chill. Quick response from Virgie the caretaker when we needed to refill our water. We will definitely return when we come back to Baguio.

Peaceful and private, Roman's place in general is a budget slice of upper middle-class life. I especially loved the neighborhood and genuinely felt jealous of people who get to come home to this kind of peace every day. The house isn't without faults but for the price we got, I felt it was justified. The living is room is adequate, but the highlight definitely was the sofa set. I don't understand how comfortable it was given the fabric. Yet it lulled many people to sleep. The dining area was ok, and for me was the weakest area. Roman, this isn't a knock at all, it was more than serviceable and to your credit, you did say it would help to bring extra. It will get you by if you're cooking basic meals. The master's bedroom was masterly. While the other three bedrooms were smaller but not suffocating. The comfort rooms were clean and worked well. The water pressure was... strong. Not Baguio-standard. Great place, can't complain. Would type more but limited by characters. Thank you!

Thank you po Keena! Such a lovely place for a visit with family. It was exactly as described. Location was great as it's a minute away from the resorts and restaurants (e.g. Awesome Hotel, P&M Final Option), and close to the main road too. Very communicative and flexible around check-in and check-out times too. Salamat po, we hope to come back again soon! :)
