My wife and I stayed for a week for our daughter’s college spring softball games. The property is as described. Clean and well maintained. Jessica is very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Everything that you need in the kitchen was there, from laundry detergent to dishwashing detergent to even coffeemaker and actual coffee and filters. The washed /dryer was extremely useful. Extra linens and towels were provided and bathroom supplies as well.

Everything was great and as advertised. The host was very responsive with a few questions we had within an hour or so of checking in. Checking in was easy, just use a pin code on the door when you get there. Checking out was also a breeze. The house has plenty of space, outside balcony, and was right by the pool. The access to the beach is right behind the building. Definitely recommend.

This place was perfect for us. Right on the beach. Beautiful sunrise walks to the pier. It had everything we needed - and Staci was super friendly too. Definitely recommend.

The host was very responsive and the property had lots of amenities - including a variety of activities to entertain kids. The walk to the ocean was short and the pools were a short walk or tram ride away. Because this property is part of a resort you don’t know what specific unit you’ll get when you book. We were told by the resort that you can call the resort a few weeks in advance to request a particular room type. We ended up on the 2nd floor corner with ocean view (partially blocked by trees - the higher floors might have an unobstructed view). Still very nice and pelicans flew by regularly, adding a natural beachy touch.

We had an amazing time. We stayed for 4 days. The condo was spotless and had everything you would need. The balcony looked directly at the ocean and the view was spectacular. We were able to walk onto the beach with just a few steps. The beach was pristine. We were within walking distance to restaurants and bars and had so much fun! I highly recommend this listing. It was exactly what we wanted! I could not have asked for a more perfect vacation 😊

Beautiful, perfect location and very clean condo. Lihua is very responsive and thoughtful. We had hoped to use the pool which is closed, so that would have been nice to mention (not sure if it is seasonal and looked like construction) but otherwise the location is perfect and price very fair. We hope to return again!

We really enjoyed our two month stay. Jeanne was quick to respond to all our questions and very helpful in taking care of any minor problems we ran into. The unit was exactly as shown in the photos. The location on the beach was super, not crowded at all, and had beautiful sun rise vistas. Having indoor parking was a real plus, the neighbors were friendly, restaurants were varied and plentiful, and the shopping choices were available right down A1A. We hope to work with Jeanne again and return soon.

Anna was very responsive and helpful when a few small problems arose. She made sure we were all taken care of and could enjoy the rest of our trip. She Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a great time staying here. Enjoyed being right on the beach and watching the sunrise. Had everything we needed, very easy to get in & out. The booklet had clear and helpful instructions and lots of recommendations for places to eat, I found that helpful. The area was peaceful and everyone in the building was very nice and friendly.

I grew up in the area, so I knew the building and location would be great - it only takes a minute to walk to the beach and the apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained!

We had such a lovely time at the Surfin Shack during our vacation in Cocoa Beach! Donnetta was an amazing host—so friendly and attentive. The condo felt like a cozy home, super clean, and beautifully decorated. We absolutely loved the welcome basket filled with yummy snacks and a bottle of wine—such a nice touch! The beach was just a short and easy stroll down the road, and Donnetta had everything we needed for a fun day in the sun, including a beach bag, towels, hats, a wagon, chairs, a cooler, and even bikes! We also enjoyed spending time on the private patio, whether it was relaxing during the day or unwinding in the evening. This place was just perfect for us, and we can't wait to come back in the future!

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at Kelly’s place. Very friendly, accommodating hosts with great response times. Just a beautiful trip all together and we’d love to stay again.

It was a fabulous Thanksgiving… From the moment we walked in, we were so happy we chose Chris’s place. She thinks of every detail from coffee options and wine fridge to lovely robes and everything you need for the beach. Bring your flip flops & swim suits and she has everything else waiting in the closet for you. She has a beach wagon, several chairs, small cooler, umbrella, beach tote, toys, boogie boards. You’re all set! The entire place was meticulously clean and uncluttered, very comfortable furniture. The balconies!! One balcony gives a wonderful morning view of the sunrise glistening on the water & sun on your face as you enjoy your coffee. The other illuminates the river off in the distance with the colors of sunset. We went to The Dolphin for dinner one night based on a “fun” recommendation from Chris & it was a very fun vibe with live music, a great view and yummy. The beach was wonderful and convenient to the room. Chris was super flexible & helpful and is a terrific host.

A beautiful space with stunning views of the ocean! The building itself is understated, but the condo is great! Beautiful open floor plan with ocean views. While it’s not a penthouse as described, it has many amenities that make it unique and enjoyable such as the hot tub and double balconies. It is clean and quiet. Everything is updated. I think the description is an over-sell, but still a great place and we really enjoyed our stay.

great location. all the beach accouterments were wonderful. front glass door was a bit dangerous when the wind was blowing (no fault of management).

The condo is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos! It is a peaceful spot to vacation with a ton of restaurants and things to do close by. We had a little trouble with the hot tub but the host was responsive and we were able to use it that evening. Hope to be able to come back in the future!

This was a perfect destination. Ground floor, plenty of parking, easy access to the beach, close to attractions, restaurants and shopping. A three bedroom, two bath, condo with large kitchen, dining, living area. Dining table fit five adults and two small children perfectly. We will definitely stay there again.

Cocoa Beach Towers 49 has its own access to the beach, a very nice pool. A good choice of restaurants in the area for any type meal. We recommend Cafe Monte Carlo for breakfast or lunch, and Floridas Fresh Grill for dinner. and Canaveral Ice Cream and Coffee anytime. Kennedy Space Center is 20 mins away. The Condo is immaculately cleaned, and there are pots and pans and dishes for cooking. Bring socks to wear in the condo there is tile throughout. There is a coffee pot, bring your own coffee, cream and sugar. There is a balcony off both the living room and master bedroom to sit and enjoy the ocean view with your morning coffee or afternoon beverage of choice. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms are well laid out for privacy and comfort. One reserved parking space undercover, easily accessible to the stairs or elevator. I would stay again. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the convenience of everything was great!!

This is most luxurious, well-appointed rental we have ever had. They have more elegant dinnerware than I have in my primary residence! We even found a first aid kit and Neosporin after a bike wreck! The manager let us park our gear in a space before checkin and called us as soon as the unit was cleaned and ready. They let us leave luggage again upon checkout. Totally a wonderful experience!

The listing was very nice, just as described. The full kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, making it nice to cook in the apartment. (We cooked most of the meals there) There were beach chairs and towels provided and we utilized them well as the unit was close to the stairs leading to the boardwalk to the beach. Also, they provided bodyboards and umbrellas as well. The heated pool and shuffleboard court was a nice alternative when it was a little too chilly for even our crew in the ocean. There was not a pickleball court on site, we misunderstood the listing, but the owner happily gave us a nearby alternate. Our family spent the majority of our time enjoying the sand and ocean waves and enjoying the views from the balconies, and this place was perfect for that!

This house is stunning and situated in an ideal location right by the beach. I absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely return. Keep in mind that, while you can rent the place, it’s important to respect the neighbors since the property isn’t entirely private.
