Lovely and calm boathouse right next to a beautyful bay. I loved the morning swims, the sunrises and sunsets. You can watch birds and we were lucky enough to watch otters several times! Stephanie is a very friendly person and gave us several tips. My partner said I should give 5 of 5 otters for the accomodation. I totally agree :-)

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The location was perfect - just steps away from the sand, offering stunning ocean views throughout the day. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Esther was absolutely fantastic - very friendly and responsive to all our questions, offering plenty of great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

De plek is fantastisch. Wij hebben alleen het grote huis gebruikt, maar er kunnen makkelijk nog vier mensen yerecht. Zicht op zee vanuit een heerlijke serre over 200 meter tuin, aflopend naar de kust, waar nog een heerlijk plekje is om de avondzon te zien ondergaan. prachtig aardewerk in de complete keuken. wel enige lenigheid vereist om in bed te klimmen. Het ligt tussen Adrigole en Glengarriff. het is een sfeervol huis met wat ouderwetse meubels. Wij houden daarvan.

We had the best time and Mary was an amazing host. Don't be scared off by the golf club location: it's a pro because it means there are loads of facilities like you'd find on a big camp ground but because you're the only mobile home you get amazing privacy and tranquility. And if you fancy company you can go up to the club house for a pint and a game of pool with the locals.

We stayed in one of the Bell tents on (very) short notice and Matt was very helpful and friendly. The tent was bigger than we expected and absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was spotless and in a beautiful location, surrounded by nature. The bathrooms were spotless and the kitchen was perfect for our short stay. Matt was also very helpful giving us a recommendation for the Fastnet Bar for food. After seeing the full location I would absolutely recommend to everyone and would definitely return to stay in one of the GeoDomes or EcoCabins!

Brilliant few days in Arti’s. The place is so peaceful and quiet with amazing views. While you need a car to get them, there are lots of nice amenities to drive to close by, but the real draw is the ability to go off grid for a few days in beautiful surroundings. Arti is also a super responsive and helpful host. Enjoy!

What a beautiful place, and what a view! We definitely didn’t stay long enough and if they’ll have us back, we’d like to stay longer next time. Martin & Claire were fantastic hosts and made my family feel so welcome. I really appreciate all the efforts they went to for us and we really loved our stay. We had a lovely time at Paul's beautiful home. The view of the sea was spectacular and he was very responsive to all my messages. Our group of 8 plus 2 dogs were comfortable and not at all crowded in the space. We would be happy to stay again! Thank you Paul :)

We had a great stay! Mairead and Fergus’s place was clean, comfortable and had everything our family needed. The view was incredible and our kids especially loved the visits from the sheep in the morning.

We had a great three-night stay at Dunowen Ocean View Farm. The views from the property are beautiful - seeing the ocean, lighthouse, and farm animals in the nearby fields made for a really peaceful setting. Helen was an excellent host who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The apartment was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is fantastic - quiet countryside but right next to Red Strand beach and Ardfield village. We really enjoyed the walks Helen recommended to us. I know the area fairly well but she managed to recommended some hidden gems I'd never heard of! Dunowen Ocean View Farm was exactly what we were looking for. It's a great spot for anyone wanting a relaxing break in West Cork. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return in the future.

Spent a long weekend in Davids gorgeous cottage. We were a group of 4 x adults and a toddler and this place had everything that we needed to feel right at home. The cottage itself is very spacious, with lots of areas to relax. The location is second to none, incredible views and right on the edge of the water, a perfect spot for swimming, there is even a local sauna that is literally on your doorstep. One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed, I would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway whilst also being close to all the amenities of Kinsale.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at St Helliers. Aileen was super helpful and proactive in getting in touch. The setting is beautiful and the view is far better than the picture could possibly show with a gate from the bottom of the garden directly onto the footpath to the beach. It was spacious and quiet with everything you could need. Short drive to local amenities and a short walk up the hill to the Lodge in Myrtleville. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

We fell in love with this house. It’s in a beautifully secluded spot with direct access to the water. We swam each morning and it was bliss. The layout of the house is great, with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room and a gorgeous deck that gets the sun. The surrounding area is stunning. We particularly liked the Buddhist centre and vegetarian cafe, which is in a gorgeous spot with breathtaking views. Would love to go back and spend more time exploring.

