We are a family with a 10 month old and almost 3 year old. Large kitchen and dining room for the kids to play. Outside deck was fully enclosed and allowed the kids to play outside. Large yard right next to the house if anyone wanted to kick a ball around. Basketball court across the street. We walked to the lighthouse everyday to swim there. One day it was super calm and we jumped right in, the other days the waves were rough and made beautiful pictures but made me nervous with the toddler, needed to be cautious of when he could go in. We hiked at the spot Wes recommended and had fun. He was easy to reach for suggestions, he had a pack and play and bought a new one for us to use, though we didn’t need it. Very kind of him. Many ACs in the house which were needed. We cooked every day and everything we needed was in the kitchen. You are in a neighborhood with locals, everyone that we encountered was kind.

We really enjoyed our stay in Manati. The view of the water and large deck makes this place totally worth it. The house is clean and very secure. It's a bit tricky to get inside with the gate and all the locks, but Ita was very helpful. She is friendly, communicates quickly and gave us lots of suggestions for our trip. We had a few issues in the beginning, but everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Ita made sure to supply us with coffee and beach towels which was much appreciated. AC and laundry facilities are a plus! You can walk to Mar Chiquita beach on the road or easily drive. It is a beautiful spot, just be mindful that the north coast is a bit rough for swimming in winter. We also went to Playa los Tubos which is so gorgeous and has a small playground for kids. Overall would recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely fantastic time as a family at this vacation rental! The kids loved splashing around in the nearby pool, and we all enjoyed the beautiful day trips out from Vega Alta. The home was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We can't wait to come back and create more wonderful memories soon!

We loved the simple beauty of the house. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a vacation. The location was perfect! Thank you for sharing the perfect beach experience in Puerto Rico, we will definitely return 🇵🇷

So words cannot describe how at home we felt, they literally had everything someone could need. From Washer and dryers, beds were real comfortable and even had pool floats and coolers if you want to do a beach day. The host was very accommodating to our needs and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. It was only me and my girlfriend and we were able to utilize the extra rooms as each of our own dressing rooms. The outdoor space is something that we loved so much, they just finished another mural on the wall right before we got there. The outdoor space is great for swimming and even watching the sky at night, the stars shine so bright there. Hearing the coquis and having lanterns lit at night as well. We’re already planning our next stay, if you want to go to PR this is def a place you should consider, hour away from San Juan and crash boat. Plus Arecibo has a lot of great eats as well. We loved our stay at Rose’s beach villa. It had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing beach vacation. We loved having both the beach and pool as an option. Rose had an umbrella and beach chairs (no sand toys for kids) and the pool had a kiddie pool that was only 1-2 feet deep. Perfect for our 3 year old. The villa grounds were very secure and we felt totally safe. It was a very short walk to the beach as advertised! The villa was clean and looked like the photos. One room is larger with plenty floor space and the other room had a decent amount of floor space too. We loved our stay!!! Thank you Rose!

My fiancé and I just returned from paradise! Beach: Directly on an empty and walkable 3-mile beach (essentially private!). Walk to El Norte restaurant (very good), and Ohana Beach Bar (lots of fun). We loved walking home from dinner on a deserted beach! The home: The pictures do not do this place justice. You have the entire second floor of the home. Very comfortable queen bed, tons of kitchen appliances. Bathroom is clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. Best feature is the ENORMOUS balcony overlooking the beach and the crashing waves. Location: Walk to eat/drink at Black Pepper Cafe, Cafe Sanchez, and Cheesy. Drive to visit dozens of other restaurants, stores, and bars, all within a 10 minute drive. Hosts: John and Evelyn are the most perfect hosts! They were ready with restaurant suggestions, and excursion ideas. They made us feel right at home while allowing us tons of privacy. They made our engagement feel extra special. We cannot wait to come back to this paradise!
