This condo is very convenient to Palisades - 5min walk got us to many high-speed lifts. The bathroom and kitchen are beautiful inside. The modern lock works well - but is a bit finicky - you have to time opening it just right. The bed was great, and we found the futon to be comfortable to sleep on. There's not central heat - and you need to be wise how you manage radiator knobs so it doesn't get too hot. Also - note that on heavy snow days you will need to move the car at 7a for them to plow, but that's normal at high-volume snow areas. The kitchen was well stocked and even had some spices and tea.

Great location close to alpine and palisades. Host was very responsive, helpful, and welcoming. I’d recommend this listing for anyone looking to stay near the ski resorts.

Cathy’s place is great. Comfortable for 6 people. Nice living room and dining room space. Very clean. Great location. Cathy is responsive and helpful. The game console was a bit hit with our kids keeping them busy for hours.

We loved Daniel’s place for a spring ski trip! It was immaculate, comfy, and had all the essentials and more! Perfect for a family with three kids. We hope to come back next year. Thank you!

It was dark when we arrived but the next morning the view was literally breathtaking. It was the perfect place for the wife and I. If we ever go back to Tahoe I won’t hesitate to book Charles’ place again.

Comfortable and cozy loft with a private hot tub. Great location with easy access to ski resorts. Really enjoyed our stay and Erika was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed.

Loved that she had plenty of everything for you like home , towels , toilet paper , laundry detergent . I didn’t have to go out and get stuff 24/7 . Great place no complaints !!

Perfect stay for our group of 8. Cleane was very helpful with instructions. The upstairs living room area was a great open space for board games/hanging out at the end of the day too.

It was so convenient to stay right in the base area of Palisades, this condo building literally shared a door with one of the coffee shops in the base. Lots of amenities and a garage made this super fun and easy for the whole family to enjoy the mountain, even during a big snow storm.

My husband and I spent a weekend getaway here and it was lovely! Centrally located, very spacious, modern, and we had everything we needed! Counter was a wonderful host and very communicative. We really enjoyed our time and would happily return in the future!

The place was great, albeit small. But the kitchen set up used space well and made it easy to cook many meals and was still comfortable for 2 adults. The kitchen is stocked so well that we were able to cook as much as we love to. The beds are very comfortable. The one down side was the excessive knick knacks and fake plants. For such a small place, to take up every surface with decoration or fake plants made it hard to have even a shelf to put a computer down. We collected all that stuff and put it in the closet to make the counters and shelves useable.

We had a great stay at Lori’s place. The condo was as described, with plenty of space and close to the Northstar shuttle stop. The shuttle was easy to request and usually available within a few minutes even during ski week. One morning we did have to wait 15 minutes, but that was unusual. Lori was responsive when we needed help with something. We would happily stay again.

Great spot - perfect for my kids to walk to ski/snowboard lessons and play in the snow.

This is a fabulous place. Much nicer and more well-appointed than the typical rental. Clearly, a lot of care and thought goes into designing and maintaining this apartment. Everything is beautiful, new, and well-maintained. Tons of nice little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. The parking lot of the apartment touches the Village Run, making it extremely easy to ski in/ski out, and it’s right across from the Northstar Village, so it’s less than a 5-minute walk to restaurants and such. The host is very responsive, kind, and totally on top of everything. Would stay here again in a second, no hesitation.

My wife and I used this location while riding the bike park. The location is quiet and peaceful. Tucked away in the trees, yet a short walk to the village. A bike run goes right by, so the unit can serve as a pit stop on the way back to the gondola. Easy drive to Truckee, we did it everyday we were there. Wonderful hot tubs to soak in at the end of the day.

We had a great experience at Bruce’s condo! The location was a super easy walk to Palisades. Great amenities on-site including multiple hot tubs and a gym. Bruce was a very responsive host. We will definitely be back.
