My Wife and I stayed 3 nights from March 17th through 20th. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our only suggestion would be that a grill be added for cooking outside. There is seemingly never ending space in this home, it was really way to big for the two of us but would be fantastic for a family vacation! It has two separate living areas with large TVs, perfect for the kids and adults. The pool was very nice also, although we did not make use of it. The home has a concrete pad poured next to it for storage of a boat or RV, this is great for fishermen visiting Headwaters Lake as I did. The drive to the ramp was about 30 minutes and was a very easy route. We will rent again if we return to this area.

Great place to stay to help make it feel like a vacation. Food, grocery stores, convenient stores are all within a 5min drive. Driveway is great for loading and unloading. There were no snags along the way, they made everything easy.

We had a wonderful month-long stay in Naomi's beautiful home in Satellite Beach. The pool was our favorite feature - and was heated for our arrival. We swam multiple times every day! The home is spacious and well laid out - light and bright - with a fully stocked kitchen (we did a lot of cooking...), comfortable beds and good water pressure:) We walked to the beach every day as well - under a half mile with a stoplight and crosswalk to safely navigate the A1. Naomi responds to inquiries within a half hour or less - and we could not have been happier with our stay. We hope to rent again in the future!

We loved this place!!! The location was incredible, the home was clean and accommodating! The host was wonderful and super great at communicating! Highly recommend!

The host was very helpful and responsive. The house is very modern and clean! Beds were ok. Pillows in the master bedroom are hard. I wish I had brought my own. Having beach towels and chairs available was very helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Melbourne Beach is only 10 minutes away and a beautiful beach. And I highly recommend eating at Taco Dive! If ever in the area again we will definitely look to book here!

This house was in a perfect location. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. There are plenty of beach chairs for guests to take to the beach. The house has everything available that you could need. It has lots of room inside and out for 6 adults. If you book this house you won’t be disappointed!

If you're looking for a home close to the USSSA Space Coast Ballpark, this is your place! Was very pleased with the home and the amenities in it!

Very comfy and enjoyable stay! I was able to have quality time with my daughter and grandbabies! We are both from cold states and to get sunshine and play in the water was refreshing everyday! We went to the Brevard Zoo and three beaches Coco Beach, Melbourne Beach and IndiAtlantic Beach; also, we spent a couple days just eating and cooking at the house! The kids had a fire and snores two nights. We did not eat out a lot! We used the Kitchen that had nice pots and pans and a blender for smoothies. Matthew communicates daily with you.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

The place looked exactly like the pictures. Super clean! Easy walk to the beach. Neighborhood is very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The hallway closet was stocked with plenty of extra lines, towels, etc. There isn't really anything I can say that is bad at all. We would 100% stay here again if/when we visit the area. So much better than a hotel!

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

We absolutely LOVED Emma’s place!! It was so easy to find and get into, even in the dark. Everything we needed was available and the space was easy to keep clean and organized, even with 4 kids. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, our favorite was Mexico’s Grill along with the candy shop right next door to it. We loved having the pool right out back, and the ocean was so quick and easy to get to. Lots of beach/water toys to keep the kids entertained! Even though I don’t have babies anymore, I appreciated seeing a crib and highchair, and we definitely liked the plastic dishes! We rented wetsuits at Cocoa Beach Surf Company to help with the cold ocean since we visited in January. We shark fished with Fired Up Fishing Charters, went to Golf and Gator for mini golfing, go-carting, and holding/feeding the alligators, and hit Disney World. @giselamphotography took our family pictures on the beach and did a fantastic job with unique pictures. I would 1000% stay here again!!!

Condo was just what I was looking for. Great location, short drive to the great Melbourne beach. I love to fish and there were great palaces close by. Michelle is a great Host very friendly and had some great recommendations for local places.
