My family and I came to Villa Ihor for 2 weeks & couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Thanos had asked us the names & sex of the children who were coming so that he could add some extras for them & did he do that! The thought he put into making everything perfect for our arrival was amazing! From children’s toys to blankets and even change pads, he really thought of everything! He communicated with us prior to our arrival many times to ensure that we were all set and had all of the information we needed, and he was there for our arrival as friendly and thoughtful as we expected him to be based on our communications ! Villa Ihor had everything that we could possibly need & the pictures don’t even do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person! There are many opportunities for shade in the backyard. This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

Siamo stati accolti da Popi in modo molto cordiale. Ci ha colpito la sua disponibilità nel darci tutte le info necessarie. Abbiamo fatto delle richieste estemporanee che sono state immediatamente soddisfatte.

Μείναμε δύο τετραμελής οικογένειες. Δεν μας έλειψε τπτ. Ήταν όλα άψογα. Ιδανικό κατάλυμα πολύ κοντά στο χιονοδρομικό. Ο κ. Δημήτρης ευγενεστατος πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.!

Μιχάλης is a friendly and wonderful host. He met us at the door and gave us a tour and clear instructions about the apartment. The apartment is so clean and the view of the mountain is spectacular! There are many cafes and restaurants, and a nice park too, within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Περάσαμε τέλεια ζεστό σπίτι καθαρή με τά πάντα μέσα.τα παιδιά χάρηκαν πολύ παίξανε στην αυλή πολύ φιλικό περιβάλλον. Ο κύριος Ηλίας πολύ πολύ καλώς μας εξυπηρετούσε για τα πάντα. ζεστό τζάκι βάλαμε καί τή ψησταριά όλα τέλεια θά τό προτιμούσα για όλους θά περάσουν τέλεια. Και βεβαίως 5 αστέρια αξίζει

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

Βρήκαμε ακριβώς αυτό που είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες!!!! Ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο! Ευγενέστατη η Σουζάνα και πολύ εξυπηρετική. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε. !!!!

We had a great stay at Konstantinos' apartment in Neoi Epivates in August. Close to the beach, with a wonderful view of the Thermaikos bay from one of the rooms. On the other side, a large balcony with a table, comfortable chairs, and the possibility to dry swimwear. Hassle-free arrival and departure. Nice beaches, restaurants serving delicious food and drinks nearby. I would like to highlight the help of Mr. Michael, who explained the best route to the house to the taxi driver over the phone and was already there waiting for us when we arrived. On the last day, our plane left in the afternoon, and we could stay in the apartment until four. Thanks for that. Best regards, Mihály Soós

Very nice and clean appartment on a quiet location in the beautyfull town of Litóchoro. The appartment was fully equiped. Sissy was very friendly. We had a nice stay!

ev anlatıldığı gibi, eşyalar yeni ve tertemizdi. biz çok beğendik. en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş şampuan, kulak çöpü, peçete hepsi fazlasıyla mevcuttu. dolapta su bile vardı. önerilen her yerden aşırı memnun kaldık. her şey için çok çook teşekkür ederiz. özellikle de dost canlısı ve sıcakkanlı insanlar. tekrar geleceğiz görüşmek üzere 🥰

Nice apartment in Litochoro. The hosts were helpful, we had a cancelled flight so arrived very late at night and they helped guide us into the apartment.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ όμορφη το σπίτι ήταν καλύτερο ακόμα από τις φωτογραφίες, πολύ έξυπνα διαμορφωμένο, οι καναπέδες και το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετοι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, πεντακάθαρο, η Σισσυ μας έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για την πρόσβαση πριν το τσεκ ιν σίγουρα θα το συνιστούσαμε!!

Anna’s apartment is great,it’s exactly like on the. Photos. Large,with everything that you can need for a vacation stay. From kitchen supplies,spices etc to a full equipped bathroom, the last day we also found she had flip flops for beach😀🙌🏼 there is no sea view from the apartment,but the beach is realy one minute walk away. The only problem we had was that it’s not so quiet and there where our neighbors from above who made a lot of noise but fortunately they didn’t stay too long,,there is a church few houses away and one Sunday they had a liturgy where the priest song from 8pm until midnight on the speakers continued and that realy was upsetting specially if you travel with kids who go on time to sleep..of course that has nothing to do with the apartment. All in all we would like to come also next year and I honestly recommend it🙂

Το διαμερισμα εχει εξαιρετικη θεα στο δασος, ειναι πολυ καθαρο και πολυ ζεστο. Εχει ωραιους χωρους και μεγαλα δωματια. Ο Δημητρης ειναι παντα διαθεσιμος, πολυ φιλικος και εξυπηρετικος σε ο,τι τον χρειαστηκαμε. Το συνιστουμε για διαμονη οικογενειων και σκοπευουμε να το επισκεφθουμε ξανα!