Admiral House was the perfect spot for family getaway on beautiful Bere Island. The house was clean and had every amenity needed including a stroller and high chair for a toddler. Lots to explore on the island and there are 2 local ferries for day trips to Beara Peninsula. The host and her grandma were so kind dropping off Irish bread and a quiche. All in all a lovely visit would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing time.

Claire's place is everything as advertised and more, we had beach walks, forest walks, mountain treks and came back to a home away from home, it was lovely and comfy. We didn't need Claire for much as there was nothing wrong but we did have the pleasure of meeting with her and that just added to the overall experience, she is super friendly and a wealth of local knowledge. Wat een heerlijk huisje: alles basic en off-grid, maar daar waren we op ingelezen en maakte de ervaring nog meer ‘back to basic’. Door de uitgebreide voorbereidingen van Shane waren we goed voorbereid en dankzij de instructiefilmjes en snelle behulpzame communicatie, was het tijdens ons verblijf ook erg comfortabel. Zowel de directe omgeving van het huisje als de regio zijn werkelijk prachtig en heerlijk rustig. Alle tips van Shane waren spot-on en hebben we heel erg van genoten. Dank je wel!!

Gillian's place was perfect for us and our dog. Beautiful house and view, fresh and new interiors, wonderful kitchen for family gatherings, gorgeous walks, room for our dog to wander in the garden and a relaxing vibe. The beds were wonderful with lovely linen and we all slept well and felt the better; as a holiday is supposed to feel! We would love to go back and have already recommended it to friends who holiday in the area. Gillian was responsive, helpful and flexible.Thank you, Gillian, for having us in your wonderful place!

Alan and Elaine are unbelievable hosts. Trust me you get way more than what you pay for in this place. Words can’t express how awesome and majestic the view is of Lough Guitane. Two families (4 adults and 7 kids ages 5-14) stayed six nights and saw a lot of the area thanks to Alan and his awesome recommendations. Five large bedrooms give us plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of very nice and well kept washrooms, a wonderfully large kitchen and sitting areas facing the lake with gigantic floor to ceiling windows give you a great view of the lake. The kids appreciated the gaming systems in the “second” sitting room. There were plenty of toys outside to play with. The kids spent a lot of time on these outdoor toys (racing trikes and mini tractors etc). If you’re into animals, you’re in for a treat as the sheep, cows, ducks and hens were all visiting in their neighbouring pasture regularly. The kids loved checking on them and even gave them names. The water is a very short walk down to the beach (perhaps 100m) on the same property. From there you can canoe or kayak (provided by the hosts) or even swim, which we all did with regularity. I strongly recommend hiking mangerton mountain, which is a five min drive away. Laundry room, kitchen supplies, freezer, spices, there was everything we needed. What a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend.

Had a perfect week here. We took paddle boards with us which was great fun. The house itself was incredibly spacious and so well equipped with everything it was like being in someone's home. The cupboards had everything we needed in the way of condiments, sauces, tea etc. Also having 2 dishwashers made eating at home so easy.

This place is a must it is absolutely beautiful and so worth the cost and our Host Robert was incredible checking in all the time if we were still happy and needed anything plus on arrival there was the most beautiful and practical gift basket plus the places fresh water and milk in fridge and speciality cheeses for us along with fresh flowers in kitchen and dining area and what was most appreciated was the fact they have placed a beautiful Christmas Tree to place us in the perfect Christmas spirit and make us feel at home thank YOU

An elegant house in a truly beautiful location. Our whole family (toddlers to grandparents) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lough Hyne. Tim, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and responsive to any requests. Missing it already and definitely would stay there again another year!

West Cork heaven. Four nights looking out on the sea from Pier Cottage over NYs was not enough, we didn't want to leave. From the first moment we stepped inside, everyone was oohing and aaahing at the cosy warmth, the beautiful, comfortable furnishings, the space. You're only steps from Colla Pier and a little private beach and then Schull town is a few mins drive away. Our dog Daisy was racing around inside and out, loving life and we were only shite drive away from Mizen Head, Barleycove beach, Goleen, just remarkable part of the world. Ciara was a phenomenal host, so communicative, responsive and amazingly flexible. Nothing was an issue, from later check outs to immediate answers to any little questions we had. Pier Cottage is unreal, one of the best we've stayed in after ten years of Airbnbing. Cannot wait to return
