Daniela is an amazing host. We were looking for a calm place to stay with 2.5 years old boy, and her little farm was perfect. Bunnies were adorable and her garden was just as sweet as a fairy tale. We are considering to revisit in near future ☺️

Nous avons passé avec nos deux ados une semaine fantastique dans l’appartement de Bettina. De la réservation, à l’accueil en passant par le séjour, le contact avec Bettina a été plus que parfait, toujours amical et avec le sourire. L’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos et à la description. La cuisine est tres bien équipée et possède tous les ustensiles pour préparer des bons p’tits plats, du p’tit déjeuner au dîner Une loggia pour prendre vos petits déjeuner au levé du soleil et une terrasse pour dîner au couché du soleil complètent l’appartement. Il est dans le chalet de Bettina, situé sur les hauteurs du village au calme et les commodités sont très facilement accessibles à pieds. Idéalement situé pour visiter la charmante vallée d’Otztal, ses sites naturels, ses musées et ses activités sportives. Vous pourrez facilement pousser jusqu’à Innsbruck voir plus loin. Merci encore à Bettina pour les moments partagés qui ajoutent au charme du lieu et donne envie d’y revenir

Great place, close to several ski resorts, very complete home with everything you need and more! Nadine is a very friendly and responsive host, and has made our stay a fantastic one!

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

The place is same as what is visible in the picture. The location and neighbourhood was very good with walkablle paths, shops. We 3 families stayed with 7 kids and it was big house nicely organised with all basic amenities present. Elisa was very responsive and quick and we would love to comeback to stay longer here.

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

wir waren eine woche bei Andrea sie sind sehr sehr sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich noch besser als in den ferien man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause Andrea und ihr Mann sind sehr hilfbereit und schauen wen nötig das es dir gut geht wen etwas fehlt ein grosses kompliment an sie wie sie es machen ich werde sie weiter empfehlen es war die erste erfahrung mit airbnb und ich war sehr positiv überrascht ein grosses dankeschön an Andrea und ihren Mann einfach grossartig weiter so

Super Ausblick und schöne große Wohnung. Es hat alles gepasst. Isabella ist sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Küche ist extrem gut ausgestatett. Angela ist immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Viele wunderschöne skigebieten befinden sich in der nähe.

Ich kann mich den anderen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen! Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, über das Normale hinaus. So einen gefüllten Kühlschrank und eine Schublade mit Essen für den ersten, nein, die ersten Tage habe ich noch nicht gesehen! Die Kommunikation mit Johannes ist unkompliziert und angenehm! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt im the cozyNest in Längenfeld war wunderbar. Denise' Apartment überzeugt durch sein minimalistisches Design (an Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt) sowie einen fantastischen Bergblick (vom Bett oder der großen und sonnigen Dachterasse aus). Zudem gibt es Annehmlichkeiten wie einen abschließbaren Skiraum, Parkmöglichkeiten unter dem Carport direkt an der Haustür oder die digitale Ötztal Gästekarte mit vielen Vorteilen. Auch die ruhige Lage mit nur etwa 3 Autominuten zum Hofladen, 7 Minuten zur Therme oder 20 Minuten zur Talstation in Sölden sind super. Den Großteil zur erholsamen Zeit trägt jedoch Denise mit ihrer sehr herzlichen und aufmerksamen Art bei. Sie macht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich, sei es z.B. durch wertvolle Tipps für Wanderungen und Restaurants oder kleine, leckere Aufmerksamkeiten. Die Kommunikation rund um den Aufenthalt sowie der flexible Check-in/-out waren unkompliziert. Lieben Dank für deine super Gastfreundschaft und bis zum nächsten Mal!

top apparemment für zwei Leute und mehr. Bibiana und Tom sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Küche super ausgestattet, Kaffeemaschine mit Bohnen gefüllt. sehr glücklich über den Aufenthalt, war uns eine Freude.

I had a wonderful stay in Ingeborg's flat. The hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything was exactly as described and in immaculate, clean condition. I can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

Caroline is very warm and responsive host who manages her property with excellence and made our stay very relaxing and pleasant. The "unassuming" Austrian village turned out to be a very colorful place very conveniently located within relatively short ride from several world class ski resorts. There are magical local slopes that are hidden from the mass tourist but are truly beyond any praise just a wonder of nature. The apartment itself is very fresh, modern, with all the necessities like good wifi and fully functional kitchen and parking lot right at the entrance. The balcony is a very special place to catch some sun rays in the afternoons. The proximity to the train station is actually a plus, think of it as living next to subway/metro station in the city. 30 min and you are in Innsbruck! Very quiet, no crowds. It is a local gathering place where people jump from trains to local buses and grab pizzas and beer. Caroline is mega responsive and helped us with every request.

Wij waren enorm enthousiast over de ruimte in het huis. Een ruime keuken en leefruimte. Vriendelijke ontvangst, we konden alles vragen,...genoten van ons verblijf met uitzicht op de bergen.

After a wonderful experience last year we visited the apartment for the second time. The flat is very clean, modern and cosy furnished and very well equipped. We felt there as at home. It is in a quiet and nice surroundings, located in the good distance to numerous ski resorts. The owner is friendly, supportive and nice. We enjoyed the whole stay and would definitely come again.

Heerlijk natuurhuisje waar je super goed tot rust kan komen. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Precies wat je nodig hebt. Ontvangst was heel prettig. Ze hielp ons goed en vertelde veel nuttige dingen over de omgeving. Ook als we vragen tussendoor hadden dan reageerde ze vriendelijk. Wij hebben de hele week kunnen wandelen en de auto niet hoeven gebruiken. De bus is gratis met een tiroler pas en hebben wij de hele week gemakkelijk kunnen gebruiken. De omgeving is prachtig! Perfect voor mensen die van hiken, mountainbiken en andere sportieve activiteiten houden.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Für vier Personen im Rahmen eines Aktivitätenurlaubs war sie absolut ausreichend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Für große Menschen könnte die Dachschräge etwas herausfordernd sein. Ansonsten eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

This apartment is perfect for remote work and long-term stays. I worked here remotely for nearly two months (October-November) and loved it. The internet is fast and reliable, and there’s a comfortable desk for working. The apartment is bright, warm, and cozy, with everything thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The balcony offers a beautiful view, and the location is ideal. A large InterSpar supermarket is just a 7-minute walk away, and a scenic trail along waterfalls is only 5 minutes from the door. There are also cafes and small restaurants nearby. The host is fantastic—kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions, not just about the apartment. A bus stop is within walking distance, and the town itself is charming, with everything you need for a comfortable life. I highly recommend this apartment for remote work, relaxation, or long-term stays. It truly feels like home.