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο. Κοντά στο κέντρο του Λιτοχώρου με το αμάξι στα 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια κανένα τέταρτο, όμορφη και ήσυχη γειτονιά. Το προτείνω έχει ωραία μέρη για περπάτημα στους πρόποδες του Ολύμπου, το φαράγγι του Ενιππέα είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη και με παιδιά.

This was a great place to spend a weekend! There was plenty of space for six, all the amenities we needed, and beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. Nikolaos was a great host. He was very responsive, flexible, and proactive. Checking in and out was a breeze. There were also several very friendly neighborhood cats that would come to greet us every day, making the stay perfect!

Το σπίτι ήταν όμορφο, καθαρό και ζεστό. Το μέρος ήσυχο και με θέα μιας και το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην άκρη του χωριού. Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και με μεγάλη τραπεζαρία.Το τζάκι καίει καλά και δεν καπνίζει. Είμαστε παρέα 8 άτομα και το σπίτι ήταν πολύ άνετο. Τα 3 υπνοδωμάτια είναι στον κάτω όροφο και έχει ησυχία αν ξυπνήσει κάποιος πρωί και θέλει να κάτσει στο σαλόνι ή την κουζίνα. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι πολύ φιλική και απαντούσε άμεσα σε ολα τα μηνύματα. Τέλος μας περίμενε στο σπίτι ευχάριστη έκπληξη κατά την άφιξη!

Μείναμε στο σπίτι για δύο βράδια, τρεις οικογένειες (6 ενήλικες και 5 παιδιά). Αν και ο καιρός ήταν συνέχεια βροχερός, το σπίτι είναι τόσο μεγάλο και άνετο, που τα παιδιά πάντα είχαν χώρο να τρέξουν, να παίξουν να εκτονωθουν. Ο χώρος με το τζάκι είναι υπέροχος από το πρωί με τον πρωινό καφέ μέχρι αργά το βράδυ για χαλάρωση και κρασάκι. Τα υπνοδωμάτια άνετα, καθαρά με όλες τις ανέσεις, το ίδιο και το μπάνιο. Το WC που υπάρχει στον επάνω όροφο βολεύει για τα πολλά άτομα. Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, ακόμη και με πλυντήριο πιάτων που μας βόλεψε πολύ. Υπήρχαν ακόμη και παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά όπως και λιχουδιές που μας ευχαρίστησαν. Ο έξω χωρος έχει μπάρμπεκιου πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ένα γήπεδο μπάσκετ, κούνιες και χώρο να τρέξουν τα παιδιά! Μισό πρωινό μας έκανε την χάρη ο καιρός και χαρήκαμε λίγο και τον κήπο, αλλά το μπάρμπεκιου έχει υπόστεγο οπότε και με βροχή το χρησιμοποιείς άνετα!! Μια υπέροχη διαμονή κι ένας χώρος που σίγουρα θέλουμε να ξανά επισκεφτούμε!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The place was impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious, offering great comfort throughout my visit. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Villa Dionisis. They had a warm fire going to welcome us and lots of extra hospitality that went above and beyond. The villa is cozy and well maintained, the views are unbelievable. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more! Highly recommend staying here, thank you for hosting us!

Evde klima yok, yerden soğutma sistemi var dendi ama çok yetersizdi, Wi-Fi çok yavaş ve yetersizdi, bunlar dışında her şey iyiydi.

Η κυρία Ήρα μας έκανε να νιώσουμε αμέσως σαν το σπίτι μας. Μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο και προθυμία να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο και ακριβώς όπως το βρήκαμε στην περιγραφή. Η παραμονή μας στους Γεωργιανούς ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας, κυρίως λόγο της καταπληκτικής οικοδέσποινας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε παρέες και οικογένειες που θέλουν να περάσουν μαγευτικά λίγες μέρες μακριά από την πόλη.

The Moskoff estate is a rare gem, authentic, has breathtaking views, sunrise from the Aegean Sea, many great beaches to choose from. The hosting agency was extremely responsive and helpful. The whole stay was like we were guests at our rich relatives’ villa. The house architecture and many memorabila give it a very personal touch. Moskoff was a writer, journalist, cultural atache. There was a book of poetry translated in English which opened another door for me into their family history. The waters were very warm, clean and calm. All restaurants in the area offer high quality Greek specialties. My favorites were Gallaria and Platanos taverna. We took a drive to the monasteries up the Mt. Olympus, and next time I hope we have time for a hike, the forrests looked mesmerizing. Overall, it was a great experience, I hope we can stay at Villa Amina again!!
