Host was always accommodating and very responsive. The condo complex is right on the beach and safe. A great trip for us!

We stayed 5 weeks and were very satisfied with the lodging. Kate has a great custodian, Everett, who stopped by regularly to make sure we always had all the necessary supplies as we were staying longer than most guests. The pool is great and 2 parks and the beach are very close by. Nice, quiet neighborhood and supermarket and pharmacy are within short walking distance. Ten minute drive to downtown and Las Olas area. If you are planning a visit to Fort Lauderdale this is a great place to stay.

Прекрасные апартаменты, чисто и уютно, все необходимое для длительного отдыха, очень удобное расположение. Сам район очень тихий и приятный. Немного расстроила стройка прямо возле окон, это не беспокоит при закрытых окнах, хорошая шумоизоляция. Но в целом мы прекрасно провели время! Спасибо!

Janet’s home was a great place to rest and relax on our trip to Fort Lauderdale. It felt cozy, and had en out the space for the 6 of us traveling. The home is fully stocked with all the essentials, and there was even chairs, an umbrella and cooler for us to take to the beach which is literally a 5 minute walk. The boardwalk has a lot of great places to eat and grab a drink. You aren’t to far from Chase field if you like to go and catch a soccer game like we did. All in all the place was worth what we paid and the surroundings were great for a nice getaway. Thanks again for the hospitality. Looking forward to our next visit.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience at the lake house and our interactions with our host, Daren. I was a little worried about staying at a new place that didn’t have any reviews, but I saw that Daren got stellar reviews on his other locations, so I took a chance and I’m so glad I did! The house is immaculate and absolutely gorgeous! Everything was perfectly appointed with very high quality materials and furnishings. No detail was overlooked and every amenity was attended to. Tons of wonderfully plush pillows, comfy beds, baskets of beach towels in every room, every kitchen appliance and utensil you can think of and much more. We had our family over for dinner twice and everyone fit nicely at the dining table and in the living room. The heater for the pool and hot tub were easy to use and both heated up quickly. The lake is beautiful. We saw fish jumping and big iguanas sunning themselves every day. I had a few questions for Daren and he was incredibly responsive. The fan in the master bedroom made a noise and he had someone over to fix it in no time. We set off the alarm by accident and he dealt with that right away. He was professional, attentive and kind. We had an incredible 10 days at the lake house and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location was great. The house was clean and spacious enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone had a great time. Steve was a excellent host.

The apartment is more beautiful in person. It is well organized, private, and close to markets, restaurants, and just about 2 miles from the beach. It is the perfect place to have a relaxing time with a vintage touch but a robust Internet if you are looking to work from home. Matthew and his team are always responsive and proactive about anything you may think you need. This is one of the place you always want to come back.

Excellent stay with Adlene. The place was very clean and welcoming, Adlene was very helpful with check in and instructions. The location is good, a reasonable walk to beach and a short walk to shopping and great restaurants.
