Carolina and Cristina's apartment was beautiful, well-equipped and just as described. They've doen a fantastic job of renovating the loft space, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Cristinas traumhaft schönem Loft. Sensationell: das Interieur - kreativ und inspirierend, der Garten - magisch! Der Pool - gigantisch wie ein Freibad. Und immer top sauber! Danke Guiseppe! Der Ausblick? Wow! Die Lage: idyllisch - come in and calm down. Top! Super Restaurants und das altertümliche süße Städtchen Brisighella in weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Und drumherum? Tolle Landschaften, wunderschöne Städte, 1a Essen und super Locations. La dolce Vita. Und so viel Herz, Leidenschaft, Freude und Freundlichkeit - die Menschen der Emilia Romagna sind einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen immer wieder in diese wunderbare Region. Und natürlich zu Cristina. Sie ist nicht nur ein toller Gastgeber, sondern ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Ebenso wie ihr Pa und die gute Gartenseele: Guiseppe. Bleibt gesund und erhaltet euch diese Oase auf dem Hügel. Grazie mille per tutto. Und bis zum nächsten Mal. Wir freuen uns schon darauf.

Host molto cordiale e disponibile, spazio ottimo per 13 persone ambiente antiquato ma tenuto molto bene. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa perfetta se ci si vuole rilassare.

Unser Sohn war mit seinem Trainer für 1 Woche in Castel San Pietro Terme. Sie waren von Cristinas Unterkunft begeistert und haben ihren Aufenthalt dort wirklich genossen. Cristina war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind, würden wir auf sehr gern wieder bei Cristina buchen.

My mother and I very much enjoyed our stay at Cristiano and Sara’s. The apartment was beautifully appointed and we loved the large terrace. Cristiano was helpful in arranging dinner reservations and very communicative before and during the stay. Their shop below the apartment is wonderful and we bought cheese and wine there for our evening cocktails.

We picked this place to spend our Christmas and new year weeks with my 3 teenagers. Aleasandra and Tom made us feel like home. The place is beautiful, super comfortable (5 of us and had enough space to be very comfortable) and the surroundings are just breathtaking. The photos don’t make justice to the place, you feel in the middle of a movie or fairy tale. Alessandra and Tom were always always responsive, anticipating our needs and making the stay unforgettable. I would definitely return, and recommend anyone reading this to not hesitate and book this place. The bedrooms are big and comfortable, the bathrooms and the kitchen fully equipped with brand new appliances and more than enough to cook a grand feast! One of a kind and a jewel no doubt!

Alloggio molto bello sugli Appennini. Noi eravamo in 8 persone e siamo stati molto bene. Unica pecca forse l’acqua tiepida in doccia. La casa inizialmente era un po fredda ma poi si è riscaldata e siamo stati molto bene.

We found this house while looking for accommodation in harmony with nature not far from the city center for the fair event. The host shared everything from videos and photos for us arriving late in the morning, the location of the house, how to get into the front door, etc. During the 8 night stay, it felt like my home, and the host was very friendly. If I come to Italy, I will definitely stay here again. If you are looking for accommodation not far from downtown Bologna, I recommend this place! Thank you, Andrea. See you soon. take care!

Actually this apartment was a little gem because initially I wanted a place in the center of the town but I am glad I didn't find one because it was very crowded and noisy. This was a great stay in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood, not too far from the city center. The apartment was clean, big( we were 4 adults and 3 kids), we had plenty of space. The host had great recommendations of restaurants and plases to go for gelato. Everything was excellent! Definetly recommend!

Вполне приличная квартира, соответствует цене и описанию, имеет все что нужно для комфортного пребывания. Расположена довольно близко к историческому центру города (пешком 20 минут). Рядом есть супермаркеты и т.д. Мы испытали трудности с парковкой машины, но это скорее лотерея… Хозяин очень отзывчивый, всегда готовый подсказать, помочь и пойти на встречу. Было приятно иметь дело и общаться. Если вы ищете бюджетные и комфортные апартаменты в Болонье, с радостью могу порекомендовать эту квартиру.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

Bellissimo appartamento nel cuore del centro storico bolognese. Di facile accesso, perfetto per muoversi a piedi e dotato di tutti i comfort. Cristina è stata molto gentile e flessibile anche nell’accontentarci in una richiesta di cambio data. Esperienza nel complesso molto positiva!

Ottima accoglienza, amichevole e sempre disponibile. Ci hanno fatto trovare una torta ai mirtilli squisita e uova fresca da km sotto casa (ci sono galli e galline favolose!!). Consigliatissimo!

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. It was a lovely villa tucked away in the hills. Each night we were so happy to return back to it after a day of site-seeing. Emanuela is one of the loveliest people we met while visiting Italy. So incredibly gracious and welcoming to us. She truly takes pride in making her guests feel at home in her amazing estate. We all felt right at home there and we would highly recommend it to others traveling to that area. We hope to one day return and stay with her again.

Actually the place does NOT look like the pictures. It is much, much prettier and more impressive than the photos! The home had everything that we needed and was a very comfortable place to stay. It is private and quiet. Even though the weather in December is cool, there were great places to walk around the villa. It was very fortunate we were able to attend Mass at the church in the village on Christmas Eve since it is rarely celebrated there now. The drive up to the villa is challenging, so be aware. It was not a problem, but if you are older or uncomfortable on narrow winding road, it is something to consider. Also, with the cool weather, please note that heating gas is an extra charge. That is only fair as people have different standards for inside temperature and I understand propane is expensive in rural Italy. Cris was amazing -- always friendly and responsive. I wish I was likely to return, but there is a whole world to see. Highly recommended to my family and friends.

Casa spaziosa e fornita di tutto ciò che serve. Sara é affettuosa e disponibile: ci ha trattate come se fossimo di famiglia. Inoltre é stata flessibile con il check in e ci ha donato una buonissima ciambella per le colazioni dei giorni a venire. La location è perfetta per chi deve partecipare a lauree presso il campus di Cesena. Si trova facilmente parcheggio.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit tollem Ausblick in die kleine Stadt und Natur. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr sauber und war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es gibt einen Bahnhof ganz in der Nähe, es wird aber empfohlen in die Stadt nebenan zu fahren, da dort die Züge auch pünktlich ankommen. Die Gastgeber waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We loved our stay at "Le due volpi"! The house was really charming and the view just stunning. Cinzia was the most welcoming and friendly host. We had an amazing time with dinner in the garden and relaxing at the pool. Would always come back!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. This is the second time I have stayed at this incredible villa. Three of us in my party decided to return to share the experience with our families, and we were not disappointed. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and on top of everything. They were even helpful in setting up an evening with a private chef. The location is central to several very large northern Italian cities. It was an absolutely amazing experience that I’ll cherish for the rest of my life. PLEASE STAY AT THIS WONDERFUL PLACE!
