We're so enjoyed our stay with Barry! He's a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome! The cottage was cozy and immaculate and the bed was really comfortable! If you are a plant person then you will love this place!!..He has the yard so beautifully landscaped... pure zen.. sitting on the screened porch was so relaxing after the pool and hot tub. Really great places to eat and drink within a mile of the cottage. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Todd's home was perfect for our young family. Todd communicated well and the place was very kid friendly with everything we might need including a pack and play and high chair as well as gates. Everything was as described and Todd was very responsive.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The amenities were top-notch, with the pool being a perfect spot for daily exercise. I also made full use of the steam room, sauna, and outdoor shower, which added a spa-like experience to my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to grocery stores, hair salons, and a wide variety of food options. Plus, it's just a short drive from the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful week! The home was spacious and pristine. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Access to laundry was a huge bonus! The backyard was absolutely beautiful with the pool and spa, where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Mike was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

As I stated before this place was fantastic! As soon as I entered I felt like I was home. It’s just the right size for one person. And the view is to die for. I’d stay here again if possible.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It is a must stay, and quite literally an iconic landmark in the area! The host was beyond accommodating and friendly for our entire stay. The property speaks for itself, it’s on the water boasting absolutely stunning views in the home architecture is so unique. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. We were here for a work project and everything went absolutely wonderful. Amazing location, and the restaurant next-door we went to nearly every day! If we could’ve stayed here for another month, we would have. Do not miss your opportunity to stay here, The Grant House is the best. And the host Pam is wonderful!

Not too much to say. The place was as described and I was only there for 3 nights. No problems.

Rebecca was an excellent host. Her property was perfect, Inviting, cozy, super clean and super comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. It does have one bathroom, but that was fine with us. We share 1 bath at home. She communicates and responds promptly!! She provided everything we needed, all we had to do was buy our own food. Rebecca gets a five star all around for everything. The stay was perfect, my children didn’t want to leave. My 6 yr old asked can we live there. So I know my kids enjoy it 👍🏼 We are planning to visit again and use Rebecca property!! Check In is good and check out was good. Great experience!!❤️

Very nice stay for our family of four. We came to FL for a youth baseball tournament, and this house truly helped us feel like we were on vacation as well. The pool was very nice and large with 7ft deep end. The four bikes available was a nice bonus and made trips to the beach more manageable than walking. All management communication was clear and crisp. Would stay their again for sure.

The house was perfect for a family of 10. Plenty of room and great location. Not far to walk to the beach and having a private pool was awesome. Definitely recommend staying here!

Debra’s place is wonderful! Lovely cottage with everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Beach is a short walk away. Many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. And Debra was a delight.

The house was a great place to call home for Spring Break. We were in contact with Melissa and she was proactive in communication and very responsive. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great and we enjoyed it everyday. And the location is one of the best parts in terms of having access to the beach. And Stephen provides everything you will need (toys, body boards, chairs, umbrella, tent, coolers) for a great day at the beach and a cart to help transport. We will definitely look to stay again.

Our group of 9 spent a wonderful, relaxing week in this nice home. There are 2 washer/dryer sets which helped us spend more time enjoying the area. We spent most of our time in the heated pool, hot tub, and collecting beautiful seashells. We also ate delicious seafood I'm town and brought back amberjack from our fishing excusion for supper one night. Groceries and gas are only around 10 mins away. The location was private which is what we were looking for. Check-in and check-out were a piece of cake. Merry was fantastic to work with. We will definitely be making our way back one of these days.

Ideal location if you want a quiet walkable neighborhood. Quick easy just a minute walk to the beach. Plus your own private pool with pool toys, beach toys, variety of life jackets, chairs, coolers, beach umbrella and pool towels. So many extras including 2 bikes. We used the beach wagon when we loaded up for the beach . Bedding comfortable; nice towels, well stocked kitchen. There was a high chair and a booster seat. We will definitely try to stay here again .

Easy check in/ out and very comfortable stay

The pool was great, even though the weather wasn’t optimal during our stay. Gloria offered pool noodles and floaties for children as well as high chairs and other amenities for children. The neighborhood was nice with the Indian River Lagoon just an easy 1/4 mile (or less) walk from the house. Washer and dryer made it easy to clean up and re-pack our suitcases for the remainder of our vacation.

We enjoyed the stay and the community cupboard where most spices needed, were left behind. We added to it and were happy to see coffee and filters and k cups waiting for us. I was able to make big family meals and enjoy some family time. (something that we don't have time for at home) The pool was perfectly warmed and the host was awesome.

We had a great stay! We enjoyed visiting Kennedy Space Center and the beach! Merritt Island is beautiful. The Island Oasis was just perfect for our family of Five and Josh was a great host!
