We stayed at Marjorie’s Crib to be close to MOA for the pyromusical, and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to the mall. Self check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made things easier since we were traveling with kids, a grandmother, and a nanny. The unit itself is clean and spacious. It’s functional, well-equipped, and the air conditioning was cold and comfortable. My only comment is that the bidet wasn’t very user-friendly (not the usual bidet). Also, the pictures on Airbnb should be updated to reflect the current MOA view from the balcony, as there’s now a building under construction. Overall, our stay was good, comfortable, and hassle-free. Would recommend for families looking for a convenient stay near MOA!

The place was great and we had so much fun celebrating our Christmas party at Boris & Mitch's listing. The place was clean and the Host was very nice, she accommodated all of our requests and was very responsive with our questions. Thank you so much! ☺️

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The unit is clean, well-decorated, and fully equipped, making it a perfect home base. The highlight was the balcony view, where we enjoyed a stunning fireworks display from the Mall of Asia during New Year. The location is ideal, with great dining and shopping nearby, and the host was very accommodating. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

Great place, good to stay and even better to host a small gathering or party. Great value! The swimming pool was amazing also, water managed to stay warm even at night. Plenty of activities included including video games, karaoke, and board games. Would recommend this spot!

Ann was incredibly accommodating and very responsive host. By giving me all the information few days ahead , She made it so easy for us to check in. We had a wonderful time staying in Ann’s Place. A very comfortable and peaceful house. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning units. Bath towels, extra blankets, pillows and bedsheets are also available and well arranged in the closet and drawers. Really appreciate that Drinking water were provided and promptly delivered when low of supply. Love the amenities that were provided for us from toothbrushes to soap, shampoo and conditioner. Though there was a little problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, Ann was quick to respond and send a plumber to fix the problem. Will be staying again in Ann’s Place when I visit Laguna again. Thank you Ann for being a super host!

What a great deal! Place is perfect for family and barkada getaway to Enchanted Kingdom. Place is very spacious and hosts are very accomodating/ responsive to everything. Only issue were the ants on the kitchen floor, but everything else was worth way more than the price paid. Will definitely book here again next EK trip ❤️💖

Pingpong and Basketball Court with pools was a plus when I had my family over to visit me. I wish there was a volleyball too! This was a very wonderful stay closer to TAGAYTAY. If you want to hit up nice BARS I’d suggest drive to Tagaytay at night around 11 PM so no Traffic and come back the same day. Otherwise I’d recommend Chop House Restaurant and Bar in San Pedro about 20 minutes drive which is a great vibe with live band goo foods. Walking distance to supermarket and near Vista Mall/ Ayala Mall/Paseo/Nuvali/

Cheryl’s an amazing host. We were well taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting GenTri. My cousins and I had fun with the karaoke all night. Place is accessible and peaceful. Will absolutely have plans to come back here in the future.

Die Unterkunft ist optimal geeignet, um mit einer philippinischen Familie eine schöne und erholsame Zeit zu verbringen. Urlauber, die hingegen eine Unterkunft mit vorwiegend europäischen Annehmlichkeiten erwarten, werden vermutlich eher enttäuscht sein. Meine Familie sowie die Familien der Geschwister meiner Frau hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß im Pool. Einige Bereiche könnten zwar noch die ein oder andere Modernisierung vertragen (Küche), aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Für Aufenthalte mit größeren Familien eine ganz klare Empfehlung unsererseits.

The location is convenient, making it easy to get to and from the airport, which was a huge plus for us. The condo itself is well-kept and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The area can be a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the airport.

「立地」鉄道駅に隣接しておりマカティ市内でもグリーンベルト以北に比べ空港からも近い。またコンドミニアム内に立派なファザードとロータリーがありグラブやmove itを呼ぶのも容易なのが良かった。隣接したショッピングモールにはコンドミニアムの敷地内のみを通って訪れる事が出来る。22時まで空いているスーパーに直ぐに買い物に行けるのは非常に便利だった。反面、マカティの繁華街に出るにはゲーテッドコミュニティのsan lorenz villageを迂回せねばならず、それが若干面倒だった。 「部屋」写真に掲載されていた通りの部屋で清潔な上にチェックイン前に害虫駆除の薬剤散布をしてくれたようで宿泊中は一度も害虫を目にすることは無かった。エアコンは窓用だが良く効き扇風機と併用することで部屋全体を効率的に冷やすことが出来た。家庭用冷蔵庫も良く冷えて多くの物を入れられるので非常に助かった。 「浴室」手動のウオシュレット付きのトイレと直ぐに温水の出る新しそうな給湯器付きのシャワーがあった。シャワーの油温は38度程度と日本人の基準からしたら少し低めだが暑いマニラの気候を考えると全く問題にはならなかった。 「総評」綺麗な部屋に親切なコンドミニアムの従業員さんや警備員の方がおり治安の心配なく買い物のできるショッピングモール隣接と完璧な宿泊先でした。Krisさんの宿泊前からの親切なアドバイスと合わせてお薦めできる宿泊席だと思います。もちろん私もマニラを再訪する際はまた泊まりたいと思います。

We stayed here for four nights and we totally loved it! Everything works well ans we never experienced a single issue. Lemmor is also very responsive and friendly, one of the great hosts we've had so far! We definitely recommend his place for anyone who likes privacy and for those who likes to cook their own meals. Convenience stores are just few walks aways so you can definitely buy anything you need. This is really a happy place!

Location is superb, near to fast food, supermarket. Walking distance to Newport mall, casino, T3. Safe security at condo. Host is responsive and friendly. Maintenance and cleaniness can be better.
